I read all your documentation on the plugin tagDiv Opt-In Builder but I couldn’t find any information on a particular point before installing it.
If a subscriber (free subscriber, without a customer account just a subscription by mail) wants to unsubscribe, how to proceed? Does he have access to his account to do it himself? Do you have to do it manually for it? If he unsubscribes, does he immediately lose access to the blocked articles?

When I enter the new key in the “Activate theme” -> “Envato Purchase Code” I am asked to “Create Your Forum Support Account”. I already have an account so I do not want to create another one. How can I activate this new key?

I see this warning is from WordPress files, so my suggestion is to make a full backup to all files and databases and try to downgrade the WordPress version https://increasily.com/how-to-downgrade-wordpress/ and install the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.

Does anyone know how to fix it? As soon as I install the mobile theme plugin and AMP plugin, this problem appears
I have just bought the theme. After installation, I have gone to prebuilt website and installed the design + content. But, the homepage is blank with only header without any content and footer. When I try to edit the homepage with Tagdiv composer, I am getting this error message:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Installation of “tagDiv Standard Pack” solved it. Operation is -OK- now.

Please make sure you have all the tagdiv plugins active in Newspaper -> Plugins. Note that you can use the TagDiv Composer only on the cloud templates.

Please make sure that you have set the mod substitute in the htaccess file https://i.imgur.com/VuMw1lq.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and you do not have any modSecurity enabled on host.
If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, thatâs why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

If you use the default templates, please make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active.

Also, please make a test, deactivate all the cache plugins and the extra non-tagdiv ones, clear the cache from your browser and see the results. In this mood youâll see if a plugin causes this inconvenience.

You can access the homepage and edit them with the TagDiv Composer(scroll till down for the footer). From the Website Manager, you can choose which footer and header to use if you have both templates installed. You have the possibility to assign a header for a page and other header for another page.

TagDiv Composer just isn’t saving options in the Thumb section.
I’m going to call it a bug and not use the prebuilt theme.
As a suggestion, tagdiv composer should recognize a prebuilt theme and set all of the proper image options. I shouldn’t have to manually go in and try to save.
After all, when AMP is installed then all the proper image sizes are enabled in that same block settings area and they are enabled by default.
FWIW, in the options table, td_011_settings has the options for the thumbnail sizes.
Just a suggestion. But I’m done for now. It’s too frustrating. TagDiv Composer isn’t ready for usage. Worse, I’m stuck now because I upgraded to 11.4 and feel stupid not to have verified such an important task.

Yes. I tried to do it through the tagDiv Composer, but this particular block is not visible through the mobile editor for some reason. But at the same time it is visible on the website in the mobile version.
What could be the reason?
Also wanted to clarify: If I made changes to the CSS theme and blocks through the tagDiv Composer, will the changes be lost if I click install new updates for this theme?

Hi, I wish to showcase some tips I’d like to have in the tagDiv Newspaper theme.
Advice:
- Specify, for those who use other cache plugins, such as js not to minify or exclude from the cache
- Add a function that excludes the display of the WordPress bar for subscribers (or even for others)
- Enable the login on mobile synchronized with the page created with the tagDiv Opt-In plugin (author name must not lead to author template)
- Ability to generate PDF for the invoice or maybe be able to connect to external services for generating the PDF
many of these tips would avoid installing a child theme to add code to function.php
Bugs:
- tagDiv Opt-In – currency in EURO ⏠absent (and others)
- Inability to translate or edit new entries (TagDiv Opt-In) on tagdiv composer or theme panel
- The login menu block (tagDiv Composer) lacks the ability to translate items “Account details” – “Subscription”
- Password reset not working (it works if I force it from the user panel)
- Some blocks (block 23) do not have the possibility to modify some parameters such as: hide comments, author name, in block 23 not even the modification of characters works
- Fix Background video self-hosted 100% with and heigh
- Google Tag Manager does not work on the Hero block, on normal button yes; add the possibility to set GTM differently in the two buttons on the Hero block
Will tagDiv Opt-In become paid?
This is not meant to be a criticism, but I would love to have these options

If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead. I have installed Newspaper theme and its demo ‘Coronavirus Medicine PRO’.
However, when I go to home page edit mode, I can see a bunch of code inside the text blocks of WP Bakery Page Builder. For instance, I want to edit the number of deaths in the slider area, I am unable to spot, exactly where I have to change this. Further, I want to add some dynamic content to these slides, however, I am unable to do that, as I guess that this installation has some issues. Please see the screen below of home page edit mode:

After upgrading to 11.4 most text items are centered not left justified (exceptions are Post titles, Headers, photo captions and descriptions in grid blocks).

If you have the Litespeed cache plugin, please make sure you enabled the cache for mobile -> https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/threads/issue-with-mobile-caching-in-lscache-plugin.17148/
Unfortunately, we have not tested Litespeed Cache Plugin, it can interfere with the theme when doesnât recognize mobile theme plugins and mobile pages, for example, but you can try it.
