Hi,
I’ve just updated my site from version 7 to version 9. I did the updates and rebuilt the home page with TD Composer on a staging site while my earlier version was live.
Once I completed, I replaced the 7.0 site with the new one. The site works, but the theme still says it is not activated. I placed the envato purchase code in the right place, but the next step it requires from me is to create a new TagDiv support account. I already have this one, and do not want to duplicate this.
However, I can’t complete the activation until I do. Any advice?

Unfortunately for removing the website and links is no option in tagDic Cloud Library , you can use some custom css to hide some of them, if those are not important.

The Gossip demo is made with tagDiv Cloud Library, in order to hide the author you’ll need to edit the templates made for Gossip with tagDiv Composer , because those are overriding the settings from theme panel.
In order to edit those templates you need to go in Cloud Templates -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YeAUYOBxmw7g
For example in order to remove the author on posts, you need to edit the Single Cloud Template – Gossip -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KYGhusnpz , now click on author and pres delete after tat click ok, or click right and click delete -> https://www.screencast.com/t/u1VrtDwr26 , build the template how you want, save it and enjoy the results!

Please notice that the TD Composer has been fully tested with the latest version of WordPress and it seems to works as expected. If you do not bring the button of TD Composer, try to press CTRL+SHIFT+R to reload the page without cache and see the results. Also, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, remove all of the untested plugins and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at cotnact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to this behavior.

Hi, I am new here. I am facing problem from day one. whenever I do some changes on the Page and try to save. my page got stuck circle rotating continue. when I press the EYE Icon and view my changes it’s saved but then I can’t do any modification in the page unless I force to close that page and then again go to TD Composer and do more changes.

Since I see post after post regarding tagDiv Composer failing in a myriad of ways I am re-posting my January 13, 2019 problem–yesterday at this moment.
The “tagDiv Composer button” on the ADD PAGE did not show at all.
As I reported, there were no problems with installation of the plugin.
I even de-installed and re-installed yesterday with no report of error.
However, I just made the tagDiv Composer Button SHOW on ADD PAGE!
WP 5.0.3 installs its new BLOCK COMPOSER by DEFAULT
Classic Editor, from this version onward into the future, it says, is now a plugin!
On a suspicion I went down into the SETTINGS/OPTIONS on the right-hand of the Add Page view to the very bottom where it says “EDITORS”
Opening it up I was shown an Option for initiating the “Switch to Classic Editor?” (in place of the new 5.0.3 WP page editor).
After choosing to Use Classic Editor it asked if I wanted to Leave the Page. I did and selected that.
When the old WordPress Classic Editor View showed up again the TAGDIV COMPOSER Button was now sitting big and blue underneath the page title field.
And clicking the button launched the front end TagDiv Composer editor as before.
However, after a quick experiment of using the TD Composer and Saving a Composed page I experienced that the next ADD PAGE use SWITCHES BACK to the new default block editor of WP 5.0.3
In other words, if you say, Preview the Page, after that Preview of the page you just composed with TD Composer then deciding to ADD another page the Page Editor will have switched back to the new WP Default and the TD Composer button is missing again.
Then I had to go down and select “Switch to Classic Editor?” AGAIN to be able to See and Use TD Composer.
I don’t know yet if there is a way to make WP KEEP the Classic Editor view as Default.
On the homepage the thumbnails don’t show up as high-density (retina), but if I click on any of the subcategories in one of the blocks, the thumbnails are sized properly for retina displays.
For example, on this page https://glasair-owners.com the default view shows thumbnails in the first block (Glastar & Sportsman) below the big grid at 324x160px. However, if you click on a subcategory on the homepage, “All” for example, the thumbnails will be shown at 648 x 320 px (scaled to 324 x 160 px).
Also, if I edit the home page with TD composer, all of the thumbnails—including the big grid, are shown as retina-sized in the live preview.
Is this some weird caching issue, or am I overlooking some obscure setting?

HI there, I just bought the theme, I installed it and there is no access to the templates so its not possibel to quickly build pages, when I make a page it says “Success this page was not created in TD Composer” What does that mean, is that a success?
When I go to save the icon just sits spinning forever, sometimes when i go to load a page to edit it doesnt open.
All together its completely wasted an entire day and unless you can provide some help to make it work i will need to ask fro a refund as at the moment it simply does not work.

I don’t know if the last problem about the “impossibility to download” is a real problem. I reinstalled all the theme but I still have the problem:”Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 101449728) (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/mhd-01/…/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php on line 516″.
All the requirments are green.
When I did the update, I didn’t update the TD Composer, cause I believe the main theme update disables it, and then when I enabled it, everything worked again.
If you’re trying to update theme in staging, you’re going to need to work with your CW engineer and have them add something to your .htaccess file to account for https so the update can successfully install. If you explain the issue to them, they should understand.

If you want this, you need to use another stretch ROW from TD Composer from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/z2ulCewHxkX and then add any element you want inside it. Also, please notice that the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the layout for the boxed content, when background is applied, sorry!

Or you can set a color for background color that is the same lake your page background color ( usually is white ).

I have just installed Newspaper 9 theme and installed the Baby demo all is working fine however I do not have the Edit with TD Composer option on my homepage front end.
If I go to Dashboard-Pages there is the Option ‘Edit with Tag Div Composer’ but if I click it I get an error:

I bought the Newspaper theme of WordPress recently. After making the site online my TagDiv composer is not working. When I click on ‘Edit with TD composer‘ link to try to edit the website it gives me this error:
“This page isn’t working. http://www.rebellionrider.com didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.” in google chrome and “The Connection Was reset” in firefox
I also tried reinstalling the theme as well as the plugins. Moreover, my site fulfills all the parameters like php.ini, wp-config stated in your documentation. I’ve attached the screenshot of the same within the email which I have sent to contact@wpion.com. Kindly please help ASAP as my website is already online & I may lose a lot of traffic due to the fault in my TD composer.

In admin had a notice saying the TagDiv composer and TagDiv Social Counters do not work with this version

The latest version of your theme is installed and no add-ons are installed except for required to install the theme. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an error.

It fix the issue of the saving and editing the TD-Composer.
But still the page is not looking good.
Even I restore the page for few days ago – something in the CSS is missing something.
