Hi there,
i installed a demo-design without any content and modified this demo-design. Now i would like to remove all demo-references in the sourcecode of the pages and also i would like to remove the setting in the backend that this site is based on a “installed” demo. Is there a way to fork / child (theme) design an existing demo-style and give it my own style name? Or is it possible to remove the demo-references in my installation somehow?

If the problem is happening when you switch to header style 5, please note that the gadgets demo you have installed has some custom design, that applies to that header style only

A combination of that design and theme panel settings can cause the issue you are describing. Either use a different header style like you are now, or simply modify the black color in the location shown in the screenshot.
Regarding the logo not displaying, there seems to be a CSS code that prevents in to appear

Check the theme panel custom code sections, or any location you have inserted custom code. Removing that code will cause the logo to appear

Yes that could be the case. If you made changes in the theme panel and saved successfully, and these changes are not present on the website, then it could be caching. Maybe check the caching plugin configuration.
I though that the issue was that the actual theme panel cannot save the settings you make, that can be caused by the parameters mentioned.
The recommended plugin when it comes to caching is WP Super Cache with these settings

I am struggling with a strange issue. I have installed the theme but when i set the homepage in the setting reading section. It is still showing the old theme, Which I deleted already.

I have made a test on my website with your videos and the title of it seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/dMbev1ZVg0TB Most likely, the problem comes from your setup and your settings. Try to disable all of your untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing and install only the theme and try making a new playlist video with these videos and check the results.

Then choose the Featured category in the slide filter settings, and sort by Latest

In this situation the slide will display the latest posts added to the Featured category. A limit of posts can be set as well as an autoplay interval

So now the slide will display for example 5 latest posts from the chosen category, changing every 5 seconds.
The excerpt in this case should be set to letters, maybe choose the same value for all modules. The post titles will not be the same for all posts, experiment with different values for the blocks you use, until you find a perfect solution.

The setting in YoastSEO is correct and I’m not using the WP Super Cache plugin.
2)Also, the third important rule is to do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.

I’m not using Visual Composer either.
And just like I mentioned that I have disabled all the plugins except TD Composer and Woocommerce but the error still exist…
I really don’t know what else I can do.

The mobile theme plugin is sensitive and can be influenced by other plugins and especially caching. The WP Super Cache is recommended to be used if possible

Please try as suggested and deactivate every plugin except theme plugins. Leave only theme plugins active. Then try and activate the mobile theme plugin again. It should work, then enable your plugins.
The mobile plugin is optional, if it is conflicting with something you could simply not use it. There will be no problem, as the main theme is perfectly capable to display the website on all devices. The theme is fully responsive, mobile theme plugin is not required.

Which files can I delete and how do I repackage the remaining contents of the folder on a Mac to allow me to upload to install on WP.com under its 50Mb limit?? I have tried removing the biggest PSD files but every time I try to install I get a missing style.CSS file error
I want a “read more” button after each post but it doesn’t appear.
I’ve tried all the modules.
I’m assuming it’s not included w/Voice Report, but I’m checking to make sure.
If it isn’t included, is there a preferred way to add a “read more” button?

You could ask the hosting provider to make them for you, as they might have a recommended method in this matter. Then check if the issue is still present. Additional deactivate all plugins except theme plugins if you have any other plugins installed, and check again.
If the issue is still occurring it could be related to PHP version, the theme is tested with versions up to 7.1 only. You could contact your hosting and ask them if possible to lower the PHP version accordingly.

Please notice that before each theme installing or demo, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing your data. In principle, when installing a demo, the old content is recognized by the theme. Also, you should install the demo without dummy content and then you will see all of your own content. Please do not forget the backup. It’s very important to be sure anytime.
