I’ve installed Newspaper and imported the “Gossip” demo. Now I want to add directory functionality to it so I also installed the “Eastcoast Check PRO Plugin”.

To my surprise, this doesn’t add a custom post type, and because of a lack of documentation, I just cannot figure out where these listings live, or where to customise single directory entries.

Looked at the Cloud Library, but when opening CPT/Taxonomies and clicking the “+” under “Reviews”, it just keeps loading and no templates appear.

Could really use some help here…

Hi we run on wordpress.com fresh installation. And our license is activated. No other plugins have been installed.
But the cloud library does not load templates. It continues to be unresponsive and stuck at “loading templates screen”
How do we proceed ?

Also the prebuilt website option shows “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key”, though we have a registered and newly purchased theme.

Recently I’ve been getting the error “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key” everytime I purchase and activate your license on a website.

First I insert and activate the license with no problems. But when I navigate to “Prebuilt Websites” to find a suitable theme the above error starts. I’ve tried to reset and deactivate the license numerous times and activate it again to no avail. With the first few websites, this trick fixed it, but recently the last 2 websites I got a license for I cannot proceed to install any “Prebuilt Websites” and now I’m stuck in a loop.

Can you please tell me how to fix this, so I can continue using your nice themes?

Some technical info:
– WordPress websites php7 with litespeed
– only a handful of plugins and I’ve tried to disable them to see if it made a difference

I’m running Newspaper on a multisite installation with each site its own domain name, to save on storage, processing, maintenance overhead and simplify things overall.

If all goes well I’ll be buying 5+ more licenses soon.

I have the problem that when I try to update it online,
it goes to
https://mynewspaperdomainname . com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_updates#

which redirects me to

https://host. mycompanyname .com/wp-admin/network/update-core.php

It says my current WP version is 6.2 and the only button there is to Re-install version 6.2

No mention about Newspaper.

I don’t want to use FTP based installs as I will mainly use an iPad to travel around the world and maintain things.

How to get it fixed so the updates work within the WordPress dashboard?

hi i am facing multiple issues after the recent update 12.3.1 before that everything was working fine. i try to reinstall the previous version but same problem.

first in the admin panel there is sales banner showing everywhere which was not showing before this update and it is really annoying me please remove it or advise procedure to remove it is also showing in the composer menu

second website not appearing correctly in the tagdiv composer whenever i try to edit the home page or any other page while in normal it is appearing fine

please solve these issue at earliest

Look, I’m going crazy with the subject.
In the subdomain of http://www.viviendopraga.com which is http://www.directorio.viviendopraga.com I am trying to put the template back, which takes the license.
But it turns out that here I am going to add a themeforest directory plugin “Directories” and it needs woocommerce. Problem is that with the latest version of the template it tells me two php files that are obsolete. And I install it in the order you decide, but there is no way. So reading the tags here I see that you have to install tagDiv Shop, but even installing everything from scratch, it appears in the installation of plugins tagDiv Shop.
And I’m already going crazy.

Hope you are doing well!

As I noticed the TagDiv composer edit is not working for our website dailyexcelsior.com. The current version of theme on my website is 8.7 and I have tried to install the latest theme website (version 12.3) on a developement testing server (A copy of my website). After intalling the new theme the composer starts working but I have lost my whole website design. Now all the the pages are broken on my testing site. Please suggest me a solution for this issue ASAP.

Either help me to fix the tagdiv composer editor for my pages so I will avoid theme update in that case, Or suggest me how to update the theme without loosing my existing website.

Please help me with this issue ASAP.
