Thanks for the update but this problem is not related to Grid or Grid’s modules scalling / cropping but is releted to adjusting a (featured) image (by either cropping or proportionally re-scalling that image) by Newspaper theme, so that this picture fits into particular Newspaper theme module window: Module_MX5 in this case (from Grid_1)

I have installed the newspaper (parenting_pro) theme on http://www.reisbranche.nl.
I want to change the icon (the women, men and child with a heart) in the green bar (the Subscribe Today bar).

If I change the icon via the TAGDIV COMPOSER, nothing happens. I select an icon, save and refresh the webpage, but still the ‘old’ (current) icon with the women, men and child with a heart is shown.

Try to re-add this element and type there the subtitle text.
Please make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins(11.2).

Unfortunately, I do not know if the license it is used on multiple websites, but I made a request to be checked.
Now, what was the problem that you have reinstalled the theme so many times? After you installed the theme all you need to do is to install the theme plugin from Newsmag > plugin.

Hello, I’ve probably a problem of compatibility with in my wordpress installation :
Website display works good on desktops and Laptops.
Concerning mobiles, there is a problem apparently with the AMP display for the newspaper theme.
Maybe it comes from the template itself, from from a conflict with other plugins or from something else. I don’t know…
I’ve installed properly AMP with the wizard, following your documentation, AMP Plugin Tab appears in my WordPress Admin Menu and I can configurate it normally.
The mobile page is good displayed without AMP. With AMP, it doesn’t work good !
Maybe, there are other problems – I don’t know really.
Anyway, it’s impossible to select the tab option MOBILE + AMP in the theme Administration – Theme Panel – Mobile Theme.

I reinstalled Newsmag theme many more time and it activate key not working manually. It take automatically registered our Newsmag theme. I feel like that my activation key is used by some other. So please track my purchase code and solve this issue.

Recently, i installed amazon polly plugin (By Amazon AWS for WordPress), when i configurated the plugin for show me the audio player before or after post, simply the newspaper theme it duplicated the audio player by amazon polly.

It seems that you have the Mobile theme plugin installed and active.
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. The tagDiv Shop plugin requires WooCommerce plugin to be installed and active!
Please install/activate WooCommerce plugin.

The “woo product category” block appears to a WooCommerce product template.

We’ve been experiencing this problem since the last update of Newsmag came out.
Out WordPress and Newsmag are up to date.
When our website crashes, it shows the error 520.
I want to know what we should do to fix this issue.
Should we deactivate the tagdiv mobile theme and then reactivate?
Or should we reinstall everything and wait for a update for the mobile theme?
We’re losing access that are really important for us. Now, when I’m writing this post, there were at last 120 people on our website at the same time.
Hi, I updated my website devenirbilingue.com from V.10.3.7 to V.11.2 and many pages are broken (no images at some places, broken header, etc.). I tried to reinstall a previous version using your Update tool, I chose the closest version from the previous version I had because the version I had was not on the list. So I installed V.10.3.9 but the website is still broken.
For your info WordPress has been updated too, it’s V.5.8.1.
Can you help me with this, I urgently need to get back my website as I’ll participate to a large event next week.
