Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

In our site https://hispanicla.com we use Newspaper 9.8 . While changing logo in the header the site became slow (22-25 seconds vs. 6-7) and before the frontpage appears we see a list of clickable content, like a Sitemap. Also, while editing the frontpage with TD Composer, an erromessage appears: Plantilla de página no válida. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Said message remains forever.

Hi, I get a message saying “www……com” refused to connect when I click on “Tagdiv Composer” from the block-editor page. I was able to access it a few hours ago. Does it show up if someone on my team is already using it (logged into same account)? Let me know what the issue might be and how to resolve this so I can start to use Tagdiv Composer again. Sorry, I posted about this yesterday, but I didn’t get a clear answer. Here are the issues I’m facing:
1. Logo is small and blurred.
2. Footer doesn’t change color even I did so in the Theme Panel.
3. Cloud.tagdiv.com shows some nice templates, but My TD Composer has no option to import them, even the website just show the templates and doesn’t have an option to import them!!

I have a problem with the category page ….
In “Newspaper – Theme panel” —> “categories”
if I set “Cloud Library Template” —> “no template” and in “CUSTOM SIDEBAR + POSITION” I set “default sidebar” on the category page I see the posts but I don’t see any sidebar (only white space)
if I set “Cloud Library Template” —> “category template” on the category page I finally see the sidebar (as set in TAGDIV COMPOSER) but I no longer see the posts!
1- Why don’t I see the posts anymore?
2- how do you customize the “default sidebar”? I can’t find it anywhere!

I activated the Newspaper theme today and unfortunately I have severe loading problems:
Sometimes everything works for a couple of minutes, then suddenly the Tagdiv Composer (or also Cloud Templates) isn’t working anymore. It won’t save my changes and the whole website (backend and frontend) isn’t reachable anymore. It looks like it’s loading and loading and loading…
After about 5 minutes and only when I refresh the page, suddenly it works again. But only for some minutes.
My Internet works fine at every other website. My boyfriend uses Newspaper on the same server and doesn’t have these problems.

All necessary plugins are activated, I use the same elements on other pages and it’s OK. I think that there was an error while saving the page the last time, because when I edit the page with TagDiv composer, I see that several blocks have been mixed with a “text with title” element : now the following code is appearing as the content of the “text with title” element. This can be achieve if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer, click on search buttons and set the color -> https://i.imgur.com/Q45E32c.png for standard post style you need to use a custom css.

If you want to delete a row (or some elements), inner row you can delete it like in the previous version, using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and pres the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG
Also if you have the page template set on Page Builder + Latest Articles + Pagination (will apppear the lastes articles and default sidebar) there will be same extra blocks that will not be editable with tagDiv Composer, only from backend from the page.
If the problem persists, please provide some more details and screenshots to identify the problem.

If on that pages are displaying only shortcodes, then one of the plugins that use these shortcodes is disabled.
The duplicate option will create an identical page. When you add a new page, you’ll need to build it from scratch.
