① Cloud → Can you add a block between red? The current page is also in the state of adding the homepage block. Can you add more?
https://ibb.co/KX16KMF
② I want to designate only the red part, but even if I move the mouse here and there, either the whole or only the text is specified.
Doesn’t the TagDiv composer have something like a task bar? For example https://ibb.co/n1xTDxg Gudenberg is like this. It’s too inconvenient.
https://ibb.co/XY7rn30
③ Please explain how to make a colored cell like the one in red.
https://ibb.co/Gx6ktXN
④ The WordPress mark image sticks too tightly to the top, so even if I try to increase the CSS margin, I can’t get this column even if I move the mouse here and there.
⑤ I want to put a box color like ③ here. How can I do that?
SOLVED. The content zone on my main page dissapeared. I can see and edit it through the admin panel and can edit it with tagdiv composer. But i got “oops, error 404. Sorry, but the page you are looking for doesnt exist” when i load it as a regual visitor. Header and footer is fine. I cleared cache. Nothing changed. Please help. http://www.6300.hu
I noticed a huge delay in one specific page load. It’s when I do a search and load the search result page. (I use Relevanssi). In the Query Monitor I see a delay of 13 seconds, caused by the td_composer. Link to screenshot. I wonder how I can fix this issue.
Thanks for the help!
Hello,
I am trying to edit the custom post template page I created on my website. I have been working on the website for 3 months without any problem and all of a sudden, a couple of days ago it started showing the following error code when trying to access the tagdiv composer edit page for the template. It opens the editor but it presents the home page and the error code as shown in the attached image.
The error code:
“Errors at columns: 3(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Hi, folks
after trying some normal debug stuff; a) disable any custom CSS; b) remove Google ads; c) disable some widgets; still having minor CSS issue cannot solve, as not sure if specific to me, or general element from composer plugin.
Specifically, on Chrome Desktop, Windows 11 Pro (all latest versions); latest version of Newsmag theme and composer plugin. No other composer plugins installed; have the default WordPress plugins to allow legacy widgets and post editor.
ISSUE: on home page, the ‘slider’ element, background gradient seems to run full width to the edge of the left column outside the slider element.
I am using simple grid layout as
[ row ]
inside row,
[ 2/3 col ] [ 1/3 col ]
in right col have the widget element and nothing else
You may be able to see the issue here:
NewYorkNetwire.com
and here is home page code elements from composer
[tdc_zone type="tdc_content"][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="2/3"][td_block_slide title_tag="" ms_title_tag="h2" custom_title="FEATURED" limit="2" category_id="4048" header_color="#dd3333"][td_block_4 custom_title="NEW YORK BUSINESS NEWS" limit="2" category_id="4048" offset="2"][td_block_4 custom_title="NEW YORK BUSINESS NEWS" limit="2" category_id="4048" offset="4"][td_block_11 ajax_pagination="load_more" category_id="6" limit="6" offset="6"][td_block_4 custom_title="NEW YORK GOVERNMENT AND POLITICS" limit="2" category_id="10"][td_block_11 category_id="10" offset="2" ajax_pagination="load_more" limit="2"][vc_separator border_width="2"][td_block_8 custom_title="NATIONAL NEWSWIRE STORIES" header_color="#1e73be" limit="8" category_id="5" ajax_pagination="load_more"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/3"][vc_widget_sidebar sidebar_id="td-homepager"][/vc_column][/vc_row][/tdc_zone]
This site was just migrated to v5 from v3. I delete old home page elements completely, but still same ‘page’ — started with fresh layout.
On my iPad it looked just fine; but not on PC desktop.
Thanks for help on this one 🙂
Hello @kaspererling !
Edit this page with the tagDiv Composer and check if you did not add any code there.
Thank you!
Hello @dnhan !
Access your category on your frontend, edit it with the TagDiv Composer and change the text color from here: https://prnt.sc/YhXRmMdmGRA8
In order to have different color for every category, you need to duplicate the category template. Each category will have a different category template.
Thank you!
Hi,
Next week we will make an update, and then you will be able to easily create your new modules with tagdiv Composer, without making any changes to the files.
You need to add your taxonomy here -> https://i.imgur.com/Or6mgMU.png in the file td-doctors-pro-demo after you need to duplicate the code and set your taxonomy and the elements that you want to add.
Thank you!
Hi,
By default the rows from the composer have 1068px in width, that is the default setting https://i.imgur.com/uuwcpFo.png
Then rows can be stretched if needed, to the provided values. I assume that by decreasing the margins of the page you mean increasing the width of the content. This will indeed reduce the margins, as the content is larger. So you could stretch the rows in the page.
If you want a width value that is not available for selecting, stretch the rows to full and set your desired value here https://i.imgur.com/MDgzWje.png Every row, column, or element from the composer has a width setting in the CSS tab, also margins and padding can be set there if needed. It depends on what exactly you want to achieve in the page.
Thank you!
Hello Chris!
A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!

Hello @platamun47 !
Edit the article with the TagDiv Composer, and check if in the TagDiv Composer exist these spaces.(the mobile viewport, and tablet viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/YUVUcyrgh)
Thank you!
Hello @nosisnews !
Yes. If you use a cloud template(page editable with the TagDiv Composer), then it should work.
Thank you!
Hello @amritlawin !
Please check the format in the TagDiv Composer and from there you can control the “white space”. If you click here: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB , you can verify also the mobile viewport, and tablet viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/YUVUcyrgh
Thank you!
Hello @maxhenry !
Please check in Composer(desktop view) the inner column and check if it is hidden in the CSS tab: https://prnt.sc/enwz1CHeB3ID (set it as show).
Thank you!
Hello!
You should use a single cloud template. Edit it with the TagDiv Composer and add this element: https://prnt.sc/wFjoZHix4Km0
In order to display the subtitle, you should edit the post with Gutenberg and add the subtitle text, as in this screenshot: https://imgur.com/5aBbx26
Thank you!
Hello Andrea!
You do not need to downgrade the theme. We recommend you to have all the tagdiv plugins installed and activate, also up to date in order to have access to the new features and fixes.
This is the 404 cloud template and it can be edited with the TagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/gozA2n9cnxeb -> https://prnt.sc/lAm3lqi6OTko -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Check in the Newspaper -> Plugins.
Thank you!
Hello @platamun47 !
Please check in the TagDiv Composer, in the CSS tab of the elements and set a margin bottom 0 for example.
Thank you!
Hello!
The AMP only works better with the Mobile Theme plugin.
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.
Thank you!
Hello @russellk !
The AMP only works better with the Mobile Theme plugin.
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello @hasan-2 !
My colleague already mentioned above: https://prnt.sc/McpOr6CkBr1o
Also, you can uninstall the mobile theme plugin and use other types of mobile version:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

We have used Newsmag and Tag Div since 2020, and recently the tag div button vanished from the static homepage.
I read through some articles, and this one https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ seemed the most relevant. We do have Jetpack, but I could not find the toggle switch for ‘Enable the WordPress toolbar.’
Our site is hosted at WordPress.com: https://ocracokeobserver.com/.
Thanks for your help!
Hello!
Edit the page with the TagDiv Composer and there you should have these settings: https://prnt.sc/KnFXv_-AWtsl
