The only way this could happen is this example:
Install a demo with content, edit the content and category names and after let’s say 1 year, you import another demo without content. Once installing a new demo the old one will get uninstalled.
We have made many tests in this matter and this is the only moment when we experienced the same issue presented by you.

I have install and setup the theme but after installing the demo file, but after that, the menu and other CSS are not working and also the demo content not import the content.

I also had the same problem. I was told that I did not have data source, that is why the images do not appear on social sharing. In order to fix that, yoast seo plugin was installed -> https://kb.yoast.com/kb/getting-open-graph-for-your-articles/
After installing yoast seo also, you need to set featured images of less than 300kb, for the image to show in the social sharing of Whatsapp. You could use Photoshop or any plugin to optimize images. Else, you could use this online website to optimize images -> http://www.resizeimage.4u2ges.com/ .
I have installed the default Pro demo of version 10.2 of Newspaper X. But if something changes from the theme panel, that doesn’t change. For example – Theme Color, Theme Font, Footers, Ads, Category, Social Networks etc. I tried my best. But I couldn’t change it. I’ve even completed the previous requirements. Please help.
Hi. I have installed the newspaper theme recipe demo – – and the demo recipes are beautifully layout. Is there a plugin or anything that I can use to create the same layout that the demo has for the actual recipes? I checked the Text screen in Edit mode… and saw there are div codes etc. in there. Are we meant to enter code every time we create a recipe or is there a simpler way of doing it? Thank you!!!

The page give me constinusly citical error when y try to edit home page with tagdiv composer.
When composer open sometimes give modules error, and sometimes not. Seems not stable.

I purchased Newspaper theme.
I also purchased Hosting from Site Ground.
The hosting has secured SSL and HTTPS offered in my plan.
Everything was working fine.
But when I install Newspaper theme, I lost the secure certificate.
Please help me fix this.
I am no developer and do not know how to fix these things.
If I get no solution I will need a refund as I will not use the theme.

A COMPLETE & COSTLY DISASTER
You logged into our Site and left it broken – during our peak morning traffic hours this morning. No Backup? No advance warning? Our Server Administrator is now working diligently to restore, noting that we’ve lost the past 24 hours of posts, comments and activity – a very costly adventure, as we’ve also lost sponsored/native content and our Server Admin charge will be significant.
You deactivated all the plugins using WP admin (which means some settings in some of them will be lost). You even knocked out all the images from our Amazon cloud.
You just left the website broken, with almost every plugin deactivated, instead of reactivating and rolling back.

We have inspected your issue, managed to install the Newspaper 10.2 and plugins accordingly but the work we do on backend does not reflect on front end and that was the issue that you were facing from the beginning. This is happening due to cache, either from cloudflare or someplace. Clear your cache and then try to see if your page restores. We suggest you to not revert until you see the cache cleared. That should fix most of the problems that are happening at the moment.

NOTE: We had the caching turned OFF during prior updates, and also cleared browser caches, which did not fix the issue. OUR website cannot move past the 9.x version in the foreseeable future, and your attempt has cost us time & $$$$. Very disappointing.
Hey a few days ago I received an e-mail from themeforest saying that the Newspaper theme was updated. Do I have to download the new nespaper theme file and reinstall it on my website or does newspaper update itself automatically?

The theme is installed on two sites.
The one belongs to a client of mine and I am not responsible for hosting, so I am not allowed to give you the credentials for cPanel. The theme is licensed with active support.
The other one is hosted on a personal account of mine. In this iste the theme is licensed but support has expired.
Do you mind if I give you credentials for my cPanel instead of my client’s? The issue is exaclty the same.

This problem appear only on your install, there must be a problem that provide this situation, because for me the images are displaying normal. Just make sure that you have the latest version, Newspaper 10.2 and WordPress 5.3, also the “patches” is a plugin “Standard Pack” this is for old clients to can keep the layout and functionality of the theme in Newspaper X.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

The best way to update the Newspaper Theme is to delete the current Newspaper Theme version and TagDiv Plugins and after that you can install the new version.

Hi,
I am redesigning an existing site using Newspaper theme (current site uses a different theme). In order to show the client options, I have built a demo site on a temporary server. Once they are happy with the design and other settings, it would be best to copy those settings onto the existing site, as it has a long history with Google, lots of orders, etc, rather than move the site.
Is there a way that I can copy the theme settings, including tagDiv PageBuilder pages, from the demo site to the old one, once I have installed the Newspaper theme on the old site? This would save a lot of time.
Alternatively is there another easy way to “copy/paste” the new site onto the old? (I appreciate this might go beyond the scope of this forum).

We have a problem that I think has to do with our updates.
We followed the recommended method for the theme update: we deleted the theme and plugins, re-installed the theme and re-downloaded all of the plugins. Since doing this (twice now to correct an icon display problem) ALL of our sidebars widgets were st to inactive and the sidebars were cleared of all widgets.
We have a LOT of widgets, and several sidebars used with various layouts an/or audiences. This is a huge pain for us. Is there any way to save the widgets positions so we can re-enable them if we have to update again?

Of course I already did all of that, with my test site. BUT – I did find that once I deleted all of the theme files and plugins, then re-downloaded the theme to the site and re-installed all of the theme plugins, AND, deleted my local cache, the problem went away. Whew…
Thanks for helping me. My main problem is probably that I some how believed the promise of a 98 or 99 on your weppage without paying for the sercice extra or installing addons.
So I spend a lot of time instaling multible times the pro versions (as I told before I lost some categories when I did this) and have now a legal slow website.
For testing:
I deactivated everything except your Newspaper Theme and got a 53 on desktop for sitespeed google. Also not so impressive.
But of course I need my DGVO for beeing legal in europe and my VBSEO for beeing in google.
So I will live with my on mobile the speed number 5 because I am not paying the additional 200 Dolars for helping me with this case, because it’s a niche project for parents in german language :-).
For you nice to know I extended my licence today.
