Hi,

I am new to Newspaper theme: some friends have asked me to manage and upgrade their WP website that is using Newspaper 9 theme.
So I have installed a copy of it in my local server setup (XAMMP), then I have bought the last version of the theme.
I have installed it and I have upgraded all plugins.

Now I am trying to fix things like bad header on mobile devices.

So, while following the theme documentation, I am trying the Cloud Templates to add a new header.
I Have found one that could work but when I select it, I see a red advice saying:

“Envato key is missing or invalid. Please register your theme using a valid key and try again.”

and I cannot activate the theme.

So I have tried to follow the activation guide but I cannot find any place where I could paste the purchase code.
There is no activation request in Dashboard and there is no Activation link or panel in Newspaper admin section.

How can I fix?

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Hello, how can I modify and adjust the original graphics and text on the template after the theme is installed? The modification and adjustment have been for a long time, but the font and presentation style are always adjusted. Please help, thank you.

In addition, in the mobile layout section, whenever you want to select installation in CLOUD TEMPLATE, I tried multiple times in the past two days. After the installation is two-thirds, a red warning message appears and tells you to cancel the action with crtl+Z because the installation failed. , Resulting in two major line codes always appearing on the mobile phone endpoint website:

Also, at the beginning, I mentioned that in the part of revising and adjusting the template, although the photos and texts can’t be replaced, but taking LOGO as an example, LOGO TEXT has changed the Logo text tagline and adjusted it, and also has SAVE. Looking at the website, not only the ICON next to the title is still the old template, but the LOGO TEXT is also before the modification. Only the Logo text tagline has been modified and adjusted. Because I am not a developer, I only have journalist experience. I originally wanted to change the professional theme and use the favorite Mintyside layout. I thought that as long as the original website output content file, when the theme is changed, then input the pre-output WP website file. Apply the theme and keep the original content, but it doesn’t seem to be that simple,,,,,,,,, because of my decision, the company shut down the website for a week or two. The icons in the demo were getting big and beautiful.Icons disappear every time while editing.
Font Awesome plugin is installed but icons are now small

I recently installed the Newspaper theme and selected one of the demo templates. Looks great except none of the images are appearing. Is there a setting that disables the displaying of images? I see them when previewing in the editor but they don’t show on my blog.

I recently installed Newspaper X and I’m having trouble updating my plug-ins. I have tried doing it manually, but they still say “outdated” on the plug-ins page. Also, my tagdiv composer barely works. Nothing deletes, the drag and drop barely works, and I can’t upload and activate any cloud templates. When I try this my screen just turns black and does nothing.

Can anyone assist me as being a complete noob on how to fix this?

Hi,

I have the London News Pro theme installed. It looks fine on the desktop view however, when I view it on my mobile I don’t see the menu, images, etc.

I’d like the mobile version to look like on the demo mobile version of London News Pro. How do I correct this? Oh, I can give you my admin login info if you wish to look into this for me.

Dear TagDiv-Team,

I had installed the Pin It Button On Image Hover And In Post Plugin, it worked fine until the last two updates. Now just the pinit-button in the end of the theme looks a little bit different but the hover function disappeared. Can you please tell if you are using something like “data-pin-no-hover” in the mobile and desktop theme so that the hover function of the plugin is locked. If yes, where I can find it or do you have another solution to get the hover-button working?
