Try to disable all the plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme packet and cause a lot of unknown issues. If you are using the Jetpack plugin, you should disable the Photon plugin because this is a more problematic one and cause a lot of issues.
If is not what you mean, provide some useful screenshots to explain your problem.

Please keep in mind that the style of Block 16 has not been changed in the latest version of the theme. I suppose that this type of issue happens due to your side. Try to clear all your caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

The visual composer activation message appears on all sites that use visual composer, not matter the theme or domain. In our case, you must ignore this message as the Visual Composer does not require activation when it’s provided in the theme package. Please be more specific. What do you mean? Also, if you mean whether you can use the theme for more domains, please notice that the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB. Notice that the theme can be activated only one for a single domain. So, if you want to change the domain, you should simply delete the theme for this domain and install it to other.

1) your first error comes from cachepress That plugin is not tested so please remove it as it could no longer be compatible in the current version of the theme. The social counter also needs updating by deleting the plugins and installing it from the main theme package you downloaded from envato.

2) Please disable and delete all plugins and only install visual composer and social counter for a start. Install them from the main theme package so you are sure they are the latest and recommended versions to be used. Then start activationg other plugins one by one and see which one causes the errors.

I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with your menu. It seems to work as properly. If the problem will re-appears, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Please keep in mind that our theme is fully tested and compatible and until now we have not encountered this type of errors and we does not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry! I suspect all of these issues happens due to your bad theme installation. Please try to make a full backup to your database to be safe and then, remove the old theme and re-install it via FTP the latest version of it with only required plugins which come bundled with a theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them because these can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues.
