We are running koko.ng website with Newspaper theme and current server which we are running the website is having Intel(R) Xeon(R) E-2288G CPU with 6 core 62GB ram SSD disk. Our users as well as back end data staff always complain regarding slowness with the website. Our system admins and developers has done detailed investigation regarding this and we could see that “tagDiv Composer” and “tagDiv Cloud Library” plugins creating high mysql load and it is creating performance issues. Is there some method we could optimize these plugins for improving performance?
That is not what I asked nor did that suggestion work. I asked WHERE ARE THE SETTINGS STORED FOR CHANGES MADE TO THE LAYOUT IN TAGDIV COMPOSER!? I made changes to my FOOTER that I want to revert. Changes to the footer are not stored in the post as I’ve restored the post and the changes were not reverted. I am asking a simple question, where are the settings stored for the footer? Is it the database, a file, where!?!

Hello,
Where are the settings stored for changes made to the theme’s layout via tag div composer? I deleted items out of my footer that I want to restore without having to restore the entire database and/or files on my site. I am unable to use undo in tag div composer so I need to manually restore the original settings. Where is this data stored?
I have changed the whole template and edited the template however there must be some issue with TagDiv composer because the tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin is not updating. I tried by deactivating all plugins including cache plugin but failed. I also tried to update the plugin from theme panel but updating failed. Some issues must be there with the TagDiv plugins.
I have sent the login credentials and FTP details through email. Please help to get rid of ant error.
Hi Anamaria, The only page I can edit is the home page. All other page templates give the same error as the video. I did add the code to my .htaccess Here is what I’m getting from the rrror.log

“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.

The page templates can’t be global on each page, and it is not working as a single template, for example.
Create a new page in Dashboard -> Pages, press the publish button, and view. Edit it with the TagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/gGw1zq0zdf3r and start customizing it as you like to add text, image using the elements from tagdiv Composer. You can import from the Cloud Library sections, blocks, etc. already designed.
You can create a sidebar like in this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
There is not need to have the pages in cloud templates, because you can see the pages in the section for pages.

I created page for privacy, terms and than added text with clasic editor
Pages > Privacy > Edit and with classic editor I added text.
There is no option to add sidebar content.
Theme Panel > Page template > CUSTOM SIDEBAR + POSITION ( option with right sidebar selected) default sidebar selected and is only option in scroll down option

1. Yes, you can add the logo more near to the menu, but you need to set the row layout like this -> https://i.imgur.com/DMqn02Y.jpeg and stretch row https://i.imgur.com/29Aet0y.jpeg You can not delete the empty column, only the row that contains empty columns.
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column using the right click on the row icon -> https://i.imgur.com/JodWvlW.png -> https://i.imgur.com/e6bb8U5.png or using the drag and drop or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG The same steps are to delete the elements.

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
3. Format need to be MP4, File size for embedded video should ideally be 500KB, as the ideal page size from Google’s standpoint is <1MB. File size of 1-2MB is acceptable.
Video duration should be no longer than 25 seconds.

Unfortunately, at the moment, there are no guides on how to transform an LRT demo in RTL. To do this, you’ll need to make sure that you are using a demo that uses cloud templates after setting an RTL language in WordPress, and after that, you’ll need to manually edit the demo using tagDiv Composer.

I’m using Newspaper theme since 4-5 years and I’m quite fan of it. I always recommend it to everyone. I appreciate all the efforts made by tagdiv team. Tagdiv is amazing and inspirational who works on Newspapertheme. It has all the important features. However, I would like to request two features that may boost its powerfullness and its utility value.
Could please add FAQ block and Dark mode switch block in tagdiv composer or builder because FAQS are becoming part of every website nowadays. Dark mode is also accepted by all big websites. I know I can use 3rd party plugin for that but if affects the performance, and I love the tagdiv developer team’s work instead of any other third party products.
Could you please add these two features?
