nevermind, i figured it out by removing and reinstall tagDiv Cloud Library plugin.

In order to have access to theme panel, you’ll need to have the tagDiv Composer installed and activate -> https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
The licence can be remove only from them panel, but if the theme will be delete and reinstall then should be no problems.

My other website mitjagtblad.dk used to be only WpBakery as editor (running Newspaper 6/7). After updating to Newspaper 9.8, TD Composer installs automatically and now I can’t hide sections on devices in WPBakery.
I didn’t make any new TD Composer content. All content are made in WPBakery.
How can I continue use WPBakery with Newspaper 9.8?

Really that’s the support you offer? I have followed the instructions each time we removed and re-installed the theme, even removing the theme entries from our database to make sure it’s a clean install.
Do you have any other suggestions? The error comes up every time we activate the cloud template plugin.

Yes we have installed clean WordPress + clean Newspaper 10.x with demo DefaultPro (without data)
So for us is mainly set logo images in header and footer only via – cloud templates? ..and we not must set these logo images via theme panel? right?

Hello, from my downloaded theme file I purchased from theme-forest, all other plugins are available except cloud library theme. My site is Eafeed.com. Can someone please update me on how to go about it and get it, or is it no longer supported for latest News Mag updates?

And I do not use any CDN.
I noticed that, if I removed “td-ht-fast-news-menu” in Extra class, then it would load faster but looks really bad (black with a standard font) before to look normal (white with the right font).
Hope they’ll find a way to solve this.

its resolved… instead of activating plugins in standard Plugins menu (which was wrong) I used the menu Newspaper-Plugins.
Does it mean that plugins are always updated via Newspaper-Plugins or do I need them import from the installation file?

1. In any theme / plugin ( tagdiv or not ) when a update includes moving files from a folder to another or so it is recommended to delete the old version and install the new one after that because if you would do it through a plugin or so it will overwrite files which may cause conflict.
2. Are you using PHP customization or so ? Starting with Newspaper 9 or even further there are a bunch of tabs that allow you to insert custom codes directly into your theme panel. Child Theme can have updates too and in that case it applies what I said on 1. If you’re using the Newspaper 10 and you want to convert to PRO layouts and disable the Standard pack then the child theme will no longer be needed because once you go Standard Pack-free everything will be fully editable using the tagDiv Composer.
3. If you have a daily backup then that’s fine. In every update we recommend having a backup and you can also do the update first on a localhost or test-site.
4. Normally nothing except the Theme should be affected since all the data is stored in the Database not in the theme or plugin files.

We are testing Newspaper 10 and get the following error in wordpress.
Error Details

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 26 of the file /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘includes/tdc_version_check.php’ (include_path=’/:.’)
We have completely removed the theme and re-installed it. We have also gone through and disabled all the plugins on the site and still get the critical error.
Delete all tagDiv plugins and reinstall them from WordPress Dashboard >> Newspaper >> Welcome

I have installed 10.1 and it didnt fix the problem for me
I just realized that there is Newspaper 10.1 version which fixes this issue.
I got this update information over email around 11th November (it does not show immediately that it’s v10.1, only after installation, it does so I simply missed this update).
I just re-installed the theme and now can edit posts/pages.
i have been using newspaper theme in my blog amapianosong.com for some months now but i can no longer install new theme from from the demo section or to even activate my license key! The button does not work
