Hello again. I think you don’t read all the messages… In the problem 1 I put you the code that I have put and that breaks me the web and you tell me that it tries to put the same code…
2. Thanks, I’ve fixed it by deleting the cache.
3. Here is an example of a published list: https://www.lacasadeel.net/2020/10/descubre-a-la-nueva-liga-de-la-justicia-de-dc-future-state.html
4. No, it is not a conflict with a plugin, except with yours. If I put the data in the td_config.php and td_config_Ad_block.php files and then update the plugin, that data is deleted… What I need is a way to get it in without it being deleted with each update.
5. This only happens with some templates, not all. I have fixed it by putting more space through CSS in the Tagdiv composer.
Hi,
On grids you do not have the filed to set a title, but using tagDiv Composer you can set only the title element over/under the grid -> https://i.imgur.com/UrcJYpy.jpg
Hi,
Please disable and delete tagDiv Composer, then reinstall it again from Newspaper> plugins, after that set the social counter and set an id for tests -> https://i.imgur.com/UFYLJJb.png it should work!

Hi beattienao,
For this the most easy way is to use a footer template -> https://i.imgur.com/wwO84Vj.png, this can be edited on frontend and with tagDiv Composer and you can set the newsletter where you want in footer zone -> https://i.imgur.com/hlkokYk.png -> https://i.imgur.com/rmML5ig.png
Also if you are using standard templates you can use the guide from this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-contact-us-text-in-footer/

Hello !
In order to activate the sticky option you will need to follow our guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also for the footer, simply open tagDiv Composer or any page, or when editing the header, scroll to the bottom of your page and you will see your footer and you will be able to edit it.
Thank you !
Hi everyone,
I have just bought the theme, and trying to follow-up tutorials.
I wanted to design my homepage with “tagDiv Composer”, just as the tutorial video “https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/”
But unlike the video, I don´t have a “tagDiv Composer” button while I am on the homescreen.
Could you please inform, how can I edit my homepage with Composer?
Regards,
Ozan
Hello !
1. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persist, please set this code in functions.php -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php
add_action(‘admin_head’,function() {
echo ‘<style>.td-gutenberg-editor .editor-styles-wrapper .wp-block {max-width:726px;}</style>’;
});
Or you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
2. Yes, you can make your sidebar smart as you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU
3. That will require a css code. Please provide a link to your website in order to inspect.
4. That can be caused by a plugin conflcit. Check issue 1.
5. Check issue 1.
Thank you !
Hi,
So I believe that you want to remove pages from search results, or return only post results. Maybe wrap that code in a condition like the example provided here
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-exclude-pages-from-wordpress-search-results/
Then for you as admin the code will not apply and you can have all search results.
If you want to use any other search engine simply remove the search icons in the theme using tagDiv Composer and add your own.
Thank you !
Hello !
Please note that if you are using a PRO demo, your footer will be editable using tagDiv Composer. You will need to open tagdiv composer on any page, scroll to the bottom of the page and edit your footer.
Also please provide a link to your website.
Thank you !
Hi Sommelierlife,
Using our theme you have 3 possibilities for mobile version:
-> use the responsive version of mobile theme (do not need to use the mobile theme plugin, or use it only for amp )
-> use the mobile theme plugin (this make your mobile version faster, but you need to set for pages content in mobile editor, right now you have this plugin enable).
-> create new content using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/EFibNEK.png when you set a mobile page, this overwrite the responsive version, but you need to have disable the mobile theme plugin, or use it only for amp, because the mobile theme plugin will overwrite this option. -> https://i.imgur.com/yuLUKaz.png
Hope this will help you!

Hi SVPrasad,
If I understand correctly, you created a new content for mobile, using tagDiv Composer, but when you have set the mobile menu, did you choose a mobile menu ? make sure that you have made a mobile header and assign the header on both viewports -> https://i.imgur.com/VnEOBzQ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/89Z5U73.png
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello !
Please try and remove the tagDiv Composer plugin and re-install it.
Let us know the result !
Thank you !
Hello !
Now you have the option to create your own templates for mobile viewports using tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Now you can customize your mobile page template like the desktop version.
Thank you !
Hi,
Plugins have all been updated and reactivated, that is not the issue, tag div composer does not seem to be registering with theme since last update.
The header style I have now noticed is missing from the theme panel, so back up option does not resolve issue.
I can see on the forum a couple of other posts similar coming through.
Regards
Hello !
We recommend using Contact Form 7 which is a tested plugin. This will offer you a shortcode to insert. Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog
Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.
Thank you !
Hi,
If is a pro demo, then you have set a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and you an edit it using tagdiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/qNgKe8p.png select the element and remove the text -> https://i.imgur.com/FoSTCch.png
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello TagDiv TEam… same problem for me, updating from 10.3.6.1 to 10.3.7 -> TagDiv Composer ext won’t update/loading… Have you link for previous version (i.e 10.3.6.1)? Thank you and keep up your great job !
The header has disappeared on all posts except for home page. I still cannot use TagDiv Composer to fix it.
Hi,
If the problem appears only after you have set that sidebar, then the problem can be from the code/elements that you have on it. If the sidebar was made with widgets, what you can do is to remove the elements from that widgets sidebar -> https://i.imgur.com/IZ61pxF.png
Another thing that you can do is to revert to an old version of that page (revision) -> https://www.templatemonster.com/help/wordpress-how-to-revert-the-last-changes-made-in-postspages-revisions-management.html
Also we gave a guide for when tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello !
As you can see here this works on our side: https://www.screencast.com/t/0FZFJLDKfKMS ; https://www.screencast.com/t/JjQ1qWX9
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you !
Hi,
You can do that using tagDiv Composer, that is a cloud template and, using tagDiv Composer you can edit it like this -> https://i.imgur.com/DroPIep.jpg select the row and check the css tab -> https://i.imgur.com/vpkF04l.jpg is possible to need to do this for more rows.
If there is still a problem, let me know!
Thank you!
Hello,
After Updated Theme i got an Mobile Theme Error I’m created Mobile Page and Mobile Header But Menu Not Updating, Even I’m Saved The page Screenshot >> Menu Not Showing Even Updated Menu >> After Reloaded Tagdiv Composer Menu Not Updated It Show’s Like This
I Have Created Menu For Mobile But Not Visible Menu in Mobile Devices Menu
https://www.viswamvoice.com/main-mobile/ This is Mobile Home Page Please See the page in mobile view
i’m Deactivated And Activated Those Plugins and updated menu but not updating
Hello !
We are sorry for the confusion. We are also working on a video tutorial for this.
So we have the following:
1. Desktop Site ( regular desktop view )
2. Responsive View ( This show up when you have no mobile theme )
3. Mobile theme ( which is designed for speed on mobile devices and offers no customizability )
And now we have the Mobile Templates from Cloud library which can be customized as regular desktop templates using tagDiv Composer.
In order to use this templates you will need to:
Deactivate / remove the mobile theme.
Create your templates ( You can even create them from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/fDS4Tu5px )
At the moment what I personally recommend is when you create a template, click this option to make it easier for you: https://www.screencast.com/t/bWdKzCKs This will copy all the block and elements that were in the desktop view and add them to your mobile one. You can edit everything using tagDiv Composer.
If you are running multiple templates, you can simply check your templates in the Cloud library by setting up the mobile filter as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/2KD1ePd6DNSE
Also please note that at the moment the mobile templates are not working with AMP. So if you feel like AMP is a MUST for your website I recommend sticking to the Mobile Theme at the moment.
I hope this was helpful !
Also please let me know what would be helpful for you to see in a video tutorial for this new feature.
Thank you !
Hi ThomasJojo,
If you can not edit the header and footer zone, then you are using standard templates for header and footer, these can be adjusted using the options from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/mnEtaNV.png, you can check more in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ for footer -> https://i.imgur.com/bCyB7uF.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Only cloud templates can be edited with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/EZEq4zp.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
