Hi, thank you for your response.
But the mobile theme is not enabled, I haven’t installed the mobile theme. So why when editing in tag div composer the changes are visible on desktop and not on mobile.
For example, I added a “hero” on my desktop, but when I see on mobile, it’s not there, only header and footer. Also, the changes I make, the logo I change on the desktop is not reflected on mobile.
Is there any way to reflect the changes in the desktop on mobile too? i.e. responsive?

Now your mobile theme works but unfortunately it displays on desktop too. This happens due to cache. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

I installed the Theme. Installed the Magazine Pro Pro data. WP says the demo was installed but when I go to the homepage it says home page > blog.

Hello, I noticed on another support of yours that you are using NextGEN Gallery with the theme. I went through the same problem after activating the same plugin. Perhaps the investigation should start from there. I don’t know which script has caused any conflict, but it all started for me from the installation of this plugin.
I Just update to Newspaper Theme 10.3.7 and I am not able to update the cloud Library plugin. So none of my cloud templates work and my website is broken only showing code.
The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. shortcodes/single/tdb_single_author.php.orig

Maybe you are attempting to install the full theme package, not the actual theme inside the theme package. The full theme package contains many other items, not just the theme

1. You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again. Also try and reinstall the tagDiv Composer.
2. My personal recommendation is to change all the blocks to flex blocks. They are way more customizable.

These custom post types are for advance users, this is because you need to know how to make change s in theme files and use the child theme.
But do not worry, I will try my best to help you!
First you need to understand how custom post type is working, for this we’ll check the guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/ and install our plugin “td_books”.
Now if you want to edit the plugin you need to edit the file from this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-custom-post-type/td-custom-post-type.php lets say that you want to change the name from “Books” in “Restaurants” -> https://i.imgur.com/sgBEIUA.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ChSyHGa.png now this will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/LqwedMt.png nor lets replace in our code “td_book” with “td_restaurant” -> https://i.imgur.com/KUGe3yN.png -> https://i.imgur.com/JglzrSs.png now this will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/w5HTO2l.png -> https://i.imgur.com/l2i6vQh.png

Hi Team, I have recently installed newspaper theme to my blog https://www.businessideashindi.com/ but the page speed reduced a lot. Earlier I was having Sahifa theme and speed score was 90 as per GT matrix.
I am using WP rocket plugin for caching and am not sure if there is any setting I missed. One thing I noticed was that the page size increased after changing the theme. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am having the same problem. There seems to be several threads with the same problem. The suggested solution to reinstall TD Composer plugin does not work. The problem did not exist before the update.
My error log is flooded with issues for several days now. Is the dev team aware of the problem that several users are having since this update? The OP was four days ago and many sites are having this problem.
Hi I have two problems the first is fairly recent. So when I’m on mobile and I click on the hamburger icon the menu opens really slow. I’m not sure what causes this as it worked perfect previously.
Second the social counters don’t work anymore. They won’t update. I’ve tried to uninstall them and then reinstall but it hasn’t helped.

When a post is shared on social media (tested on Facebook & Twitter), no image is included. Yoast SEO is installed and does not correct the problem. I checked plugin compatibility, that is not the issue.
After I create a new template from my theme’s cloud template library, save it, and close it, I can’t edit it anymore because the button “Edit with Tagdiv Composer” disappears. And that’s strange because at the first two templates I have installed, the button appears. I think it may be a memory limit of some sort.
To make it clearer this is what are the options on my current templates.

I think that you are seeing the mobile version on desktop. This problem is usually from the cache plugin that doesn’t recognize that there are two themes, one for desktop and one for mobile version (mobile theme plugin).
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, please make sure that you are using a cache that can different the mobile version from desktop version, a tested cache plugin is WP Super cache, here is a guide with the settings that need to be made for this plugin -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hi, I made this website with an old newspaper version that I purchased in 2019. but I lost the key of my other account on Envato and I purchase a new license. I tried to install the new version but I think the demo is a little bit different and I tried to re-install the old version. But TD Composer is not working.
I also tried to delete and re-install TD Composer but same problem.
what you think? If I re-install the new version I check that footer is not present, the header is also a little bit different.
Demo version is SPA Heaven.

This problem can appear if you are using the last version of WordPress (5.5 or 5.5.1) and an old version of theme, only from Newspaper v10.3.6.1 was added the support for WP 5.5, therefore if you do not have the last theme version, please make a full backup to your website and database, after that please make the manual theme update as in our guide from here -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
If you have this theme version and the problem persists, then please disable tagDiv Composer and delete it, after that reinstall the plugin.
Another solution is to use a plugin, but this is only an workaround, the plugin is is Enable jQuery Migrate Helper.
