The wp-options table is where all the theme and all the plugin data are kept. From what I know for example after uninstalling plugins, changing themes, the data they saved there will not be removed in most cases. So it may end up being very big indeed.

That option should only be missing if the theme is activated, check if that is the case in the theme system status section

So only if the theme has been activated would the option be missing. If the theme is not activated and the option is missing you could try to reinstall the theme, by FTP would be the most recommended method

Hi,

Please notice that is not recommended to make changes in theme file if you do not have the proper skills.
There is look like your code made some conflicts in theme, if you can not solve the problem; please go back to the initial code, ore reinstall the theme.

Hi,

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, the latest version of WordPress, all the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/requirements/. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing and check the results.

We know about this mini bug which will be fixed in near future updates. Also, please notice that issue appears only a plugin has been installed for your WordPress to exclude the Gutenberg layout, like Classic Editor. If you will remove it, this option will appear. Do you are using the Classic Editor plugin?

Unfortunately for removing the website and links is no option in tagDic Cloud Library , you can use some custom css to hide some of them, if those are not important.

The theme save its settings in database under td_011 option in wp_options table – https://www.screencast.com/t/QKdHvukM8dej
You can try to delete it manually from your server or you can try to use a wordpress function – https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/delete_option

The theme settings are not removed from database when you delete the theme for few reasons and the main reason is:

– if you update the theme via wordpress you will switch to a different theme and then delete Newspaper theme in order to install the new version –

Hosting providers can do this for you, most do.

Also, check what PHP version are you using (should be higher than 5.6), check in the theme system status panel for example. There was a similar case before when using an older PHP version caused problems when installing a demo.

The last step if you have made all the above-mentioned changes and the result is the same, is to contact us at the mentioned email address and provide all the necessary information (admin login, FTP access or cPanel if possible). Also, paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.

The mobile theme is in plugins folder.
If you don’t have this plugin in download please go to Themeforest login, and download all files ( https://www.screencast.com/t/1Sw5UyUBSxTY ); also please notice that you need to use the mobile plugin that come with that version of theme.

After you install it, if you go in Newspaper>Theme panel> Mobile theme ( https://www.screencast.com/t/P2cvJiWB0Q ) you should see it.

If you want to deactivate the theme mobile go in Plugins, and search for “mobile” ( https://www.screencast.com/t/h2T3emHI91 ).

If this is not working please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again, it can be a plugin conflict.
