This is not a normal behaviour for our theme. It sounds very odd. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins (VC 4.12, Social Counter 4.1) in order to achieve best results in our theme. Also, if you are using untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
If you need more assistance in this regard after you have followed all of these steps, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.

If you use version 7.3 then you need to update your visual composer plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ and then also update the social counter by disabling and deleting files for your current plugin and installing it again from the main theme package you downloaded from envato (version 7.3)

I installed the mobil theme the which if fantastic, but i have several problem with it.
1: The share buttons are not at that position as desktop’s buttons, under the post title, author, date… you can see on the picture.

When I try to install the required Visual Composer plugin I get this:
The plugin does not have a valid header.
Downloading install package from https://xxxxxxxxx/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/plugins/js_composer.zip…
Download failed. cURL error 60: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates
A quick search online seems to suggest I upload the plugin manually from the folder, but I can’t find any file/folder called Visual Composer.

I have tried to access your above link and I get only the blank page. We are unsure why this happens but malware is malware. Once it gets in, it can cause lots of issues. Please use these guides to get rid of it:

Before you use a wordpress theme you will have to understand the basics of wordpress. You will already need to know how to add content to your site using wordpress so you might want to search for a few WP tutorials before using themes. Our theme does not change any default functionality of wordpress on how to add content to a website. A demo adds content to your site: posts, categories and pages. We do not recommend editing the demo content as if you decide to switch demos in the future, the demo content will be removed even if you edited it. We suggest installing a demo without content like this guide suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/

I have installed SayWhat demo. Now I am adjusting it to my needs.
In the theme panel header style section I have selected – Full dark menu on right with logo.
Then I went to the THEME COLORS section and I have replaced every pink color to my chosen orange one.
After the changes every element on the website beside the menu is orange, menu is still pink.
Interesting is that when I change the menu type to any other style (boxed, hybrid,, etc.) the color is orange. But in this single case it’s all the time pink.
How can I change that?

All of these steps must be made via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. First of all, before updating the theme, you will have to delete the old one and then, using the FTP method you must install the theme according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Please try again this process, more carefully and let us know how it goes! Also, if you cannot install it, please try to make a new clean install from scratch and try it there and see how it will go!

You can use W3 Total cache; the problem arises only when you activate minify function in the plugin. (Issue: Images don’t load)
If you want to activate minify feature in W3 total cache plugin, use Auto minify and disable lazy load option from the theme panel. Instead use lazy load plugin.

Don’t use jetpack sharing feature; theme has inbuilt sharing buttons which give an eye-catching look which improves sharing rate.

But after buying and installing on my site, I am facing lots of problems. Please let show the easy tutorial of solving the problem. 1. The first problem is with the google Adsense. I am using theme default post format 1 Adsense position and sometimes the ads coming and maximum times the ads do not come. 2. Now it’s about Mobile theme plugin, it’s good but does not show author name on my one plus two mobile. That means it has a problem to show “posted by” on a screen of 5.6 inches display.
3. Why can’t I use W3 total cache? If your theme does not support W3 total cache, then you should have mentioned it on the sales page on ThemeForest. W3 Total cache is far far better than WP super cache.
4. I use jetpack plugin and when I put any ads or anything at the end of content, it goes after jetpack social sharing button. That doesn’t look good.
5. Now let me tell you about booster plugin. OMG, why do you made it if it does not work? I have tried each and every hack and tutorials mentioned on documentation and support forum, and believe me, it’s a wastage of my time. I could not remove strings above the fold. Make something simple and straightforward or don’t make it.
Ok, no more today. I am sick of pursuing the solution every time on this theme. Every time when I go for using any plugins, I face some sort of problem with this theme. And it’s not possible all the time to come support team. If I have to come then why do I buy this theme?

I install it but I can´t generate the shortcode throught the Shorcode generator of the theme, actually I just can generate a little cuantity of them (less than I saw that sould be at the panel, like I can see in any tutorials of the Newspaper theme)

Well, the only way you can ensure you actually deleted the old theme folder properly is either
a) check via FTP if directory is there; delete it!
or —
b) use the filemanager in your host panel to delete folder if still there
Once you have the old folder deleted and you can *see* it’s gone via FTP; then simply upload the new theme folder (uncompressed on your local HD), to your theme folder. Boom, now you know it’s actually there, complete, and not broken.
Only you can do this step. Theme dev isn’t responsible for you installing software on your website.

Could you please help me out. I’m trying to create a one-page website and everything is great, except when you go on the site through mobile the menu doesn’t drop you down the page unless you open the link in a new tab. Is there a way to fix that or just disable the mobile menu all together and create something different?
Also, I am not using the mobile theme plugin. When I installed that it wouldn’t put my desired static page as my home page and would instead show “latest posts” which I don’t even have.

As I have said above too that after adding the codes suggested by you , now I am able to get the image caption, but the issue is that these images caption do not follow the customizations that I have done with it. Though after you made the above comment, I again rechecked everything and did as you said but the issue still remains same.
For the image alignement thing- Yes , I know how to align image to center, but these set alignemnts do not work under smart lists. As Bogdan said above, the STYLE-1 is by default set to left alignment and STYLE-7 is set to center alignemnt.
I have requested you to tell me the temporary code fix to make the image of “style-1” centrally aligned and I also wish you to make it the default property because if images are not full length, it looks really when “left aligned” in case of style-1.
And please try to understand that I really want to make this feature work properly because I like smart lists. Dob’t just reply that – you don’t care if its working for me or not. I am very sure that by default , these are issues related with these smart lists.
I have also checked it with all plugins deactivated, just to make you believe that it has nothing to do with my wordpress installations.
In short, what I want you to check and rectify:
1. Centralising image for style-1 particularly.
2. Enable customisations of the captioned image.
At least make me able to center images if you can’t change the captioned image behavior. If for any kind of testing on my site, you need login credentials. Let me know, Thank you.

Go to WP admin panel and turn off “allow people to register” …

You will have to update your theme as there was a problem with the mobile theme and the previous version of the theme. Please re-download the theme from themeforest and use this guide to install it : https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ The version will still be 7.3 as we did not change the version.
