I managed to fix the issues was a database and now i can use the composer but now i can’t get some templates to show edit with Tagdiv composer after doing a fresh install.

How can I correct it ?

Hello and thank you for your support.
We read the documentation but we cant find why we cant edit the rows in some positions.
For example in basic header and in articles. We cant delete inner row and put two banners or inside article we cant add anoter element next to date in the same line.
Can you help us?

The update broke my site.. I went back to 10.4 and the whole site is down and the tagdiv Composer won’t load.. just gives me a “sorry you are not allowed to access this page”..

Please provide an answer as soon as you can.. not a happy camper

I’m adding a custom tagDiv composer block which will retrieve postmeta information for the post, then display that information on the page. This means I need to get access to the post ID of the post. But in testing I continuosly get the post ID of the cloud template instead. From within the context of a tagDiv composer block how can I reliably get the original post ID?

The oddest thing is that it appears to depend _where_ in the cloud template I place my block. If I place it in the content area it pulls the post information as expected. However if I place it above the title it tries to get template details. I’ve dumped out the following things in both cases.

var_dump($post->ID);
var_dump($wp_query->post->ID);
var_dump(get_the_ID());
var_dump(get_queried_object_id());

Am I doing something wrong?

I need to upload header menu in mobile menu. I do it:

1) opening Tagdiv Composer on the page of interest;
2) selecting the phone viewport;
3) select the hamburger menu;
4) finally select “td-demo-header menu” from the drop-down menu of the option “select menu” of tagdiv composer.

The above procedure uploads correctly the mobile menu, but it causes the reset of the page text. In particularly the text in the page disappears and appaears the following string [tdc_zone type=”tdc_content”][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row][/tdc_zone]

We have 5 licenses to Newspaper 9 Themes. Our main site, theaiorganization.com is on old newspaper9 version. Our speed for homepage has never been faster than 2.4 seconds, and 1.6 for post pages, with usual 3.0 seconds on main page which is not satisfacory. Each technician we consulted with stated it is the coding inside Newspaper9.

1. When we updated to the new WordPress 5.72, it broke the Tagdiv Composer, we had to uninstall, reverse to previous wordpress version, and reset the entire website for theme to work with Tagdiv Composer. Is it because Tagdiv has bugs related to new wordpress or not yet compatible? Also, how should we get to upgrade to Newspaper 10 and to 11?

2. Tag Div AMP app for faster speed, after installing the AMP app, the Tagdiv Composer also has issues. Why?

3. What is the general speed Newspaper 9 is supposed to achieve for load in? Our testing process was with pingtool and mostly with Gmetrix speed test. We see other themes or your competitors, achieve 1.0 seconds with more data than we have, compapered to the Newspaper 9 3-4 seconds.

Please provide solutions and direct answers to each question and issue with pictures, and directions so we can obtain around 1 second. We use Cloudflare to ensure good security and fast service, so the Theme here is the issue. We also have Plugin for Cache.
