Could you please provide a screenshot of the ad you’re referring to?
Typically, the theme displays banners only when a pre-built website with demo content has been installed. In that case, pages, articles, categories, banners and templates are included by default.
Please also check the Theme Panel to see if any global banners have been added in the ads section https://i.imgur.com/SGHrog2.png, and check the pages and Cloud Templates in tagDiv Composer to verify whether an Ad Box element has been added.

Hello, we are trying to understand how to use two themes in one. We are now setting Town Talk theme for our news but we want to add a feature where people can find right person and we want to use Directories theme Doctors for that. How I see I can use blocks of any theme right? What plugins do I need to install that directories will work

Now, in case you have the last theme version, Newspaper v12.7.3, what I can recommend is to disable and delete the theme plugin tagDiv Composer, after that go to Newspaper > plugins and reinstall the plugin – https://i.imgur.com/YB56jLu.png

This situation appears when the plugin tagDiv Mobile theme is installed, which will overwrite the responsive version of the website. My recommendation is to disable and delete the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin, clear the cache and check the results, the website will display the responsive version.

If you want to uninstall a demo (prebuilt website) and then install a new one, the best way to avoid this problem is to directly install the new demo you want on your website. By doing this, you no longer need to manually go through the uninstall process, and the error should no longer appear.

Did you perform a clean update? Please make sure that the theme and theme plugins were not overwritten or replaced. Also, check whether you’re using a child theme—if you are, please disable it temporarily and run a test.
Regarding the tagDiv Cloud Library, you can install Query Monitor to identify which request is causing the issue. It’s usually related to an element that was updated, especially since the problem appeared after the theme update.

Yes, I also tried reinstalling Newspaper and updating the images in the “Single Background Image” block, but without success. The image appears correctly in the editor, but not on the front-end.
There are additional issues as well: some buttons on the homepage are completely distorted and look nothing like they do in the editor.
It’s clear that something is broken in the theme or in one of its related files.
I installed the WP Super Cache plugin, which caused the homepage to crash.
However, when I go to the Edit with TagDiv Composer page, everything works normally.
How do I fix this?

Please go to plugins and see if you have the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin installed (also look for the amp plugin). If you have them, please disable those plugins, clear the cache, and check again. The problem should be resolved.

The last option is to download the theme from the Themeforest, get teh full package after that, unzip it, and manually install teh theme plugins.
