I tried to delete & re-install the TD composer plug in.. but nothing. At the end I update everything. also all plug-ins and now everything is working!

Hi, I’m just installing a newspaper pro template and on my way to customize the site. I’m facing a problem with the single post template and not sure how to fix it. When I roll down to read the article, a pop-up appears out of nowhere from the right side of the page.

I’m unable to install any of the demo layouts on our website. We’re running on Dreampress Pro (Dreamhost) and trying this on our staging website. We get the
tagDiv importer detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog.

The demo installer works perfect under a WP-Engine staging website, but fails here. I tried resetting folder permissions to 775, but nothing changes. No Cloud Templates get installed.
Any ideas?
I read some discussion that’s probably cache issue.
I installed WP Super cache and jetpack as mentioned, but the error still persist, I cant see the mobile page

Are you using only WP Super Cache plugin or you have other cache plugins and CDN too?
Normal if you have a CDN set as in our guide ->https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
and the cache is set as here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ then should be no problems.
Please let me know the results, also please provide me a link where I can inspect these elements.

Hi,
The Featured Image in our theme can be set as image or as background image, when you are using a template with featured image as background image, then the caption will not be display.
Now if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library or you have a pro demo installed, then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer and check the type of feature image, also you can change it https://i.imgur.com/KheBRrw.png -> https://i.imgur.com/65iWobW.png

I need another solution. I can’t install WP Super Cache. WP Engine doesn’t allow that plugin.
No plugin conflict it’s still occurring with basically everything removed. The website is on a powerful server and I’ve done what’s asked in the system stuff long ago. All of it still checks out.
I’ve tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling. Still no luck 🙁
And all caches are cleared. I’ve tried private browsing and virtual browsers.
Something is 100% stuck.
The tag’s classes for the inline ad are “.td-a-ad id_inline_ad0 id_ad_content-horiz-left”
If that can give you anything. But nothing I’ve put in the in line tab work.

We have caching on the server we use to host. StackCache to be precise. I’ve installed WP Super Cache and set all the recommended settings to the ones you’ve advised. We are still only seeing the mobile menu throughout, only while logged in.

Now your mobile theme works but unfortunately it displays on desktop too. This happens due to cache. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hi, we’ve just installed Newspaper on the Black Pro theme. I have added the date to the header and set the coronavirus counter on the front page. After following the steps to speed up the site and using WP Super Cache, I noticed that the date and counter are no longer updating. How to I stop these elements from being cached so visitors always get the correct date and latest Covid statistics? Many thanks.

when i want to update the theme to 10.3.7 and press the update button my screen goes gray. Are there more people who have that? it’s like being blocked.
