Hi, I’m trying to create a custom category template.
I have this problem: I would like to insert a block for ADS between posts, I created a post block loop with 10 posts without pagination, on the same column I inserted a block for ADS, and another post block loop with 10 others posts, plus pagination.
The problem is that the last 10 posts (of the second post block loop) are the same as the first 10 posts (of the first post block loop).
I also tried to enter an offset of -10 but the result doesn’t change.
How can I put several post block loops into a category?
Should I use post blocks without the loop?

A could/PRO template can be easily edited with our TagDiv Composer plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ ; For example, an element from your header has a row and a column and by selecting the element’s row or column you will have extra settings to can change the position in your header, color, size, etc. Also if you select the element and not the row of the element, you will have also another settings for editing the element from inside the block. All these are presented in our tutorial provided above. Everybody can adjust the elements with drag and drop how they need, sometimes you need to adjust also the sizes to can fit your element in place.

Mobile – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on small screen devices (no AMP)

How to set the footer for Mobile Theme? If you access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme then you will find some setting which you can change in Mobile Theme version because The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ ; So, in the end we can see that you can not change the Mobile Theme so much, you can upload a logo but you can not modify it to adjust in place with TagDiv Composer plugin how you can adjust in other cloud templates. If you want to create mobile pages, then you don’t need Mobile Theme installed and you need to assign the templates. Also, if you want a responsive version of your desktop into devices, then you need to deactivate Mobile Theme and the responsive version will display automatically.
Some words from your website for example: Follow us, search you can change it from Theme panel -> Translations, or when you edit the element with TagDiv Composer and there can be a setting with a field and you can change the title.
If you will don’t find a setting to change a color, then the last option is to insert a custom CSS in Theme panel -> Custom code which can change your design from your pages.

The GOSSIP demo header, the menu, how do I get it to remain static when going from one category to another or even to a post so that it does not reload on every pageview. I have litespeed cache but it does not seem to cache the Header Template (Cloud template) for the menu. It is really not useful as optimial is to have it as static as possible and it reloads with every change even on the demo site.
I see there are a few tickets with a similar problem reported but none discuss the fact that this information is exposed in the html by viewing the page source / using devtools. It seems odd that with admin URL exposure being enough of a concern that there are plugins to change and hide it that you would expose it. Even the renamed URL gets shown in the html. Having a nonce that can be used to hit the URL for a period of time available as well just adds to the concern.
I did check other sites running Newspaper and those sites expose the same information so I have concluded it is not something with my site configuration/conflict despite my undoing a bunch of things to try and make it go away.

If you mean to set a fix dimensions to your background, then you can not achieve this because the website is responsive and when you open the website in another screen resolution then the background will be distorted.
If you mean to set a background click ad image, then you need to set up an image in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Background -> Theme background and in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Ads -> Background click ad and here you can set the link for that background image.

Unfortunately this is an issue that comes from the ads. Are there any other types of ads that they can offer ? Maybe fixed ads. This infinite ads are breaking the element and unfortunately we cannot do anything about them to fix.

I only have tag div plugins installed.
I used the template and have not managed to change text/structure/code on the page yet.
No child theme is being used and no cache plugin.
I loaded another page with a template and the same error occurs when I try to edit.
I have crossed my hands.
There is a strange behavior with my mega menu. When i hover mega menu subcategories this loads only the first (right) subcategory but then all subcategories load the same posts from same subcategory. This only happens when i am not logged in.
I checked the ajax Post request and seems right:

I mean that request variable “td_filter_value” has the right subcategory id, that should be rendered in my mega menu, but the response is always the same subcategory.
This is a wordpress site with nginx server and fast_cgi cache.
The strange is that i still have the same site in another domain for test, with exactly the same content and same server settings and mega menu works fine.

If you have set the code for ads in the ad box, the element has the option to hide on devices in the tab called “Image ad” => https://www.screencast.com/t/xo2eZdbmlf

If you are using mobile theme plugin you will need to recreate your pages in the mobile editor in order for them to be shown. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
I have turned off the mobile theme and amp. So at least visitors can read the content. Pages were created with the supplied theme’s tag div composer. Why is it that the home page displayed perfectly with mobile theme and amp and it is a page created with tag div and yet any other page would not display? Speed/poor performance is an issue with this theme (documented elsewhere)and even while employing the recommended wp-cache and settings, and other tweaks page load issues can be attributed to the coding of this theme. Server is a newer VPS running php 7.4 and redis and yet page loads are horrendously slow on desktop (and now mobile).

I have noticed an incompatibility on the Mobile Theme which is related to Woocommerce. All styles and settings with child-theme do not work. Loads other colors and looks.
Please let me know if Woocomerce has been tested with a mobile theme and does it require a separate child-theme file for the mobile theme?

I have already uninstalled the standard tagDiv and uploaded only the STYLE PRO theme. I only use facebook and twitter as icons (the ones you see at the top left when you open the site).
Other ideas? What is the file that loads the font-awesome.css (I could edit this file)
Hi, I have this question. I installed the Newspaper theme on 2 different sites (with 2 different licenses) I uploaded STYLE PRO from the cloud model for both. In one it loads font-awesome.css and in the other it doesn’t.
I wouldn’t want it to be loaded, there is any setting to make?

After making massive changes, I think my website now has only 1 font. This change pushes CLS down around 30%.
However, the FOUT issue still exists. Based on the GTMetrix video above, I think the fallback font that loads first is Serif. Is there any method to change this to Sans Serif?
Furthermore, I also notice that CLS varies according to the number of texts. In other words, long articles (especially, 5,000 words+) will have more CLS than a shorter one (2,000 words) and so on.
The bottom line: Is there any way to decrease CLS even further? The number is ok in short articles, but for the long ones, CLS is still 0.8-0.9, which is way more than what Google recommends.
Regarding the Feature Image:
I’m running the site now under Troubleshooting Mode.
I’m using NewsMag Theme and the only active plugin is tagDiv Composer.
Following your advice I’m trying to manually add a Feature Image to a couple of Posts (from different categories just to see how the theme displays those images on the Homepage)… but the image doesn’t get saved into the Post.

1. You can click on a page (for example About), edit it with TagDiv Composer plugin and modify it how you want.

2. In our guide : https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/ ; you can see how you can add some ads where you need, also for non AdSense.
For example, in our theme if you need COVID19 Updates, then you can use Covid 19 statistic counter for displaying numbers for a certain country, and Covid 19 statistics table which display numbers for all countries.
For other things that you need, you can search and use a plugin which is suitable for your needs to have dynamic data. But we can not say to you if it is working or not because we don’t have a tested plugin for those things.
3. Please make sure that you have activated the proper thumbs for the mobile theme. The mobile theme requires the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes in order to show the featured images properly.

If you want a responsive version on your mobile with the exact design like on desktop version, then better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Settings for Mobile Theme are less and you can find them in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme.

Now what I want to ask is that how to edit each page separately? I don’t know how to add information to the About Page. That’s point 1.
Point 2, I want to use Google AdSense for this website, I want dynamic data to display here, without me changing it every day. You already have a few built-in modules that display such information, So by writing this to you, I want a full page of each plugin showing such information.
Please help me set up this page Horoscopes (show automatic information every day), Forex Rates (show automatic information every day), similarly COVID19 Updates, and blog posts for Articles.
The other thing I want to ask is that the desktop view of the website looks awesome but when I open this website on mobile, the featured image is not shown. It only shows grey background and white Urdu text on it.
One of the major challenges that I am facing is that when I open the website on mobile, the content is displayed in the same font style that I have set for the website, even when I click and open the news, the font style remains the same. However, on the desktop site, font style is perfectly displayed, but when I click and open news, it changes to another font style which is not required, it is a sort of an Arabic script that many people are not able to read easily. So I request you to help me how to set the same font style for the news as it is shown on the index page.
By the way, you will be glad that I have already purchased this theme twice and going to purchase two more licenses in the coming week. I am promoting this theme a lot. So help me at the max so that I can help my community to use this theme without facing any hurdles.

Dear sir, madam,
I have my website running at http://www.bolleboos.be/leerkracht and there if you surf with a desktop browser, you get a google adsense add in the header. If you surf to other blog posts on the site, then there also comes a sidebar on the right and there you also see a google add at the top of the sidebar.
But…. if I surf to the same page on a mobile phone, then I don’t see adds anywhere. No header, no sidebar, …
I don’t find where I could set this up.
Please where do I have to look ?

Thanks for responding. I have the General Modal Image disabled. I have lightbox under featured image disabled as well, but it works only for the desktop site. These settings don’t seem to be applying to the mobile version of newspaper theme. How do I disable lightbox there as it seems to affect the LCP of my articles on google search console? Featured image is the first large content that loads on a mobile page and google takes it as a negative if it takes more time. Desktop version, Google seems to be fine with. Mobile version is where it’s putting an error and the only difference seems to be the lightbox appearing on featured and other images on mobile theme. My url is sabysworld.com

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

I just inspected your website and looks are using many external code/links, I think are for ads. Also, those affect the page speed.
Also, it looks that your images and thumbs are not optimized, for example, you can use EWWW Image Optimizer plugin.
