Please3 keep in mind that our mobile theme has not been tested with the external cache and if you have these the theme will not working as properly.
After several investigations in this regard have concluded that this type of issue come from WP Super cache which is not fully compatible with WordPress 4.6 and that’s why this problem occur. We hope that WP Super cache plugin will be updated it as soon as possible and that problem will be fixed. Notice that this issue appears and on Mobile Theme from Jetpack when the caching plugin is active.
Please notice that we have reported this issue to Jetpack and we are waiting for an update from them. Until that, you should use our workaround posted here -> https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/issues/132
Also, please try the theme without any untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting in the theme.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using an old version of the theme with some untested plugins. Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it (Newspaper 7.3), update the Visual Composer to 4.12, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. If you want to bring high results with the theme, please notice that you should keep up with our updates. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible that your untested plugins used by you in theme to interact with it and cause a lot of unknown issues.

I have checked your website and I saw that you have a problem with your mobile theme in that your featured images are not displayed. Please try to re-download the latest version of the theme which is still 7., but the fix was implemented after 7.3 was released. Please download the theme again, delete your current theme and install the freshly downloaded one. The version is the same but the fix will be present.
As an alternative here is the fix needed:
Add this code in the mobile theme’s function.php:
td_global::$td_options = get_option(TD_THEME_OPTIONS_NAME); //read the theme settings once

If you want to change the Big Grid from your front page in mobile theme, please notice that you will have to alter the code from the td_block_big_grid_mob_1.php core file and change the post limit, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/tm8M9M6nBrhG

You need to update also all the plugins that come with the theme(Visual Composer, Social Counter..) from the plugins folder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/

The 500 error is usually a server side error meaning that there is something wrong but the server couldn’t provide more information about the problem. It is a general error usually caused by configuration issues with the websites programming, PHP or system permissions.

Also, please try contacting the hosting provider, tell them this problem and they should be able to provide a more accurate response.

The most simple way in this regard is to install the demo without content as you can remark in our documentation if you will read it, here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ Please notice that each demo has an own design, an own CSS code which gets the style. If you do not want to use this method, please notice that you will have to inspect it closer all the demo files and you will have to adjust it in your backend in order to achieve the same layout -> http://screencast.com/t/SfrM0Kc09u. Please try to disable all the untested plugins if you are using something like that, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please check your hosting provider and request them to clear all your server caches. Also, if you are using the CDN system, try to purge all the files. It is very important to have the minimum requirements for your dedicated server for achieving best results in theme. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Then try to install a theme demo and see if the issue is still there.

Please notice that our theme has 2 alternatives regarding on mobile -> mobile theme and mobile responsive mode.
The mobile theme concept has been designed to have an own layout for the front page which is different than the desktop version. The mobile plugin intends to display the Big Grid with three posts in the top of the page, some text if it will be added in Mobile editor from Visual Composer and the Latest Articles at the bottom of the page. For more information about this mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ So, if you want to have a similar layout with the desktop mode, you will have to disable this plugin and the theme will be switched to the general responsive mobile version.

Please notice that our system is based on cropping and not for resizing of images. Our cropping system to the center to top. Please notice that the cropping system of our theme is the same for all featured image and this will crop the image from the center to top. Please notice that you cannot change very easy this system and if you want this, please notice that is not a simple task and involve custom work.
