Even if I install the theme as a staging in my staging site (the xyz.com site using the example from above) , I can still publish it live to see the result right?

Use the Duplicator plugin to move the WordPress install from your main site to the other domain, and activate the theme there in order to use it as a staging site.

A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled and it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Make sure you have all the plugins installed and active in Newspaper->Plugins.

I see what you mean. Since this is a new install, I think this problem happens using only the plugins in the theme, right?
In this case please be sure that you set all the theme requirements in special this code -> https://i.imgur.com/JWxX1OV.png also what you can try is to set an old php version, maybe 7.4

Please make sure you have the latest update of the theme 11.5.1 and plugins.
Try to reinstall both plugins like: disable, uninstall(delete), clear cache (if cache plugin exists), install, activate, clear cache (if cache plugin exists).

Lets say my site is abc.com and it is using newspaper theme. I have a testing/staging site under xyz.com. Is it possible to install the newspaper theme I have from abc.com into xyz.com and use xyz as staging so I dont have to go through everything mentioned on the link you shared? xyz.com is also a wordpress site and its exactly the same as abc.com just that its staging and not live.

I recently downloaded and installed the Newspaper theme on a brand new wordpress installation and i cant even edit any pages. the editor gets stuck in loading and never actually loads.
this is a php 8.0 version and wordpress 6.0 i tried downgrading to wordpress 5.9 and 5.4 and it made no difference.
i tried deleting the tagdiv plugin and reinstalling and that made no difference. here’s what I see:

I want to delete Newspaper theme completely so that I can reinstall and customize it again. But there is always some leftover after the theme is deleted. Please guide me how can I delete it like a new. If needed, Which table I have to delete from database?

Is it possible to install in staging under a completely different domain name’s wordpress site?
Hi, we have a mega menu installed, but we only wish to display the first category, not all the subcategories
For instance as below, Film is set as mega menu, and we only wish to see Movies and Series, not new, dvd and so on.
Film
-Movies
– New
– DVD
-Series
Since this can’t be easily done in the code, I figured to do this via css.
Sadly, the id=”tdi_49_” can’t be used, since the id tends to jump on other pages, so the wrong categories are hidden or displayed.
Can this be done by using the data-td_filter_value=”433″ and how would I do this ?

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
It can be because of a plugin conflict, for this, please make a test using only the tagDiv plugins and check to see if the problem persist

Hi, I installed the newspaper plugin into my live wordpress site. However, when I tried to install the same zip file of newspaper theme from themeforest into my staging site it showed the below. May I ask why?

This won’t work like that. You’re using 2 different templates. When you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, then the cloud template won’t display.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-speedy-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results.

Thank you for the clarification. When I toggle on the mobile theme toggle for the homepage, it populates as the homepage for both desktop and mobile AND my posts show up as the mobile theme when in desktop mode too.
So it seems that something isn’t right, where the mobile theme is either not working on the homepage, or overrides everything including when viewing the site on desktop.
I intend to set up a staging site to further test and see if a plugin is causing this problem or something else.
I also wanted to know if there is a way to fully delete the mobile plugin, rather than just deactivate it. My intention is to reinstall the mobile plugin, not just reactivate it—just in case a setting is causing the issue or something is corrupt.

Please try to use the main theme, and disconnect your Instagram and Facebook, please execute these steps:
1. disable tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
2. uninstall(delete) tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
5. activate tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

I can confirm that i am not using WPBakery on the site.
I have deactivated all plugins except tagDiv plugins (you can see in the screenshots below).
I have deactivated WP Super Cache & cleared all cache.
I then uninstalled & reinstalled the Gossip Pro pre-built website.
It is still the same situation.
This time, it also displays the following text below the footer:
y-campaign/” rel=” bookmark” class=”td-image-wrap ” title=”These Fabulous Photos Will Have Astonishing Impact for Any Campaign” >
I note that this is not an issue when viewing the site on a mobile device but shows on a desktop/laptop.
