Hi. When making changes to elements with td composer, it should fade and then ‘unfade’ with the new changes. However, I have noticed for some time now that sometimes it fades when applying a new change and then freezes, and I cannot make new changes unless I click save on tdcomposer and refresh the page (see screenshot http://prntscr.com/l6f6ys). Would you know what the problem could be? cheers!
Also, This happens only when saved with the New version of Tagdiv Composer. The old pages saved with the old version, when opened in Default editor shows the Shortcodes. When the same is edited with New version and saved it renders the shortcode and are shown as HTML.
Hello, I have installed Newspaper 9.1 and found few bugs.
I use Tagdiv Composer and Mobile Plugin as well. For pages, the contents have to be recreated in the mobile editor. When I create a page using Tagdiv Composer and the same post is opened in the normal WordPress editor, the shortcodes used in the page are rendered and displayed as raw HTML. I don’t know why this is happening. This is giving me some layout problem. It ads extra p tags inside the HTML Subscription form (Inserted via a shortcode). It is mandatory for me to edit the post in the WordPress editor to update the mobile version. When doing so, the error mentioned above occurs. Kindly Fix it.
Hello!
In the last two updates of the Journal theme I’m having problems.
I tried to do the update today and after I update the theme, the site keeps working, but I can not log in to WordPress anymore.
My TagDiv Composer plugin was disabled. I tried to activate it, as it suggested and it got even worse. Neither site worked anymore. So I went through the Cpanel and renamed the plugin and everything went back to normal.
I had to leave the old version of July to work.

Hello,
Please notice there has never been a scroll bar into our TD Composer, sorry! If you want an effective scroll bar at your TD Composer section, you need to install an add-on from Google Chrome which allows you to use it, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uBWoDRxBGgkx
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please update/activate the TD Composer.
Thank you.
Hello CrackMasterK,
By default, the TD Composer does not any scroll bar at TD Composer, sorry! You should use the mouse scroll.
Thanks for your understanding!
I am currently using the gaming template and have tried disabling third party plugins but it appears to not have worked.
You’ll notice that I can’y scroll down on the left side, This issue is on all editing even in the add new element options. The search bar is there but I can’t scroll down.
Hi,
Thank you for trying to help. As it turned out, my colleague modified the htaccess file by hand, and it somehow broke the redirects for the composer. I restored it to an earlier state and it now works.
For anyone who experiences the “infinite element loading” problem, and nothing else helps, try to reset your wordpress permalinks, and set them again, or look at your .htaccess file and check (if you know what is that you’re looking for) if there is anything set up wrong.
Thank you for your support!
Hi,
Currently a dedicated carousel element does not exist in the tagDiv composer, it may be added in the future.
If you require such an element you could try some plugins, choose the one you like and works best with the theme. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Please read this topic: -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Hope you can solve your problem.
Thanks.
Hello ducanhit066,
First of all, try to remove and install it again the TD Composer via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new theme install via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hello josflachs,
At the moment, the latest tested version of Visual Composer which our theme is 5.5.4. Please keep in mind that the WP Bakery was immediately released an update of Visual Composer (v. 5.5.5) after our theme update, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
You can use cloud templates, get a single template from cloud ( example: https://www.screencast.com/t/gGxFput0 ) , edit it with TD Composer, drag a ad box were you like to have ads, click on the ad box and set a “Use adspot from” ( https://www.screencast.com/t/fXGYNChD3N https://www.screencast.com/t/vIqzbfCTHoeK ) save the template and set it on posts.
See results: https://www.screencast.com/t/s9MHniu6FuXh
Thanks.

Please help me
It’s a couple of months ago I asked when you guys were going to update visual composer. I just installed the latest theme, and still composer is not yet updated. When are you going to do that?
Hi,
Either way should work, in the composer – https://www.screencast.com/t/8qPkHfPXSN
Or in the backend of the respective page – https://www.screencast.com/t/xY2JwmZHL
If the setting is saving properly and the page does not change, could be a caching issue. If those fields are empty the value from WordPress settings will be picked

Hi,
Unfortunately for the moment you can’t do that with TD Composer, you can try to hide the first column on the mobile.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi,
Please read this documentation about ads ( documentation ), there you see how to set the dimension in function of device your customers are using.
For Expected width, using TD Composer, just drag a row, set the layout 2/3+1/3 ( https://www.screencast.com/t/VTXSQ3TIJ ), after that select each column on the row and set to css , look for width and set there your dimension ( https://www.screencast.com/t/CYFsU8iQMc ).
Thanks.
Hello Theresa Ream,
You can remove it when you edit the page with TD Composer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jH35dsaP If you want to replace our Social Counter with your own, you should do it yourself because it is not a simple task and this thing involves doing such a custom work and we cannot provide this kind of services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Ranpajac,
Please check the following topic from here and try to do all the steps from there to fix this problem -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
1. You are using Custom fonts files, or google fonts, because if you are using google fonts, until your website loads the style from google will be set the default fonts.
You can try to use a custom font ( https://www.screencast.com/t/fEtxO8EVKx ).
2. If you don’t have mobile theme plugin activate, then the content must be like this:
on td composer https://www.screencast.com/t/QSeF71ZT , on mobile: https://www.screencast.com/t/kFJm0N1H1bB
If you have mobile theme enabled, then you need to add in page, at the bottom of it the content for mobile ( https://www.screencast.com/t/eyqyjVNW ).
Thank you.
Hello itduck2020,
First of all, you should download the latest version of the theme which is Newsmag 4.5 and which contains the latest version of Visual COmposer which is tested with our product. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-whats-included/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
In some cases, the mod_substitute module default configuration may cause a timeout error on TD Composer when loading large pages . To fix this you have to add the following lines in the .htaccess file located in your website main folder:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
Thank you.
