Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version for required plugins (Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1). Also, please make sure this type of error does not come from your untested plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Please notice that the Instagram is working fine for the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) because the Instagram was been fixed and now should be working as properly. Please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and everything should working fine.

Basically, you will have to do a new clean install from the beginning (a new WordPress install, exactly as you have installed your older version of the theme) where you must install the latest version of the theme with the plugins that come bundled with our theme ->Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1. This is the default state for our theme, without any customizations, additional plugins. Try to see how the theme will go and please let us know.

Please notice that all of the required plugins come bundled with our theme. Please ensure that you have fully updated your theme to the latest version and also, all the required plugins has been updated to the latest version of them (Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1) only via FTP because this is the surest method for theme updating. Please make sure that this type of problem does not come from your untested plugins and to avoid this case, please try to disable all the plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Please check the parameters from your system status to be higher increased in order to achieve the best result. I have checked your website again and I have noticed in your source page that you are using the Jetpack plugin. Please try to disable it because it seems that this type of plugin to be a problematic one and might cause a lot of unknown issues. Please notice that the Jetpack is very complex and has a lot of modules and not of all are tested with our theme. Try to rule the theme without these untested plugins, clear all your caches and check the results.
Also, if you problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and try to change the theme only with the default settings and see how it goes.
