I think that you are using a pre-build website that it is PRO and it can be edited with tagDiv Composer on frontent, therefore is no need for settings in the theme panel for those elements, those can be edited/add or removed directly on frontend -> https://i.imgur.com/KWFY37I.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/iSUASOA.png -> https://i.imgur.com/B7fQMwt.jpg

If you are using our Newspaper theme then you can you 2 types of live search, the one from the tagDiv Cloud Library that can be edited with tagDiv Composer, for this the files responsive for the live search is this one wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_search.php
Now if you are using a standard header and not a cloud then, the live search will be on a different path, each standard header has a different path for example -> https://i.imgur.com/sJZQZI8.png now the code will be executed in javascript on this file -> wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/js/tagdiv-theme.js -> https://i.imgur.com/uq8v79k.png

If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.

Because you have a pro demo and you made the changes in Theme Panel, only some settings from the Theme Panel will apply to a Pro Prebuilt website, and you need to edit/add with tagDiv Composer the elements.

It could be a cache issue if you say that the results are different when you are logged out. Please make a test and uninstall the cache plugin and delete it also from your browsers.

Please reset your key from System status https://i.imgur.com/Vs62wG7.png, clear all cache on the website, server/host and browser.
Also, the system to activate the theme is in tagDiv Composer, so if you deactivated it on the website will be displayed shortcodes.

Please make sure you have the latest version of the WordPress, theme, plugins(11.3.1) and all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If your settings from the theme panel are missing and you use default templates, then please make sure you have Standard pack plugin installed and active.
If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
