I’ve disabled all plugins and still cannot figure out where this option is at once the theme is installed. Is it an additional plugin? I’d really like the gallery, but ever since I’ve installed the newspapee theme I cannot get this gallery to show up anywhere under media.

Another issue I have is no one can comment on pages, only posts. Even after I’ve enabled everything.

Steps:
1. Install WordPress, Newspaper 9 theme, and all recommended plugins (using XAMPP local server).
2. Add settings in wp-config and .htaccess files to increase size and memory limits, as per directions.
3. Activate theme
4. Check the “System Status” tab in Newspaper setup – all checks show PASSED successfully – all parameters correct.
5. Go to “Install Demos” tab and select any of the demo files
6. Deselect the toggle for “include content” so that “only settings” will load
7. Click on Install – pop up box appears with Yes or No dialog. After clicking Yes, demo loads.
8. Try the same procedure with the “include content” toggle set to ON – load content.
9. Pop up box appears but there is NO option for Yes or No, or any other clickable button.
10. Tried same procedure on Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers with same results.

Unable to proceed with “include content” setting when attempting to install demos.
Please help!

When trying to include sample content with the demo theme layouts, it will not give me the option to continue. Pop up screen says “Install the full demo –
Are you sure you want to install the full demo? This will import homepages, sample content with images, backgrounds, template layouts, fonts, colors…” but there is nothing to click!

There appears to be a space where a “yes or no” dialog should be but there is nothing there, no way to click and proceed.
When I attempt to load a demo without the content, the popup box works fine and has a Yes or No selection that works.

Have ensured all of my php settings for max upload, max time, etc are correct. Have tried multiple browsers including IE.

Surely I’m not the first one to experience this!

I have wasted a day running down documentation to get this working. I have everything the TDC requires but yet it will not work. It has worked in the past, as I have installed the theme 3 days ago. But yesterday when going in to make changes for a client, it stopped working. It just spins all day and never loads. What else could it be?
A QUICK NOTE! If I hover it seems the template has my articles in it but I can not see behind the spinning front to edit. It’s like it is almost done loading but will not make that last move…

When I installed the WOOCOMMERCE the newspapper did not show the price of the products anywhere.

Anyone know tell me if there is some bug with WOOCOMMERCE?

hello, I just bought this theme. It is amazing and easy to use, but I have been facing some real issues, which made me really unsatisfied and disappointed.

1. When I was uploading the default theme demo, it kept saying error connecting with server; however the demo was downloaded but in a weird way, as if it is broken.

A. The wide of the page is small then the demo
B. The Menu was totally broken, especially in mobile version!

thankfully, after spending 8H trying to fix this weird issue, I figure out the solution, which is this adding this custom CSS code.

#td-mobile-nav {
position:fixed;
}

The problem is why the hell, does this mobile-nav appears in desktop version? and it’s broken in mobile version.

Please I need the theme to be wider as the demo, and the menu work without this additional css.

2. Facebook counter is not working ! it is showing 0 followers!

Please fix this issue, I even uninstall and reinstall social counter from theme panel but facebook still not working.

3. The theme is far from being mobile friendly !!!! too many render blocking CSS and JS , I used TD booster but it said conflects with WP security plugin! and it is out of questions to delete this important plugin; so I used autoptimize plugin! he successfully combine CSS, but no JS are combined !!!!

Test in google test speed page, show 20% for mobile and 80% in desktop !!! huge difference !!

4. The menu in mobile is not working correctly until the whole page load !

5. when I activate TOP BAR, the mobile menu doesn’t work at all.

6. Lazy load is not working at all in mobile ! ( google test speed page ) show warning about lazy load in mobile.

Hi, I just bought the newspaper 9 theme and after installing the zip file when I try to do a live preview or active it..

Live Preview says – the website is currently unable to handle this request.
Anyways Activated it – Website doesn’t load.

I installed the theme and TAGDIV Composer on main Home Page does not work. What should I do now? Excuse my bad English.

i’ve installed the newspaper template and when i activate it after activated all required plugin i don’t have the drag and drop interface the texte look like this [vc_row][vc_column width="1/1"][td_block_trending_now sort="random_posts" limit="5" custom_title="FLASH INFO"  header_color="#AC0000" category_ids="354" ][td_block_big_grid_3 td_grid_style="td-grid-style-1" sort="a-la-une"][/vc_column]
like wordpress text view mode.

Hello, I have the newspaper theme installed on my website. When I want to enter a page of an image (attachment page) I find these errors:

wp_booster error: td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: td_page_generator_mob is not set. /var/www/vhosts/httpdocs/web/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_api.php

wp_booster error: Missing parameter: ‘file’ /var/www/vhosts/httpdocs/web/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_autoload_classes.php

I have installed newspaper8 theme and when i tried to updated the theme setting i see only rotating icon forever. No changes to the setting is happening. please help me to fix this issue.

By installing the optional pluging (tagDiv) I got the following error messag:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/webcs/domains/****/public_html/****/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 1382

Now I cant use WordPress anymore!
I used stars in the error message above because of privacy.

Can someone tell me what went wrong?

After updating to Newspaper 9.1 I get the following errors in theme footer:

I tried to deactivate all plugins and reinstalled WP 4.9.8 nothing helped except deactivating Newspaper and switching to default Twenty Seventeen Theme.
