Hello,
Please stop using elements from WP Bakery, because it conflicts with tagDiv Composer.
You can try to add the shortcode in one of those elements: in an element called raw HTML => https://prnt.sc/10jfzg2 or you can try to set the shortcode in column text or text with title, in text zone => https://www.screencast.com/t/yzHiFcS8g8 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uDXaxJ8JSKFB. The shortcode is automatically saved.
Also, to display the feed from Instagram then you need to connect with your Instagram personal account. https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
Thank you!
Hello!
Access this page: https://www.warriorsofradness.com/ma-park/ and edit with Composer and follow those steps from that video.
Thank you!
Hello!
Ok. I’ll explain once again. Use “column text” or “text with title” elements from TagDiv Composer and insert some texts there in the WP Editor. These elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some texts manually, but NOT automatically. Write the text in WP Editor, close from X, save and you can see the changes in your homepage.
Hope that is more understandable now.
Thank you!
Hello,
You have a pro, so the changes from the Theme Panel for fonts and colors will not apply, to change the font on block/post you can edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://prnt.sc/10grx77, select the block/post and in Style, you can change the font => https://www.screencast.com/t/sUE7ug4UIAR5 and color => https://i.imgur.com/Lc559Rz.png
This is a video about how to change the fonts => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbkYVyj1__Q
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
You use a cloud template and you should add the sidebar from tagdiv Composer.
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
You can change the block header with tagDiv Composer, edit the page, select the block and in the tab called “General” is an option for block header, where you can change it https://i.imgur.com/Eddq0lI.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Please tell me that when you edit the Single Post Template with tagDiv composer, if you see a featured image, if it is not included in the post, please add the element Single Post Featured Image in the post and then the image should appear https://www.screencast.com/t/lsKd7K4nl
Also, please check if you don’t have a plugin conflict.
Thank you!
Hello Nathan!
Please edit the page normally and change the setting for the page into Template: Default template because I think you have there the setting: Pagebuilder + Latest articles + Pagination and these are not editable by TagDiv Composer plugin.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hello,
You can edit with tagDiv Composer, select the block and in the tab called “Style” you should be able to make these changes on each block (module) => https://i.imgur.com/lOMpEQu.png
Thank you!
Hello!
If your page is made with the TagDiv Composer plugin, then deactivate the Mobile Theme plugin and see the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
Make sure you have this option: https://www.screencast.com/t/xC6wm9eVs2 ; If not, then add the post views from Composer.
Please note: “This sorting option will pick posts that are popular in the last 7 days, ordered by page views.” This means its not sorting by the publish date, just by page views from last 7 days.
If this is not working in such way, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Let us know and we will gladly assist you.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
tagDiv Composer contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/\
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi gmtimothy, this can be done on page using tagDiv Composer, just select the blocks you like and filter them after each category -> https://i.imgur.com/PMHK2v5.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/cc7ShEf.png you can check more about the blocks options in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-block-settings-tutorial/
I hope this will help you!
Hello Anamaria,
Thank you for your advice, we have still not come to a solution on this.
We do not use SSL plugin, our hosting is running SSL. Or do you mean something else?
We did the test with only TagDiv plugins and the issue persists. The problem seems to be with the TagDiv Composer. Editing a page is possible after the update in the normal WP editor. However, using TagDiv Composer gives only a blank page.
We cleared all cache before the upgrade to 11.2
Do you have any other suggestions, please?
Thank you.
Best,
RW
I have added a new cloud template and selected the footer category. From that I pick one that I like, and tweak it to my liking. After saving and using it on a page, it appears like there is some top margin that I need to delete. Returning to the cloud templates page, I notice that the for the footers (all of the footers) there is no option to edit via the Tag Div Composer, unlike all other templates in the same page. Additionally, when I create a new template, in an attempt to make this right the first time round this time – because only the first time you import the footer template is it possible to edit it in the tag div composer (I don’t know why, it doesn’t make any sense…) – sometimes I get an error like the following when I try to rename it to something that will make sense:
Invalid template type! Please make sure your are editing a supported template type title.
The above message is returned after I have attempted to edit a supported template I have imported into tag div composer from its own cloud templates library.
Please assist me with this. Thank you.
I can no longer edit any pages with tagDiv Composer.
Error at zones: 6 (models): 0 (dom). The model does not match the content
I suspect that the error is from the OMGF plugin because it appeared immediately after its installation.
What can I do?
Multumesc!
Cant edit template. When I press edit it shows “[tdc_zone type=”tdc_footer”][vc_row full_width="stretch_row_1400 td-stretch-content" tdc_css="eyJhbGwiOnsiYmFja2dyb3VuZC1jb2xvciI6IiNlOGVmZWYiLCJkaXNwbGF5IjoiIn19"][vc_column][vc_separator…” like this
Hello,
You have installed a Pro Prebuilt Website, then these settings are for Standard Prebuilt Websites, create without Cloud Templates.
To change the color or to make changes, you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, select the element and apply the changes that you want. https://www.screencast.com/t/ua4udzijdMd4
Thank you!
Hello,
You can edit the post with tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/6LvmBSt.png , select the Single Post Content and change the color of the post content => https://i.imgur.com/kuQUfGb.jpg
Thank you!
I am using the cloud template for our post template. Which block element would I add to display the specific post content by category or by post id? Your response of “add some text with the elements TagDiv Composer” is not very clear in adding the post. There does not seem to be a block element that will accomplish this that I see.
Please advise.

Hello,
I saw you use WP Bakery plugin, so the settings will not apply because there is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Composer/Cloud Library and WP Bakery.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
tagDiv Composer contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
After that, you can stretch the row with tagDiv Composer after your needs -> https://i.imgur.com/WKYebPX.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/TO1BZ3M.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Yq8UCv3.jpg
Thank you!

please help me to fix this issue, im on the latest version on wordpress and the newspaper theme
Hello!
Please make sure you have the latest version of the theme and plugins(11.2). Make sure you have all the requirements as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Clear the cache, also from your browser and try again.
These elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some texts. Write the text in WP Editor, close from X, save and you can see the changes in your homepage and not in Composer.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
