TY for getting back. Yes I understand that a cloud footer can be used but that does not seem to solve this problem. If i try to edit it with theme builder it gives me an error.
I have disabled both mobile and amp but the regular theme, in responsive mode does not seem to display properly on mobile. How do I solve this?

I see that in most cases the counter works correctly, where it doesn’t work correctly seems to be here https://francegallcollection.fr/tous-les-vinyles-de-france-gall/?tdb_tax_formats=cd-album and I think it has to do with the structure of the categories/taxonomy, but in the rest the filter count seems to be ok.
depending on the settings (according to the current settings) of each filter when selecting a category/taxonomy it will show the total number of core articles it will display, for example if the current category has 3 articles and I want to select one that has 5 articles, the counter next to that category will show 8 https://i.imgur.com/Bqp1eId.png

VERY IMPORTANT! If you have install a pre-built website with content. The pre-built website content added by the pre-built website install (pages, articles, categories, theme panel settings …) will get removed when uninstalling the theme or switching pre-built websites. If you want to keep the content as your own, please create a copy of the page and use the copy as your content. In case you want to install a PRO demo, what you can do is to get the cloud template and sample pages for that demo from the cloud (without installing a new pre-built website) -https://i.imgur.com/JTmrIeu.png
Also, you can use a staging area where you can make those tests so the main website will not be affected.

I have a question about how Flex Loop works with taxonomy filters. Here is the page I’m currently testing:

This page uses the taxonomies Formats, Chansons, Collections, Labels, Pays, and Types d’éditions (In french). I have added the corresponding slugs, and they are working correctly. For each taxonomy, I have enabled the “Multi” option.
When I select the term “LP (33 tours)” in Formats, all the other filters disappear.
My question is: is it possible to keep the other filters visible and continue refining the results?
For example, after choosing “LP (33 tours)”, be able to select an additional filter such as a term from Chansons or any other taxonomy?
Right now, as soon as I select “LP (33 tours)”, all the other filters disappear and the filtering stops there.

I’m trying to run responsive, no mobile theme, no amp. I’m facing an peculiar issue where the theme displays fine on the home page but doesn’t display properly on any posts or pages.
1. When mobile theme plugin disabled, posts show h1 text in place of graphic logo, and footer doesn’t display or displays oddly because I’m seeing @newspaper wordpress theme by tagdiv on the footer.
If I try to edit this footer it tells me you cannot edit this type of footer.
I’ve cleared cache a bazillion times, What could this be?

We’re using a Flex Block 1 on a taxonomy template and are trying to hide the block title when no posts are returned. For example, our taxonomy template includes a “Company Profiles” block that’s configured to display profiles tied both to the current taxonomy term and to the Company Profiles category.
Some taxonomy terms have associated profiles and some don’t. For the ones that don’t, the template still shows the “Company Profiles” header with an empty section underneath.
Has anyone found a good way to conditionally hide the block title when the query returns zero posts?

For WordPress, this means that while plugins like Si AMP for WP still receive updates to fix issues, AMP technology is less relevant because the performance benefits are now achievable through modern web standards and performance optimization techniques. It is often recommended to remove it and focus on improving the speed of your main site.

I have updated the /wp-content + /wp-content/plugins .htaccess files accordingly, checked the php.ini file, changed the object cache plugin, checked the apache error logs, ran multiple diagnostic checks on the server configuration and still the WP editor hangs and I am exhausted on this.
Can someone from your team take a look for me please?

When I activate the AMP plugin is lists nearly all my activated plugins as incompatible. It includes some very popular plugins, like AIOSEO, Advanced Ads Pro, Smush Pro, Jetpack, tagDIV, Wordfence, Woo Commerce.
Even Bluehost’s simple plug-in is listed as incompatible. What do I do? These other plugins are needed. List is below,

Apologies, a beginner question here… I use for my portal a template from cloud via tagDIV Composer and it works very well on laptop view. However, the order of blocks on mobile view is very much different from what I would like to see. For example, the main article is always on the top in the centrer in laptop view, but on mobile I have to scroll down a lot to be able to see that block/article.
How can I change the order of these blocks on mobile view?

I’m fairly new to the Newspaper theme and I’ve run into an issue I can’t seem to solve.
In the tagDiv Flex Blocks, I don’t see any option to use numbered pagination. It only offers Infinite Load, Load More, or Previous/Next.
On the other hand, the Post Loop module does support numbered pagination, but it doesn’t include category filtering (there’s no Filter tab like in Flex Blocks).
My goal is to build a movie/TV blog, and for example on my “Movie News” page, I want to show only posts from the Movie category with numbered pagination at the bottom.
Right now I can’t find any module that supports both category filtering + numbered pagination in one place.
Am I missing something? Would appreciate any guidance.

Thank you for getting back with me on this issue. It is appreciated. I did go through the tutorials that you suggested (thank you). I also made sure that the SVG was removed from all the header information…to be honest, that was my first thought, that I missed something.
However, my apology for not mentioning this, but as for the header itself, I am not using the header Chained News. I downloaded another header from the sample prebuilt. I am using the “Pulse Pro” header instead. (I wish there was a way to show you exactly what i am seeing in a screenshot.)
Any other suggestions?

Is there a way to edit all html files all at once? lets say i have multiple html rows in multiple pages, i need to change a color, would i need to edit them on by one? or is there a way i can edit all of them immediately? (for example search for the color hex code and replace it with the new one)
Yep that works for single post template, I managed to edit the date time format.
However it seems for posts (w/ title, description, categories, date, reading time) inside a Flex Block Builder that came with the default Forest Beat example, there’s no way to edit the “date element” inside the Flex Block Builder. Clicking on the date brings me to the “Flex Block Builder” instead of the date element.
So it’s still not working for me specifically for the posts on Forest Beat homepage. Still has its own date time format.
I had to dig into the source code (i.e. via Edit instead of tagDiv composer) to find out:

I’ve activated the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin (td-mobile-plugin) and everything works fine, but some texts on the mobile version are still in English.
For example, the section title “Latest posts” appears in English, even though I’ve already translated it in Theme Panel → Translations and all translations work correctly on the desktop version.
It seems the Mobile Theme doesn’t apply the same translations as the main theme.
Could you please let me know:
Where I can translate the “Latest posts” text for the mobile theme?
Does the Mobile Theme require a separate translation setup or file?

Hi, I am currently setting up my website. I’m having difficulty assigning my social media urls . For example, the facebook icon links just to my website, and not my facebook page. I’ve checked the theme panel, and cannot find anything. The Social/API section doesnt help, as it fails everytime I try to connect my FB account. I dont need the account connected, I just need my facebook, instagram icons on the website to link to the individual social media accounts. I appreciate any guidance.

The theme has a lazy load option, but this is only for blocks, as this option makes images load only if they appear within the screen (so not all images on the page are loaded if the user has not scrolled down to them). Problems often encountered are when this lazy load option is used by too many plugins and themes, it should only be used by a single plugin or theme. It is recommended from the plugin if there is an image optimization plugin and the one from the theme. For example, we recommend EWWW Image Optimizer https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/

I recently purchased the Newspaper theme and am using the “DEFAULT PRO” template because I was very impressed with its professional designs. I thought it would allow me to easily create a beautiful blog.
However, I discovered that most of the theme’s blocks (Flex Blocks, Big Grids, etc.) cannot be lazy-loaded, maybe because they use CSS background-image to display images ? I use lscache lazy load function and already tried others plugins.
This forces every single image in these blocks to load even if they are far below the fold. The lazy load option in the theme panel doesn’t improve performance metrics; it seems to be just a visual loading effect. Is that correct?
To keep a good performance score of 95+ on PageSpeed Insights, my only workaround has been to hide all images in these blocks on all single posts. While this fixes the speed issue, it completely defeats the purpose of buying a visually rich theme like Newspaper.
I already use others speed optimization like cache, css/javascript loading optimisation,etc. the only problem I can see is these theme’s blocks images on sidebar and footer not lazy-loaded.
My question is:
Is there a built-in setting or a recommended method to solve this? Or is this something that might be addressed in a future update?
This seems like a critical feature for any modern theme focused on performance.
