Hello !
You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Let us know the results.
Thank you !
Hello – I have two major problems. First, TagDiv Composer is not working for me. I try to edit with TD composer on a page and it just spins. I’ve disabled every plug-in and still does the same, so I need for support to look into this. I will send my credentials in an email and reference this topic.
Also, my main menu has disappeared visually – can still click on the menu items but it does not appear. I hope that can be solved with the TD composer issue.
Hi guys
Again, my question yesterday was ignored about images not uploading in the Composer but I’ve given up now. The whole thing is too buggy to use. Even the social media share buttons cant be edited as the fields within the tagDiv composer don’t appear when you highlight the social share tool, result, broken site.
Does 10.3.8 work on the latest version of WordPress?
I also have this issue. I am unable to save the majority of Composer changes for my homepage as the save icon just keeps rolling. I have completed ALL troubleshooting options at my end, my host server etc. Since 25 Nov I have been communicating with tagDiv via email (as requested with all relevant info) and still do not have a fix or any reply communication in the last 7 days. Therefore it is unclear whether the issue is still being addressed. The error has now been present for many months.
I contacted my hosting, After checking and troubleshooting. they replied with this:

From the above logs, we see that there is some “Illegal string offset” on the plugin “td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_options.php on line 48”.
This is something a developer will be able to assist you better and help you fix it.
Good afternoon,
Today, WordPress automatically updated to 5.6 and now, when clicking “Add New Post,” I get all of the following error messages (See at the end.) I tried downgrading to the previous version 5.5.3, but that didn’t work. I also disabled ALL plugins except for tagdiv plugins and the error messages still appear. The only plugin that makes it go away is disabling the tagdiv composer plugin. I can then edit new posts, but it breaks the frontend of the site so that is not a solution.

Hi — thanks for the reply. As I mentioned, I had already tested for plugin conflict, checked system requirements, and followed the instructions in the links you provided; none of that worked until later in the day when the Composer started working again, so I’m good there.
I am, however, still having an issue with the main menu on the navbar. I was using a Cloud Template and after the update all of the menu text turned white. We’re using a white background so the links work but you can’t see them. I’ve tried deleting/re-uploading the Cloud template plugin and duplicating and renaming the previous template but it’s still white on white. Can you please advise on potential solutions? Thank you!
Hi Calin,
Thank you for your reply. This worked for the Homepage, where I am able to access the sidebar via the TD composer.
However, I am not sure how to do this for the sidebar on the “posts,” as to my knowledge I cannot access the posts using the TD composer (only using the Theme Panel, which does not provide this “sticky” option). I am using Default Post Template style 1.
-Am I able to access posts using the TD composer, and if so, how?
-If I can’t access posts via the TD composer, how could I make the post sidebar selectively sticky?
Thank you for your time.
I need to create a side content area.
The catch is that I need one for both Pages/Templates built with the TagDiv composer, and Posts made without it (using the default single.php).
Is here a way to add some html using hooks? How can I hook after the Header (which is built with the Tagdiv Composer) Click here to see what I am after
Hi there.
I can’t figure out what caused my pages to have a limited width. My homepage had a top image (like a banner) in full width and it is limited now. I created a test page and imported a page template that is full width – this page got also a limited width, different from it’s normal layout. Where can I check what could limit it?
Also, looking a the documentation, when I got to this page:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
See that in the first image it says that I can work on the Page Settings inside of tagdiv Composer. But when I click on the button that gives me access to the option “Menu Setting” and “Page Setting”, there is only “Menu Settings”, I cannot see the option “Page Settings”.
What should I do?
Thanks.
Hello
This is the address of screenshot of what I’d like to control.
Boxes with the layout function have long loading times and show a very annoying white overlay.
I would like to remove the white overlay and if it’s possible apply a slide right effect across the entire width of the box or just a fade effect without a overlay. I tried modifiyng the CSS but I couldn’t.
Below is some CSS code which I tried to modify for the effects I indicated.
Taken from the file:

Hi,
I think that you can achieve this using tagDiv Composer and enable the option on the on the column -> https://i.imgur.com/bHdlPAa.png (now I think that it will make all the column sicky, not only the last element) also you can check our documentation for:
-> https://tagdiv.com/multiple-sticky-sidebars/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have any conflict plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also we have a guide for how to investigate this problem and fix it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ make sure that you have this set https://i.imgur.com/rEp1xkT.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If the problem persists, make a full backup send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include wp-admin, cPanel and the link of this thread. I will investigate the problem.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Until the you can edit the page from here -> https://i.imgur.com/JKfVG6C.png or from frontend -> https://i.imgur.com/tQIGHkP.jpg

Hi prakharjeevan,

Hope this will help you!
On my site the TD Composer was not available anymore after upgrade to WP 5.6.
I rolled back to 5.5.3 to get it available again.
Anyone else having this issue?
Ron
I would like to disable tagDiv Composer due to a conflict with 2 plugins on my site. When I disable tagDiv Composer the 2 plugins (Pretty Links and WP Automatic) work fine.
I’m not using the plugin as my site was built using WP Bakery.
Hi,
I will try to help you with some screenshots because is more easy to understand.
After you install the plugin go back on your WP Dashboard click on Contact > Contact Forms and copy the code under Shortcode https://www.screencast.com/t/NngJWh1j after that click on pages> hover the page you have for contact and select edit with td Composer ( https://www.screencast.com/t/sqDfb18UaqP ) or you can click on the page and after is open click the button TAGDIV Composer ( https://www.screencast.com/t/4iZR8xcZb5 ).
After TD Composer is open click on add element ( https://www.screencast.com/t/rHVSES71x ), click on the row and drag it at the bottom of your page (or were you like to be your contact https://www.screencast.com/t/pPYxfNGA) and drop the row there , then search for column text then drag it and drop him on the row ( https://www.screencast.com/t/YCmZGKn5Qwn ) click on it and the in sidebar from the left click on edit Content ( https://www.screencast.com/t/75fZTYkFoy ) then paste the code there and click on save and view page ( https://www.screencast.com/t/iT5Ex0ytiu ).
See the results : https://www.screencast.com/t/fDx1SAu6
Here is some documentation : https://contactform7.com/getting-started-with-contact-form-7/
I hope this will help you.
Thank you.
Hi,
I think that this problem is because the cache plugin that you are using is not recognize or is not set to be clear when a cloud template or mobile page was edited with tagdiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can achieve this if you are using a cloud templates. For example you can set a cloud header as individual on category cloud template from tagDiv Cloud library -> https://i.imgur.com/G4YnfT7.png -> https://i.imgur.com/p8dtees.jpg -> set an individual header -> https://i.imgur.com/NOpScB9.png after that set the category template on the category -> https://i.imgur.com/jR1MDOy.png
Also you can duplicate de cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/XOIl0Np.png and using tagDiv Composer change only the cloud header.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately there is no option for this, you can achieve the hours ago on blocks only with custom work.
For this you can use this article -> https://mekshq.com/change-wordpress-date-format-to-time-ago/ or the official documentation -> https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/human_time_diff/
There are also plugins that can be use for this -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/meks-time-ago/
If you want to use the “Time ago format” you need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it with tagDiv Composer click on single post date and enable the “Time ago format” -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2G5ogZnde0JZ
Thank you!
Hi ludyma, the there as a little change in our welcome section where are display the essential settings for our theme https://i.imgur.com/kFFehz4.png also link to documentation and support.
As for the new option of mobile page described here -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ this option is to can create mobile pages using tagDiv Composer, also now this option is availed to create cloud templates for mobile theme too, to can set the layout you want to mobile website.
If you wat a specific information about one option or something like this, let me now!
Thank you!
Hello @iwanrambe!
When you access a post on your website and then edit with TagDiv Composer you will find Single Post Comments Counter element and you can remove the icon like that: https://www.screencast.com/t/pLLA8Tj7mzf
Thank you!
