Hi,
It seems the website is not loading any of the resources, as they cannot be found on the server
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wOj2HATupY
You could try the solutions from this topic to try and solve the issue
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-error-too-many-redirects-issue-in-wordpress/
Check the wordpress install URL and the website URL as mentioned, these might be incorrect.
Thanks
Hi,
@agrajewski Form what I can see the mobile theme is not functioning correctly on your website. It is even displayed on desktop in a few cases. This can be caused by the Total cache plugin that you are using. This plugin is known to cause problems in combination with the mobile theme plugin.
You can try to use this caching plugin instead and check the results
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please note that when you use the mobile theme, content for pages has to be created using the mobile editor
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want to display the same content from desktop, deactivate the mobile theme plugin. The mobile theme is optional, not required. The theme is fully responsive and will adapt with the best results for all devices.
@Silverheim What you are describing sound like the problem that was present in the previous theme update. Please check this topic for more information
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-tabs-not-loading/
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t think I fully understand what you are asking. If you choose to install a demo it will display just like in the live preview. The demos can be seen here for example
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper#demos
The imported content may be different, but the layout will be the same
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Please correct me if I misunderstand and provide more details if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
It seems the website is displaying the mobile theme on desktop. That should not happen, it could be caused by a caching plugin that you might have installed or there could be a conflict between the mobile theme and other plugins. This could cause the mobile theme stylesheet to load instead
Try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, clear any installed cache and check the results.
Also check any custom code you might have entered in the theme panel sections, or added directly to the theme files.
Something is affecting the theme and interfering with the functionality.
Thanks
Hi,
The latest version of the theme is 8.1
– https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
You can install the theme using these guides
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
The tagDiv composer is specific to the theme, and it will be installed and activated by default when the theme is installed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
The demos can be previewed here (right of the page)
You can install the demo you want from the available ones
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Visual composer is not required anymore, you can use the tagDiv composer for page building. However it is still provided in the theme package. Please let us know if you have any further questions, and we will try to help you as soon as possible.
Thanks
Hi,
You could contact the plugin developers and explain the situation to them. Tell them what exactly you did before this result started to happen, they surely will have a solution for the issue or some advice.
Try deactivating and deleting the plugin, then install it again. But it would be b est to try and contact the plugin authors if possible.
Thanks
You should clear all caching.
Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
And please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache.
Thanks.
Hi,
Try testing while having all other plugins deactivated if possible, and see if the problem is still happening. The theme requirements are mentioned here, an also some useful speed optimization guides

Hello Tag,
I am currently not using the TagDiv composer as it does not offer the necessary elements that I need to replace it with Visual Composer. Likewise, the Tag Div Composer plugin is not installed at the moment. Yet in the last few days, the site has reverted back to the default state almost five times with the Tag Div Composer automatically reasserting its presence that is automatically getting installed and activated, having me to manually configure the settings each time including filling in the activation code. This normally has happened as I was in the process of creating new pages (not posts). Is this natural? In the discussion forums, I read only one page builder is allowed and I was using only the Visual Composer page builder at the time. The Tag Div Composer was not only uninstalled but also deleted from the plugins list. The Visual composer plugin is not recommended I understand but it is none the less an option one can use – and which I prefer to use till your native page builder brings along elements that allows for a smoother change. Secondly, I have currently 9 published pages and 2 drafts yet the total page numbers suggest there are 16 pages. I do not see any additional 5 pages.
Any reason why?
Hello,
Wp rocket is not a tested and recommended plugin especially the minify option.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
Tested Plugins:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks.

Hi,
If you mean the theme panel settings, those can be exported and imported
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
If you uninstall a demo, the process will remove the theme panel settings that were imported and the dummy content (posts, categories, sidebars etc). Your own content will no be affected.
Thanks
I deleted all template by ftp and reinstall it by ftp, but i still have bbpress code inside.
Perhap’s it’s because i use wpforo ?
Hi!
I want to use a static page as Main Page. I changed it on Reading panel as always but I got the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. What can I do to solve it? My WordPress is installed in my QNAP and I´m using Hostalia to redirect zebal.ddns.net (My qnap) to http://www.exitobursatil.com.
I had tried to change the redirection using zebal.ddns.net/?page_id=2239 (my new main page) but it doesn’t work.
Please help! What can I do?

Hi,
I purcahed and installed “WP Subscribe Pro” plugin on my “Newspaper 8” theme in Turkish.
I made all the settings and run it smoothly.
However, the confirmation e-mail sent automatically by the application and other warning forms are sent in English. I want these emails and forms to be in Turkish. I have not found where these updates are made.
What can I do to solve the problem?
Thank you so much in advanced.
Regards.
Current download on Themeforest is v8.
Remember when upgrading a version you need to remove old folder, and upload new one; not merge old and new.
View the style.css file on the version you download from TF, to see version number before install. 🙂
I received this email 1st of august:
Subject: [ThemeForest] Update available for ‘Newspaper’
From: “Envato Market” <do-not-reply@market.envato.com>
Date: Tue, August 1, 2017 8:38 pm
But I still got V 7.6 when I just install the wordpress. Is it normal?
When I click on download in themeforest it’s the same version.
Is it the latest version?
1)
I have newspaper 7.
Didn’t use it till now. So I a new here…
2)
Is it possible to get the new demos (I don’t see business demo for example).
3)
Should I install tagDiv Composer?
And how?
Is it a plugin? I can’t find it in wordpress.
If not, I get this message:
There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. View version 5.2.1 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?
So what is the license to updat that plugin?
Hi,
I purcahed and installed “WP Subscribe Pro” plugin yesterday on my “Newspaper 8” theme. I made all the settings and run it smoothly. I made a mistake today, and after that I started getting the “503 Service unavailable” error. I no longer have access to the administration page of the plugin.
I have repeatedly plugged in and reinstalled. The result has not changed.
What can I do to solve the problem?
Thank you so much in advanced.
Regards.
No worries. WooCommerce is not part of the theme, and generally any ‘customizations’ for Woo have to be done as part of the Woo elements, such as custom template mods, function hooks to change messages on pages, behaviors, etc.
So, Google good place to look, if there is NOT already a custom 404 theme template inside the woocommerce folder within the theme itself (have you looked in there yet?).
E.g.,
I had to customize the heck out of our WooCommerce install end of 2015, so went through the hideous learning curve on how a lot of stuff with Woo should be in the Woo panel but they have cottage industry selling plugins on annual basis, or want you to make custom hooks in a function to change obvious things like “message on the login page” or “remove shipping address on checkout page” which really should be simple on/off stuff in Woo, or at least offered in single “extend Woo” plugin for all the stupid stuff that can’t be done with a theme or in Woo “directly.”
Anyway — just food for thought. Theme itself doesn’t control custom Woo templates, was my point; but you can add over-ride templates by putting them in a woocommerce folder inside the theme.

Hello, I am still running Newsmag 2.3.6 on my current server. I want to upgrade to version 4.0 and also want to change from my current web hoster to a new one. At the new host I have already installed a clean WordPress installation and Newsmag 4.0.
What do you recommend:
a) upgrade Newsmag on the old server and then copy the content and database (via FTP) and settings (via the export/import function).
b) just migrate the content (via FTP) and export the theme settings from 2.3.6 and import them to 4.0? Is that a viable option at all?
Thanks
Andreas
