If you are using Visual composer to create your page, try deactivating the tagDiv composer from the plugins section and clear any caching you might have installed. Then check to see if the parallax option is working properly.

If you could provide a link to your website so we can see the issue or some useful screenshots and more details, it would be very helpful.
Maybe something is interfering with the functionality, a plugin, custom code or a child theme. You could check if this is the case, by deactivating all the plugins except the ones provided with the theme (clear any installed cache afterwards), switching to the main theme if you have a child theme active. Also check if you have custom code in the theme panel code sections.

Try deactivating the tagDiv composer from the plugins section. This composer is activated by default when you update theme. In some cases it can interfere with pages created in Visual composer. You could try as well to deactivate all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check if the problem is solved.

Sorry but the code is custom made for each demo in particular. If you like the style of one demo and want to replicate it on another demo, that will not be an easy task. You will need css skills as this represents customization and we cannot provide custom work. Copying the style of one demo onto another demo is not part of the theme or the theme support. Each demo has it;s unique custom implementation that cannot be moved easily to another demo. A demo is considered as a whole element. You cannot have parts of one demo on another demo. It has to be made custom if you need it that way.

Yes, you can do this. Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

Something else must be causing this issue for you. You could try to deactivate all the plugins except the tagDiv composer, clear the cache and see if this has any effect. Or even try a fresh theme install by this method

Usually the cause for any image problem that happens is the result of a plugin. A possible solution and a first step is to deactivate all the plugins as a test, except the ones provided in the theme. Then clear any caching installed on your website and check if the issue is resolved. If the images are displaying properly, that means a plugin is to blame. You could enable them one at a time to hopefully identify it.
Some plugins interfere with the theme functionality, and the first to break is the lazyload image feature. You can try to disable this in the theme panel and see if it has any effect – https://www.screencast.com/t/hlsWRcWKaWcz
But it would be better to identify the cause.

It should work if you followed the steps, and configured the Yoast plugin like it is mentioned. Check if you used the same settings as in the guide and then test with the Twitter card validator to check if it works properly.
Also clear any caching installed after you setup the configuration.
If you would like to try the code that is mentioned , it needs to be entered in the theme header file, before the closing head tag as instructed

You can install multiple themes into your wordpress by default. You simply install a new one and it will show up next to the others like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/F27XxexR5k8
It is not recommended however to have multiple versions of the same theme like for example, newspaper7, newspaper 7.6, newspaper 8. That is wrong and it will cause errors.
Do not use multiple instances of the same theme.

The demos are created custom, each demo is a customized version of the default theme. The demo contains custom code, it’s own settings for the theme panel etc. These will be imported automatically when the demo is installed.
It is considered that one will install the demo that looks best and is appropriate for the website and every aspect will look exactly like the demo preview. You cannot use parts of a demo, this can only be achieved by using the same custom code that it uses. Even like this it may not work properly in all cases.
