Hello, on version: 11.4.2 of NewsPaper the page “Theme Panel” “Footer” is white I can not change the copyright … I just have the field “Cloud library template” with a sub-menu “No template” but all the fields of your screen copy are not there!!! The page is blank !!! Can you help me?

Thank you very much for the support and for the links you have provided me.
I have followed the exact steps as it has been stated in the link, I have created a category theme from the cloud library and I have applied Category Template Center – Pro for one of my category but the changes is not shown the Global theme is the one shown.
I am on one of the category page > Category Template – I have selected Center PRO but the actual theme shown is that of the default one.

If you have a footer template from Cloud Library, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer on a page and you can make change easy => https://i.imgur.com/hVRwTQn.png select the element and change the text -> https://i.imgur.com/iSBc3Cg.png

or is the problem that the changes made are not saved?

Hi Oliagri7, do you have set a header on that page/template? We discovered that there is a problem, when there is no header on the page/template, then the mobile menu remains one -> https://i.imgur.com/Ls6uzGi.png
If is so, then please set a blank header from cloud and set the menu on it (the header can set as global or individual per page/template).

We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. I see that you have the mobile theme plugin and this is disable on homepage.
Do you want to use the mobile theme plugin, the responsive version or the mobile page template?
If is the mobile theme plugin, then you need to have this plugin enable and to make sure that the mobile theme is not disable on posts/pages -> https://i.imgur.com/99d1c2n.png
If you want to use the responsive version or the mobile page template, then the mobile theme plugin need to be disabled, or it can be only disable on the post/page where you’ll like to be display the responsive/mobile page template.

Our theme do not interfere with the admin bar, so I think that something else it is causing that problem.
About the mobile header, this is a different menu from desktop, but it can be adjusted using tagDiv Composer.

If I understand correctly, the problem is only for the pages that are not cached. Do you have many pages that do not need to be cached?
What I can recommend to do to improve the page speed is to set less flex blocks on pages and cloud templates, remove the ajax pagination from flex blocks, disable the google fonts, disable the standard pack (in case that is enabled and you use some elements from this plugin, those will be display as shortcodes), you also can disable the view post count (remove it with tagDiv Composer from post template) and disable the ajax view count.
I hope that doing those optimizations the speed will became better.

Since my problem is not resolved yet with the two-click punishment I have some questions to you. I use In-article responsive ad sizes on my article posts (single post theme) and I insert them on the Ad placement from the single post content Ads option.
I copy+paste the code that Adsense gives me for the In-article responsive ad without doing any changes. My problem is that the ad is expand use the full-width on the mobile page, like here: https://i.imgur.com/6z06cLF.png
I spoke with somebody and he told be this could be also a problem, and I should resolve this with the theme (some setting with the div).
Basically I want to set to show like here (these to examples are my friend website, he pasted the adsense code on his site and appeared like this:

We cannot create a template on the product page with your composer. Other pages did work. Is there a way to solve this?
When we press the button in the header to edit it create a template. Nothing happens. Checked the console. No errors there.

How can we use the same template for the standaard shopping page and category pages. They are different now and this is very annoying, especially because this page https://www.racesport.nl/shop looks different on mobile (don’t have products on the smallest screen size) and CSS is not being used which i filled in).

This last link/page works how we want. The https://www.racesport.nl/shop doesn’t work correctly and we’re not able to get this page to work the same as /kleding/.
Also still having issues with creating a template for the product page. As you can see, it looks awfull: https://www.racesport.nl/unisex/1n23456/. On this page WP Bakery is being used in the regular description field, but i don’t want to use this because this needs allot of effort with filling in all the products. I want to use a template which i could build or download as a standard template from your composer, but this button doesn’t work at all.

I changed the author slug right now with an external plugin (ctmtabor.com/autor/author-name) but since before that and now also the ctmtabor.com/author slug shows the sample author template. I would like that when going to the url ctmtabor.com/author the 404 error page is shown.

Both demos have the same functionalities which can be added with the TagDiv Composer, but only the design make the difference between them. You can choose a demo which you like the most, or you can import only some sections from every pro demo you like. The pro demos can be edited using tagDiv Composer. Now in case that you want to set/change an image or some elements from the sidebar, I think that you can use a plugin that create shortcodes, then you assign the shortcode in the pages and cloud templates and just adjust the content from that shotrcode. Now for this if you want you can use the widgets, the widgets can be set with tagDiv Composer by setting the sidebar widget element -> https://i.imgur.com/i352gFH.png
I think that I know what is the problem with the category, please edit the tag cloud template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/j8YvKks.png click on the post loop and remove the offset -> https://i.imgur.com/dJ0iFQu.png let that filed empty.
About the problem with the categories that are display only after a few seconds. Can you please make a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persist (is possible that this problem to be related to a plugin conflict).

We need some more information. The provided errors are referring that there is no HTTP_HOST for the accessed post/page/… and this is used in the cloud library.
Is this problem happening with the last theme version (newspaper v11.4.2)?
Can you make a test using the default post template?
Is the problem persisting if you are using only tagDiv plugins?

Hi, Im currently having some issues getting the tag div builder to work on a wordpress.com site.
I have a prebuilt template uploaded, and everything seems to be installed properly,but I cant open the composer on any pages.

In your screenshot, you can see all your categories with the template which is assigned on each category. You can let a category template global, and then you can change it from the theme panel a new template from that list for a special category(or directly from the front end by accessing every category). If you do not see any list there when you click on that arrow, then this means you did not install any new cloud template for your categories from the Cloud templates.

Access the category pages from your website and click on the green button “Edit with the TagDiv Composer“.
This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If the problem occurs, then make sure you haven’t extra non-tagdiv plugins which are not tested with our theme and re-install the Mobile theme plugin.
