Please check your plugins list and if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all the caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. If you are using the CDN system, try to purge all the files, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results. Should work as expected.

Hi,

Please try to disable all your other plugins except the tagDiv composer, clear any caching installed. The create a new page and try adding the video playlist with some videos and see if it works properly.

Then something must be preventing the background ad from working properly. I have tested this on the new theme version and it works fine. Maybe you have custom code or have made theme modifications. Please try to install the theme again using this method

I have installed the demo you mention but I do not have any problem what so ever. Try deactivating all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any installed cache and install the demo again. Also check the theme system status and make modifications if needed to the parameters mentioned in this guide

We try our best to reply as soon as possible, but there is a high volume of activity on the forum at the moment, due to the new update and new tagDiv composer editor.
It seems that the theme maybe did not install properly. You should try this method for best results – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Most important is to deactivate all the plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and check again. On a fresh install the pagination works with no problem what so ever, also the background ad.

Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issue. The search function is working properly on our end. This can be the result of a plugin conflict, or modifications to the theme. You could try to disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and see if this fixes the problem.

Visual composer is still available in the full theme package at the moment. When you install the demo it will look just like the live demo version, only with different dummy content.
Please try and download the theme package again and activate the theme. It should work properly now.

Then please try disabling all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package, clear any caching installed and check any custom code you might have entered in theme panel, or added to the theme files.

@sejpost You just have to create a new page using only tagDiv composer. Most of the elements that are available in Visual composer are present in the new editor. Use this guide to help you – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
It is not hard to use the the editor, it is just a matter of getting used to it. New features will be added to the tagDiv composer in future updates.
You can still use the widget sidebar element to add sidebars to pages, with this editor. The same sidebar can be used on pages and posts if that is what you are asking.

@travisnw It would be best and also recommended to use the new page editor for your pages. Please do not use both Visual composer and tagDiv composer on the same page.
Regarding the activation please try to activate the theme normally again.

Hi,

There is no problem with the latest WordPress version and the previous theme version. Or with the new theme update. We have not had any compatibility issues reported. You can update or install the new theme version when you are ready.
It could happen that some modifications through the child theme may not work properly anymore, due to update changes to the theme files. This can happen after every theme update. You could test this locally and see if it is the case.
