Or try to contact the person that has implemented this.

What I can tell you is that like my colleague explained above, the theme works properly with the specified video channels. It can not be expected to provide favorable results with all the existing channels, some may work and others not.
If you decide to use the theme’s mobile theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ this has options to insert the ad code in order to display on mobile. It is also specified there that Visual composer page builder elements were intentionally removed from the mobile theme, for increased performance, so it may not render shortcodes or any Visual composer elements. The same page content from desktop will be displayed on mobile if you do not use the mobile plugin, the theme is fully responsive. Everything is tested and is working like it should. But if you are using other mobile plugin with favorable results, you can keep using it, but we can not give you configuration recommendations since no other mobile plugin was tested with the theme.

This is the default theme implementation: https://www.screencast.com/t/oUUgCl90smuz As you can see the post pagination is above all the other elements. On your end you probably use a plugin that places the content above the pagination.
The news ticker is a block element like any other. It does not ahve any special implementation. You can add it to a page using the add element button in visual composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/TdRllYJVE
None of the theme blocks have any functionality to add them across the whole website. This can be done if you want using a do_shortcode function by altering the theme files though if you have the proper coding skills.

That is what I suspected 🙂 Those are visual composer elements and they will not pick up any of the theme icons. Visual composer elements have their own icon sets and I cannot provide any solution to change them as changing the plugin code will break our license agreement with the plugin authors.

One of your collegue create for me a CSS code because the background of the facebook page’s word (of the widget of WP) was different from the Theme Accent Color.
Now I erase the css code and the background is a dark grey, as you can see here in the sidebar

It seems the ad is coming from a raw html element and it is linking to a Facebook address – https://www.screencast.com/t/m0rnExCDBN Maybe this code is inserted directly in the theme single post and category files. You could take a look in the category.php file – https://www.screencast.com/t/gropsNLlY and the post single files – https://www.screencast.com/t/bVmbyjmzFR and check for any code in the structure. You could try disabling all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files, maybe a plugin is causing this. If none of these suggestions work, you could make a fresh theme install with the latest version – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ install only the theme bundled plugins and this should solve this issue.

I installed on of the demos and got a trouble – social counter appears at the homepage but i cant change facebook app key etc. like in the documentation tutorial. Because there is no tagDiv Social Counter in widgets and in visual composer. I can only change [td_block_social_counter custom_title=”Будь с нами” facebook=”22222/
when editing “News” page. But there is no opportunity to enter App ID

Okay and the update instruction is also very clear, except it is mentioned that I should first deactivate and delete WPBakery Visual Composer plugin, before I upload the new one and activate it. Will it change my current layout page and do I have to remake the whole layout after update? Just to be sure, so I know what I am expecting when I update the plugin.

“tagdiv counter social” plugin doens’t work with facebook. Put “0 fan” and we have more than “30 fans” yet.
At first I thought the problem came from the facebook information entered in the plugin.
I have disabled all the plugin except Visual composer: same worries not the good number of facebook fans that appears.
So, I disabled the plugin “tagdiv counter social”. Reactivated all the plugin then Installed another social plugin then I tested this new plugin with the information entered in “tagdiv counter social” for facebook. Result: the new plugin shows me without concern the number of facebook fans.
Conclusion: this is therefore a priori not the information of facebook entered in “tagdiv counter social” which pose worries but well the plugin itself.
Do you have a solution of this issue ?
My version of “tagdiv counter social” is 4.1

Unfortunately, for a single author, the theme does not have any shortcode, sorry!

Maybe the compression plugin you are using is not fully compatible with the theme, this meaning unexpected results. In order to figure out which plugin causes the error, simply remove all of them and clear all caching. Then run some tests. Visual composer and revolution slider are known for not having full php 7 compatibility but they are working on it as they have added compatibility in each of the previous versions, but unfortunately it is not a simple thing to make and you cannot add it all at once as you cannot know all of the situations that can show up and this is done over multiple updates. From the theme side, we already implemented full php 7.0 compatibility. I cannot provide any solution for the plugins however as we are not allowed to modify the plugins code as it breaks our license agreement.

It seems the black color is coming from your end. The theme css does not apply as it is rewritten by either a custom css in the theme panel or a plugin css.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. I am able to only add a single marker (the location found).

First of all, please ensure that you have made your theme installing via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ Also, if the problem is still there, please check your backend of your website and check the Big Grid to be in full row, with layout 1/1. Clear all your caches and check the results. You can provide your website.

Unfortunately, the mobile theme cannot be overwritten in the child theme, sorry! If you want to edit the functions for mobile theme, you should edit the following theme core file, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WXkWK5ii6qM
I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.
