i am facing problem in my newly purchased newspaper theme. theme is being installed but it,s is not being activated by the puechase code that i have got over email. pls fix it utherwise u would initiate refund of my product.

There was add a fix for these external links in Newspaper v10.3.4, please disable tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack delete these e plugins and reinstall them from Newspaper > Plugins one by one, after that the problem should be solved.

hey, i am facing error in installing demo content on my website.
Hi – I’ve not been able to get a background image to show up after installing the Fashion demo. I just get the white space background. I attempted to do so via Theme panel >> Theme background >> Upload. Am I missing something here?
Posts, Categories and Mobile Menu backgrounds all work fine.

2) Urgent Issue to be resolved:
I have removed signin/signup element from home page but still in source code we can see some texts like ‘sign in’, ‘forget password’, ‘your username’, ‘your password’. How to remove it permanently from all pages and posts.

3) I have enabled ajax view count but view numbers on post are not reflecting. Here they have also mentioned “This feature is best used if you have a caching plugin active.” So do I need to install any plugin? Send link if Yes. Or if I dont need plugin then please share solution.

Hi, I installed the demo Black PRO on http://www.ciclismo.live but the feature pictures are not showed in the mobile version. Is someone having the same problem? It does the same with the Sport PRO, other demos work okay

The more important question I have is that I know it’s possible to import the theme settings to the new site, but is it possible to import specific pages from the dev site into the updated site? It’s not an option for me to migrate/duplicate the dev site and load to the updated site because of site activity. Thanks!

The settings are saved in the database not in the theme files, once removed, simply reinstall the theme and plugins, activate the required plugins and everything should work smoothly.

Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Please make sue that all settings from Super Cache plugin are set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you have other cache or optimize plugins it can interfere with Super Cache plugin.
Also is possible that your website to had this problem before and was indexed by google and now until it will re index your website you’ll get that version.

Hello, I have 2 questions and I would like you to help me:
1.-How can you delete the last section of the initial page, where the last entries appear? Supposedly it is a widget but I can’t find it, https://ibb.co/SKLh0sn (attached photo) .
2.-The last thing is a question regarding the template. How many sites can I install it on? I have several pages, but I don’t know if I can only use it in one when registering it or if I have to buy several templates if I want to use it in other of my pages.

I duplicate my website on local, using Duplicator Pro and Local By Flywheel inside a virtual machine Windows 10 and install NewspaperX last version. I’m working this way since a long time, Divi, Elementor, Beaver, everything is working find this way, but not TagDiv Composer.
Edit with TagDiv Composer leads to a white/blank page with no error. I have already checked all the solutions given on your website, with no luck.
The homepage was based on Gadget Pro.
I managed to have it worked a few times starting with a empty page, but again it stopped working for no reasons.
All browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge or even IE) gave the same result : blank page.
When it was working, how do you remove empty column ? Not possible to drag&drop on delete red box, and no del on keyboard : nothing is working with empty column…
