Hi.
I want to use a flex block in my post, for this I want to use a tagdive composer, but apparently it can only be used when creating pages.
Perhaps I’m wrong, but in the documentation I did not find a description of using the tagdiv composer when building a post. Is this true?
Since the upgrade of latest version. My mobile theme is not working even getting issue with amp pages. Getting this below error. Also, I have deactive, deleted, reinstalled plugin theme etc again. but it is not working.
wp_booster error:
td_res_context->get_att(modules_on_row) Internal error: The atts are not set yet(AKA: the render template method was called without atts)
/home/admin/web/******.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_css_res_compiler.php
Hello!
In order to avoid a misunderstanding I ask every time for a screenshot.
Please edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, click on that element and check if there is no sort order: Random. If this setting is on, then they are changing every time when you refresh the page.
Thank you!
Hello!
Same video every time with a very bad quality from what I can’t understand what you need to achieve.
Look, if you need a sticky sidebar, then you have the possibility to set a sticky row or a column. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you!
I have been using the Ad Inserter Pro (recommended by google for ads) to try and put ads and other text into all my 5000 posts automatically and for some reason it fails by all the methods I have tried. the ads appear in the tag div preview but not on the site: thesteepletimes.com
Here you can see the preview: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6szmy1dm99pat6e/Screenshot%202021-10-22%20at%2008.50.55.png?dl=0
and here is the published site with no ad:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/m4n9fenzel48kvo/Screenshot%202021-10-22%20at%2008.52.34.png?dl=0
can’t figure this out?
Hello,
@kuska, I’m glad you find it.
@russellk, Please make sure you have tagDiv Composer activated and you use cloud templates.
Also, if you use a plugin like JetPack plugin please check if your settings are set to show that the admin bar https://wordpress.org/support/topic/admin-bar-not-showing-after-connecting-account-with-jetpack/
Thank you!
Hello!
For default templates: You need to access Appearance -> Widgets : https://i.imgur.com/OusVGC3.png and make sure you add it into the Newspaper default.
For cloud/PRO templates: you should add the sidebar from tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.
Thank you!
Hello!
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Some of the Elements, like the Footer in the screenshot below, don’t have the option to edit it with the TagDiv composer.

Some of them do, however. Not sure what the issue is?
I want to add an image element with text to the header next to the navigation, but don’t know how to do it.
Hello!
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hello,
Please let me know what version of the theme you have.
Also, make sure you have tagDiv plugins activated (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Standard Pack -> if you use elements from this plugin).
Thank you!
Hello!
I just replied to you in this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/problem-with-tagdiv-composer-saving/#post-420609
Thank you!
Hello!
From what you describe, it seems that the Composer doesn’t save the changes. So, please make sure you have an admin account in WordPress with full rights. You can check our guide for any other errors in Composer here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Please check if this code is missing from your htaccess file: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements, make sure you have all the requirements as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also, do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Good Morning,
I have a problem with the tagdiv composer. I have not been able to modify the pages for a long time, he keeps thinking when I make changes and when saving he stays ‘Saving’ infinitely … What can it be?

If you need a responsive version or to build mobile pages, then please deactivate the Mobile theme plugin and see the results!

Hello,
@mathclash
Please make sure you have tagDiv plugins activated (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, if you use elements from tagDiv Standard Pack plugin).
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use a header template from Cloud Library, and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Thank you!
Hello Lindsey,
Please check this topic with the same issue https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-blocking-tagdiv-composer/ let me know the results!
Thank you!
Just activate the TD composer and activate the standard pack and u r good to go…
I use a plug-in (TOC +) to display the summary in my articles.
So far everything has worked perfectly. The summary is added with a shortcode on the first column.
Since the last update, the summary appears in the tagdiv composer (photo 1) but not on the published site (photo 2).
Since everything was working before the update and the summary appears well in the composer tagdiv, I don’t understand how to fix the problem ?

If you want the Lead shortcode in your mobile version, then you need to use either the option 1 or 2. But, you need to deactivate Mobile Theme and AMP plugins in order to have that shortcode in your mobile version.
I hope it’s more understandable now!
Thank you!
