Hi, our website (chch.com) is running Newspaper 9 theme. It has many components built using tagDiv Composer, But for some reason, the plugin keeps getting disabled, causing errors all over our website. Errors go away when I manually enable the tagDiv composer plugin, Please help, I can not figure out what is disabling the plugin. Thanks.
when I try to enter TagDiv Composer to edit an element, an error appears on the screen: “Errors at columns elements: 21(models) : 20(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has an issue. You could try involved an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” and I can’t perform any operations, I can’t edit code and nothing.
I need some help, I don’t know how to mess with advanced code settings. I’m leaving the screenshot links attached to check the problem:

Hi Bettina, thanks for your answer, I don’t see the category of “Common page elements shortcodes” Also, if I click in the cloud icon nothing happens. I have the latest updates of the tagdiv composer and the theme, do you know what its happening?

Apparently, I am seeing that the site is using the NewsPaper theme alongside the td_composer plugin which is known for generating expensive database queries. We have a few customers who have this issue with the theme.
We have looked at this issue numerous times and there is nothing that we can do specifically from our end to help. It is something the theme developer will need to address.

It seems that you use cloud templates. So, edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, click on the post view and there you should have some settings in order to hide it.

In this case, the image should not be stretched and the margins filed 1,3 will have white background.

On all external links, when using tagdiv composer, the theme adds my domain name url before the url of the link
For instance if i put a facebook link with you social widget like http://www.facebook.com/groups/construiresamaison/, theme in front page will dipslay
http://www.construire.fr/www.facebook.com/groups/construiresamaison/
I have never had such an issue. How is this possible ?

You need to add the new thumbnail size for the flex block too. Edit the td-composer\legacy\Newspaper\includes\td_config.php file and add your new thumbnail size after 4976 line name => variable.

Hi tagDiv,
There is a number of thumbnails size already available by default with the NewsPaper theme.
I also add mine with the Theme API.
Here my actual thumbs config in the theme panel.
But when I edit blocks, megamenu … with tagDiv composer, only a few part of this thumb sizes are available in the Image Size settings : here a screenshot.
Maybe I miss something ?
My WP version is 6.0.1 and my NewsPaper version is 11.5.1.

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Your link for the “Discover” item is #. Also, you did not choose a menu for the mobile menu. Please edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, and select a menu. You can add the link for that menu items in the Appearance -> Menus. Choose a menu and edit it.

In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information about what exactly you need to achieve, screenshots or a video and your website link. Please be more specific. Some demos have specific colors for those links, which may interfere, but you can change them from the TagDiv Composer.

If you use cloud templates, then you can easily customize and change the pagination or disable it with the TagDiv Composer. If you use default templates, then there are no possibilities. That’s why we recommend using cloud templates.

Unfortunately, with old-style templates, it is not possible to have different post templates per category.
But, you can have different single post cloud templates for your categories.
This is possible only with cloud templates.

I have some difficult with TD Composer
For the Homepage, when I click on PHONE VIEWPORT, it’s not working.
the display is still on DESKTOP VIEWPORT.
I can select object, delete, add.
NO VIEW for landscape, portrait or Phone.
For single template or category, there are no problem, I can get PHONE VIEW
When I activate tagDiv Composer Plugin, I can’t add a new posts In WordPress. It’s boken
