Sir while installing the plugins js_composer and revslider the error appearing as ” Package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed” Kindly look into the issue and provide resolution at earliest.
I have installed the newspaper theme about 1.5 month ago and today I tried to activate it.

My hosting company replied that there is no server side issue and also increased the Memory Limit to the maximum.

If I’m right the element from your sidebars should be in Appearance > Widgets in Inactive widgets, unfortunately there is no option to reinstall the lost sidebars. You need to add them again manually or to restore a backup.

I recently purchase my Newspaper themes to start designing my website.
1) i notice that their was no place to insert the purchase code in the wordpress
2) then, this error “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_body_open() in /home4/egeruennamdi/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/header.php on line 17”
The error above usually come when i visit my website.

I have already emailed contact and still waiting for reply. I have DONT EVERYTHING. I even deleted EVERYTHING, database, the folder using FTP, then NEW WP installation, redirected DNS from Cloudflare back to Siteground, waited 24 hours just to make sure. I have NO other plugin except yours. FRESH new installation with latest version of your theme and your plugins. I read your guide TWICE. I think I have genuinely done EVERYTHING possible. VERSION 9 had NO PROBLEM. It is this new version 10 something has changed.

Hey i have completed all system requirements check as per the documentation.
Also re-installed WordPress. Font is not getting reflected, i have selected Notosans for header menu and it is showing Rubik . FYI – i am using Header Cloud Template Romania Pro.
I also wanted to change the background of the same template but there is no option to change. I have checked in theme panel as well in settings.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

My theme somehow reset itself and in the process, all of the sidebar templates are missing and only the “default template” is left. Is there a way to reinstall these?

I updated last night from 10.3.4 to 10.3.5 (using the newspaper theme panel through WordPress) and immediately lost all ad settings inside Newspaper theme, also lost custom styling on fonts, colors and header image is gone and footer is gone. There were no errors on the install. I then downgraded back to 10.3.4 and it still is gone. I also tried restore from vaultpress and everything is still missing. I see that all the video tutorial works by this website manager tool but I don’t have it on my template. So I don’t know how to find the mobile menu without this “WEBSITE MANAGER TOOL”.

We buy your theme on themeforest, we installed it succesfully, but when we try to modify the content of the pages once clicked on save the icon turns to infinity and does not save the changes made. There are no external plugins installed except disable gutenberg and a plugin for ssl. How can we solve the problem?

I’m facing wired issue on my website as when you open any page with “?tdb_action=tdb_ajax” in URL then page is not loading properly and because of this users are having bad experience on website.
I’ve tried disabling all the non theme plugins and fresh install of theme but still I’m having the same issue and due to this Google Adsense showing me false errors like more ads than content as content isn’t loading fully on the page.
Pls help me to resolve this issue on priority as it is creating a lot of issues for end users as they can’t read full content and I can’t disable auto load next post feature on theme as it is giving me good result in team of pageviews.
