Hi teknobilimadami,
We get your emails and our team from email will try to find the problem and fix it, most probably this will be today or tomorrow, unfortunately sometimes the problem is complicate and it can not be solved very fast and is take one-two days.
1. We have a guide for the steps that you can try when tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
2. Also I see that your sitemap is look now like this -> https://i.imgur.com/ByyJ4Se.png
3. This problem “Notice: Undefined index: expires_in_ts in /home/teknobi6/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_instagram_access_tk.php on line 37” can appear if some files were not updated correctly when the theme was updating. To be sure that this is not the problem, please reinstall the theme, this time please using manual update as in our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ also make sure that the theme requirements are all set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
4. As I can see now the mobile and desktop version display nice the links from footer -> -> https://i.imgur.com/NJQlHNb.png also on post for mobile theme plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/cNOiir4.png
Hope that some of my above advice can help you!
Thank you!

Hi guys,
I want change the style of the Social Counter widget but I can’t see the option in the widget page. I think it was an option before.
I tried uninstall and reinstall the lastest version of Social Counter but I have the same result.
Thanks
Website

Update:
I did what you’ve suggested but upon deleting tagDiv to reinstall it, it now cannnot update at all, showing the error:
“The plugin does not have a valid header.
Downloading installation package from https://islandsocialtrends.com/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/plugins/td-composer.zip…
Download failed. Forbidden”
PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY, OR SEND A COPY OF THE OLD PLUGIN FOR NOW.
This suggestion has completely obliterated the frontend!!
Help!!
Hi,
The problem when you are using the mobile theme can be that the Cloudflare ‘APO’ do not understand that you use two themes, one for desktop and one for mobile, therefore it is delivering the last cache that was made. Using ‘WP Super Cache’ with the settings from this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ you can use an option for mobile devices -> https://i.imgur.com/6eZocyn.png in this way the cache plugin will know if you are using the mobile or desktop and will provide the proper cache. Also we have a guide for CDN here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Now is possible that Cloudflare ‘APO’ to do not have such an option, then an alternative solution only for mobile is to use the new option to create mobile pages and mobile templates with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/t4rw8Ib.png in this way you can set only the content you want to display on mobile and there should be no problems with Cloudflare APO. You can check some more details about this new option in our guide from here -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Hope this will help you!

Hi Calin! Boy, I showed up to the topic I almost posted about!
I was hired to make changes to the frontend and solve editing issues, but I have the exact same problem by going into developer mode and noticed the JQuery is a little deprecated, so I enabled Migrate Helper and started to work on fixes. I also found out despite any of that, the Theme itself is meant to automatically update and is trapped in v4.5 and not v4.9.5, so it’s missed a few runs.
I also deleted tagDiv and reinstalled it, it’s stuck in the same infinite load… now I am here!
How do I bring our theme to the future?
after i install the demo nothing
http://www.nicolechen.tv
please help
Hello !
This happens due to cache. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Let us know the result.
Thank you !
I have Yoast installed and set up and I am still getting this message. Did you do anything in particular in Yoast to correct the OG problem?
Hello !
Please try and reinstall the tagDiv Composer and also make sure to properly clear your cache.
let us know the result !
Thank you !
Hello !
I have tested this on our side and unfortunately we have not faced this issue. Also I personally would recommend to you next time if this will not happen to reinstall the plugins just to make sure that everything is fully compatible and works on the latest setups.
Thank you !
Hi,
Just make sure that you installed the theme like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-wordpress/ then make sure that the theme requirements are as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ then activate the theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-activate-the-theme/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try these steps:
Disable tagDiv Composer and delete it, then reinstall the plugin from Newsmag > plugins.
If this is still not working, you can install a plugin that can help, this plugin is Enable jQuery Migrate Helper.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
I have the same problem, but removing and reinstalling TagDiv Composer does not solve the issue. The only solution was to revert to an earlier version of the theme …

Hi,
There were made some fix and this should be one of them, please try it, for this you need to disable tagDiv Composer, delete it and reinstall in from Newspaper > plugins.
Let me know the results!
Hi,
The Envato policy allows to use a theme only on one install. You can however use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/
According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
This is strange, I just test it and for me is working on EDGE https://i.imgur.com/WM6JcE0.png please make a test only with tagDiv plugins. Also please disable tagDiv Composer, delete it and reinstall the plugin from Newspaper > plugins, sometime some times this steps can fix this kind of problems.
Let me know the results.
Thank you!
I have just purchased this theme. I am currently running your Newspaper theme. I installed Newsmag and tried to activate it but it caused a critical error.
Warning: require_once(legacy/Newsmag/functions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php on line 96
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘legacy/Newsmag/functions.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/pear:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’) in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php on line 96
There has been a critical error on your website.
Hey Calin – I followed your steps carefully and also installed Enable JQuery Migrate Helper – still the text editor is not working.
Hi!
I’m sorry that you are facing issues using Newspaper Theme. The page loading speed for both mobile and desktop depends on many factors and you can’t compare an empty theme like Twenty Twenty with a fully functional, features loaded theme like Newspaper that helps you create a website in a few hours.
We know that you requested us to optimize the page loading speed and our development team refused your invitation as your website is slowed down by the ads loading on your website. I’m sorry, we really wanted to help you, but we can’t optimize the ads as on each page load, the speed tests are waiting for the ads to get fully loaded. So, if in a specific moment, the ads server takes 10 sec to deliver the ads, your page results will display 10 sec delay added to the rest loading time.
The other recommendation was to use the Mobile theme, and now (after the last update) optimize the pages for mobile. You can find more about the new optimization for mobile in this article – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ .
We are not deceiving customers. We are building a long term collaboration with our customers. You can see on our demos what page loading speed score can a website loaded with content can have. ca However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view.
Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
We can’t not provide a solution for you here, right now as we do not know what are the conditions on your website. You can make the following tests:
1. Activate tagdiv Composer and Standard Pack, install a standard demo and check the page loading speed, then disable the Standard Pack and activate the cloud template and install a pro demo. You’ll see that the speed will improve significantly. Also, you should consider creating the mobile optimized pages for each of your pages to improve the speed on the small screen devices.
2. Test your website in a page speed test la GTMetrix or Google Pagespeed Insights and check the loading time on the ads, fonts and tracking scripts – if there is something there that slows your website down, take action.
Our developers are constantly working on improving Newspaper Theme performance. If you need our help, please send us an email at bogdan@tagdiv.com, we’ll evaluate your client’s website and see if there is something we can do to assist you.
Thank you for your understanding!
I have 3 Newspaper theme-based sites, and on all of them the category path is going like this
http://www.name.com.category/business
When I installed the COVID-19 theme I discovered that the category goes like
http://www.name.com/index.php/category/business/
What caused this index.php category? Is it safe?
Thanks,
Ed
I’ve read all your previous posts and installing AMP still breaks the site.
Wordpress dropped the newspaper theme and TagDiv when it upgraded to 5.5.1. I’ve reinstalled the plugin and it works again, but how can I ensure that this doesn’t happen at the next WordPress upgrade?
Thanks!
I’ve ran into a “There has been a critical error on your website.” on my staging site for my blog. I had been building the site for weeks without any problems and then suddenly I can’t access the theme panel, can’t access Cloud templates, the site is down and nothing works.
I’m running on WordPress 5.5.1 and the System status is green. Not a plugin conflict case as only tagDiv plugins are in use.
I hadn’t been aware of the compatibility issue with 10.3.7 before this problem appeared. I rolled back to 1.3.6.1 but the problem persists. Reinstalled the theme and plugins, cleared the cache and still can’t access theme panel or Cloud templates.
Some improvement did happen with the rollback. The site is up, I can access the Composer and even edit the templates by accessing them through the site while logged in and the top admin menu. I can even use the Cloud library the create new templates but I’ve got no way of assigning them as I can’t access theme panel. And the Cloud Templates menu is as broken as ever.
I’m fresh out of debugging ideas. And as my staging is on Blogvault, it’s the kind that will expire in a few weeks. As I can’t merge an incomplete site, much less a broken site, I’m in a bit of a hurry. Any ideas?
