I installed the latest version today, and there is simply no photo being displayed.

i updated the theme and after impossible to acces to the site , error 500; I desactivated the theme by ftp and it’s work, i decided to downgrade and re-install the last version of the theme and it’s still not working … any solution ?

I had troubles through the instalation of template. Finally, I installed it via file manager of my cpanel. I tried to press the “Live Preview” button but it doesn’t work! Please let me know how to fix it.

Hi, I installed the AMP plugin provided with the theme, on my website http://www.ecomesifa.it, but it does not work, the pages are always opened with the normal template and never in amp. How can I solve? Thank you

Hi there,

After 2 years of customization on the theme, I want to take off everything I don’t need anymore. For this, I plan to do like that :

1- I create a subdomain with lopsum pages and posts
2- I download Newsmag and Newsmag child from my Enavato account, and upload it on the subdomain
3- I customize the design in the child CSS

Once the theme is customed, I do this :

1- I go to my main site, and save Newsmag and Newsmag child on my computer.
2- On my main site, I erase Newsmag and Newsmag child.
3- I upload Newsmag and Newsmag child from the subdomain to my main site.

Now my question : is all the above the correct way to erase all the previous theme customization, or is there another way ? Any tip ? Thanks in advanced :).

I just uninstall my older theme and install newspaper with magazine.

I want to set all font size, style, line height..etc to the same with it, how can know what it used and how can I do that?

Installed newspaper theme version is 8.7.2 and Our installed WordPress version is 4.9.5.
When we are open Home page visible menu only other details(like blocks, grid) are not visible in browser but open to edit home page it showed all short codes created by theme.

Next we opened home page in tagdiv composer to edit we get this error “Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!”

1. we installed all tagdiv plugins you mentioned.
2. we deactivated all other plugins.
still we facing this error.

have some questions
1. which is the minimum php version for tagdiv composer work or newspaper theme V 8.7.2.
1. Need to upgrade tagdiv plugins or other plugins.

we need launch site immediately. please solve this issue ASAP.

After updating tagdiv composer, i think smthng went wrong.
Please check pictures..to see the problem

I have already deactivate and remove plugins. Clean cache and reinstall them.

i want to add facebook open graph meta so i search on it and i found that newspaper theme recommending “Yoast plugin” i install the plugin and i try it to see if it’s work and i found that the title and description work good but the image that i add on the panel of plugin dosn’t showing when i share the post the feature image come in place of it i want to know if i can fix this problem

i have just installed your AMP plugin on our site, but i have to make some customizations to the basic template.
How can i do it without have to redo every time i update your plugin?
I can do a child AMP template or something like that?

My localhost webserver for developing is on:
WinNMP on Windows 10 with NGINX + PHP 7.2.4.

Into the PHP.ini file I have this:
open_basedir = "C:/"

This is the warning I get loading the website:

File(C:\Dev\Workspace\trasporto/wp-content/themes/trasporto-childC:\Dev\Workspace\trasporto\wp-content\plugins\td-social-counter/shortcode/td_block_social_counter.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/) in C:\Dev\Workspace\trasporto\wp-content\themes\Newspaper\includes\wp_booster\td_api.php on line 370

The private static function locate_the_file($id = ”) on td_api.php should let the plugins to register themselves paths, but I receive this error and on the row 368 I have:
$child_path = STYLESHEETPATH . str_replace(TEMPLATEPATH, '', $the_component['file']);

I don’t know is a bug of this code, or I have something on the database that is wrong.

VERY IMPORTANT: I can’t re-install everything from a clean installation because the website is on production.
Could you help me to understand why I get this kind of error and in which way I can solve the problem?
