Hi, just started working with the theme. A couple of questions:
1. Do I need to install mobile tagdiv theme – or will it will be displayded correctly on mobil devices without it?
2. You mention “The mobile theme works fine with WP Super Cache.” we are sing SiteGround Hosting, which is one of the most poular choices for hosting wordpress ssites. Sitegrounnd uses their own caching, will it work with mobile theme?

I read all the threads but I need a different thing. Since you offer the ability to upload a background image, I just want a CSS code that puts that image inside the transparent container. I’m sure you can work something out. That way I won’t need to go and and a different code for each category (I’m planning on having a lot of categories).
Do you have an answer for the other question? I have installed a plugin that lets me add featured images to categories. What I need is to show the categories with its featured images just like a regular blog page. Can you explain me how?

I know you recommend WP Super Cache, so I installed that, but I also want to use CloudFlare. In the WP Super Cache settings, it is asking me:

additional CNAMES:
Any idea on how to configure this? Should I not be using WP Super Cache if I have Cloudflare?

First of all, please disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the required plugins and check the results. When i edit a block or add widget ect ect from my desktop my changes does not show up when I check, ipad or mobile devices. What I am doing is logging into those devices and making the changes to each of them. For example. from my desktop I added a newsletter subscribe widget but the are not reflected on any of my mobile devices. I am doing testing at the moment to make sure everything is working well. When I go live i need to know that my visitors can see any changes too.
Please can you help because this is going to be a problem for me as I need to update my blog everyday and this will be lot of extra work. I would love to fix it asap.

Ok, I’ll send an email. Visual Composer has never shown up in my theme. It will not install at all, even though it is saying the folder already exists. When I go to FTP, I have deleted the entire theme and reinstalled it again. When that didn’t work, I tried to uninstall the visual composer and then reinstall it. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I have tried the zipped file and the unzipped file. I will send an email with the login info.

i’ve checked custom code, it’s not there. i can’t install also fresh theme, because we made a lot customization on existing one.
let me ask one question. If we would like to put Raw HTML element on Home page , i just open home page and click edit button. or find that page between articles (with the home page name) and edit it.
but how we can add Raw HTML for other pages? because banner that have been put on home page is not shown on other pages. i don’t know how to put or change banner on other pages on specific place (that i’ve shown on image). from where we can do this?

As I can see most all of the links on the site are not working. I recommend deactivating all the plugins (including the analytics plugin you have installed) except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files. Also check any customization you may have made to the theme, code added in Theme panel or added in the theme files. Then check to see if the problem is fixed.

Can you please explain how can I place an ad code in the middle of the post, and I also want to add two ads at the and of the post. Also, I want to add an ad after a certain paragraph. How can I do this?
With my previous theme I used the quick adsense plugin for my ads, which provided me the best solution to place my ads. But after installing the Newspaper theme my sidebar is not working properly only on the posts. Namely, the sidebar is on top of the text (it overlaps my post). I think that the plugin is not compatible with the theme. This is why I need your help to set my ads without using the quick adsense plugin and be able to have a functional sidebar.
Also, How can I create a custom size header on desktop? I tried changing the image resolution in the header but the header size seems to be fixed.

I recommend you doing a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. After this, you should install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins which can appear when you use some untested plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Notice that until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry! Try the above advice and let us know how it goes!

In order to remove the word “category”, you will have to use seo Yoast to do it. Please install and activate the plugin and check the permalink settings from the plugin.

You could try disabling all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files, maybe a plugin is causing this. If none of these suggestions work, you could make a fresh theme install with the latest version – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ install only the theme bundled plugins and this should solve this issue.
