I have checked your website and I suspect that you do not properly set the sidebars. I have checked your website and I saw that your mobile mode is not working properly. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active (4.11.2 version), clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, if your problem is still there after this advice, please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme, without any untested plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active and see how it will work the theme with the default settings.

This type of plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with this type of plugin and also, we cannot say for sure if the theme will work as properly with this plugin, sorry! Also, please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
The speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that they add many plugins and some of them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. If you want to always enable speed booster, delete this code from speed booster file: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh
Also, please notice that our speed booster was been tested with entire theme and work as expected. Please check other untested plugins because these can interact with the theme and can cause a lot of unknown issues.

The plugin cannot be activated so you can ignore the message.
As for the social counter, please make sure you use the latest version of the plugin (4.1) This version is included in the latest theme version 7.1.1 and then simply disable and delete your current social counter and install it again from the new theme package you download from envato.

After everything is set up, please clear all caches as the counter is affected by cache.

I have checked your website and I saw that you do not use the classic structure for a post with Featured Image. As I can see, you are using some untested plugins which bring your photo on your post page. On the future, please try to set a featured image for each post because the Facebook will bring this when the post is sharing on the Facebook. Also, please notice that our theme is not tested with this type of plugin and to avoid some errors that may appear in theme, please try to disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Please check again if you are using the latest version of the Theme with Visual Composer on 4.11.2 and also, make sure if this process was made only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Try to clear all your caches and test it again. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
So, if your plugin is still there after these changes, please try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme, leave just Visual Composer installed and check the results.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is Newspaper 7.1.1 and also, makes sure if you have fully updated your required plugins to the latest version of them -> Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1 (these processes have to be made via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard) Try to clear all your caches and test it again.
So, if your problem is still there after these changes, please try to make a new clean install from scratch, with the latest version of the theme and try to test the theme with the default settings, without any untested plugins but only with Visual Composer.

Hi,
The mobile theme will show your about text in the footer section. There is no option to add extra elements for it. if you want a custom footer, we recommend not using the mobile theme, or if you know your way around coding, you can add custom code to this file: http://screencast.com/t/bUu2q1Hj
As for the line, that is added by the demo you install. The default demo will add the line but other demos have different layouts for block titles. Unfortunately there is no setting to chose one or the other on different demos installed.

It is possible as your untested plugins to interfere with the theme and damage the layout of the Big Grid.

This type of plugin is fully tested with our theme and seems to work as properly. This depends on your install and hosting. if you have cache from hosting, you need to contact the host to instruct you how to clear there cache. if it’s a plugin there will be a clear cache button in the plugin settings. As for the cdn, depending on the server you use, there will be a “purge files” button in the settings.

You need to create a sub-domain and install wordpress on it again as you did on your main domain. Install the theme on the sub-domain also and activate it as you normally would. There is no special requirement. Use these guides:
