Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results! If the problem is still there, I recommend you to make a new install to another subdomain for testing. If you will check our demo tutorial you will see that Big Grid is responsive.

Do you have TD Composer plugin-enabled at the same time with VC Composer? If yes, notice that we do not recommend this because might occur some conflicts. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way and also, make sure that you are using only the plugin version which comes bundled with the theme core files.

Please provide some useful screenshots with the error. You should disable VC Composer if it is enabled to avoid gettings some errors. This behavior should happen! Remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, try to make a new install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way and check the results.

Try to update again the theme via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Make a full backup to your database before updating and then, make a new fresh install to another sub-domain for testing and check the results.

To make it easier, you should install that Demo and investigate there how this effect was made, sorry! If you are using Visual Composer, please deactivate the tagDiv composer. This page builder will be activated automatically when the theme is installed or updated. Deactivate it if that is the case.
