First start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

This could happen by default for some elements if you install a demo. You can easily change this by editing the elements which have that font with TagDiv Composer.

Hello, I haven’t updated my newsppaper for a long time, today I updated the most recent version because I liked the Black Version PRo, but I can’t activate it. I already tried to deactivate all the extra plugins, install from scratch and I always have the same result of not being able to activate it, additionally the theme panel does not work. i have a problem after the last update, when i install WP super cache my header menu dont work anymore. and when i uninstall it my mobile design doesn’t work anymore…! I desinstalled the TagDiv mobile and then my header menu on the desktop did not work..! how can I solve the problem ? currently I do not use a cache plugin and the website works on the desktop ,but on the mobile i see menus that I can not delete!!! please help.
Hi, when I try to enter text in the “Text with title” block the pop-up opens, but the editor doesn’t appear. I checked on the developer console and it returns errors. Until a few days ago it worked without problems, I deactivated and uninstalled the few plug-ins installed in the meantime, but it still does not work. How can I solve the problem?

I just bought the Newspaper Theme and run in to an issue directly.
The first thing i tried to do with the theme was to change logo and it failed.
I tried to do this in the Header Template – Life News PRO as you are told us to do in documentations, but nothing happens don’t matter what i do. I tried even in the Theme Options but nothing happens. The image is allowed to show and of cource it’s also saved as it should.
But it will always only show text and sub text for logo, not the image.
Also i do have a couple of questions about the theme.
How can i have a default image background on all posts or disable the whole page title area with the featured image, i tried to find an option like this but it seems not be possible.
I’m using the Life News Pro demo.
And does this themes page builder work with Shopify button codes (collections) on a page? For that i will need a new page without any sidebars and do not want to install any other page builders.
Hope you will return with solutions for the logo issue and my questions.

I am updating the theme as follows:
1. Deleting the old theme
2. Deleting the old plugins
3. Installing the new theme
4. Updating the plugins
But, the issue I am facing is that hundreds of Server Error 5xx flagged by google search console.
Everything seems fine, if I revert the theme back to 9.2.2.
Please provide me assistance in this regard.

When I write a post around 400 words it not showing an exact count instead of it showing like 350 something like that. When I refresh a post in Gutenberg it showing the exact count. Also, I noticed that when I add an internal link in my post, It’s not showing like you have added an interlink, still, it shows you have to add an internal link until I refresh a post page. the same thing happening for images also. I don’t know why it’s occurring.
I found that the Yoast Seo tool showing the correct result in the Classic Editor plugin but It’s now showing the correct result in WordPress Block editor. The solution to fix block editor pls Because I am compatible to write the article in Block Editor

Now, My answer
I finally figured out which one causing the issue. I tried all the troubleshooting methods and finally the find the issue. Newspaper theme Tagdiv Composer creating an issue in Yoast Seo Plugin. When I uninstall the tagDiv Composer plugin Yoast SEO content analysis showing result in result in real-time. But when I install that plugin it’s not showing the correct result and I am getting the correct result once I refresh the page. So I find that there is an issue with the tagDiv composer plugin. Unfortunately, I can’t run a site without the tagDiv composer plugin

usually this problem appear when there is already a folder with that name. What you can do is to use cPanel/FTP and make sure that you delete the theme plugins, after that you can reinstall the plugins using our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/

If somehow this problem appear for some file from the theme that were not installed correctly during the theme installation. Normal this problem should be fix if you delete and reinstall the theme via FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

If the problem persist:
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again

It seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Hi, i install newspaper theme latest version witth wp 5.6. i insert Column text but can’t edit content, it still loading page

Hi guys.
Have been using Newspaper theme for many years now but this latest update (10.3.9.1) is driving me to bits.
First of all, I downloaded the theme. Tried to install td plugins but the td composer just wouldn’t get activated. A reattempt only throws up a message that the file already exists.
I am an amateur so don’t understand much about coding or php.
Would it be advisable that i just delete the existing theme and re-upload the theme from the beginning?
Please advise and help.
