I´ve several questions, I wait that you can help me 🙂
1) I´ve installed the theme throught WP (upload plugin). My questions is when it exist a new update, the newspaper doesn´t uploaded to version because wasn´t installed although gallery themes WP. Not?
2) In the future, when is the launch of Newspaper 9 for example, have I that pay other copy or customers of Newspaper 8.8 can upload free?
3) I´ve follow this documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/category-templates/ and any category I´ve edited the description but my theme doesn´t show the description. What can I do?
Note: I´ve used categories->category template -> style 1.
4) I´ve a block with module 1 but I would like that only image (no text) is centered on text, to each post in the widget. How can I that image is centered (no text)?
5) To my logo, I´ve using the style 1 (https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/) because this style has the bigger size logo. But the logo yet is small. How can I enlarge my logo? The values to defect are small 🙁
6) I would like to edit the background colour of tag category but I don´t find this option in Theme Panel-> Theme colours. Where can I edit the background colour and size?
7) I´m using the module 11. This module shows button “read more” but I love to delete. Is this possible?

Hello Catalin. This is not an option. The multi-purpose is under td-composer and its not installed nor listed under plugins wordpress’s section. Also, the multi-purpose is automatically installed with td-composer. This is very bad because not everybody needs it enabled.
There must be a solution.

Most demos contain custom design, the one you have installed sets these parameters for the logo when using header style 10

If you were to remove that customization from the shown file, the issue would be solved. But if the theme will be updated this operation will have to be done again.
Why does this customization not look the same for all pages? because of the h1 the logo is included in when there is no other h1 in the page.
This interferes with the demo customization, some CSS is not applying properly. That is the case for the homepage you currently have. The category pages for example have a h1

The temporary solution is to use the code I provided until this is fixed by us. For reducing or removing that shift, enter the code directly in the theme stylesheet, at the bottom.
I already added this on the issue list for fixing. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

If you install a demo without content, you will not get the page style. Only when importing with content will you also receive the page lyaout. if you want to keep the page layout as your own but not the rest of the content, you will have to first install the demo with content, then make a copy of the homepage and then uninstall the demo. This will remove the content including the homepage, but you will be left with the copy you made. Then you can install the demo without content and you will also have the homepage.

I followed your instruction. How do I copy the entire homepage? The page builder only shows a single section which does not contain al elements shown on the home page.

You can also disable the thumbnail sizes you do not use from here https://www.screencast.com/t/Ihia4bRV. Then install the force regenerate thumbnail plugin to regenerate the theme’s thumbnails. Also, remember to reduce your image size with a plugin like wp smush.
You can do a backup of your WordPress site first then install media cleaner plugin from here https://wordpress.org/plugins/media-cleaner/

Update: I manually installed required plugins and tried to activate theme after that, nothing changed… White blank screen again
Hello guys, today I bought Newspaper theme for wordpress on Themeforest. I’m sure this is an awesome theme, but the problem is that when I upload it ( via wordpress or ftp ) and activate it, the whole site becomes blank white screen, I can’t even reach admin panel, when I delete Newspaper theme from ftp, everything is back to normal.
I installed fresh WordPress 4.9.8, which I downloaded from wordpress.org.
Also I don’t have any plugins installed yet and the conflict is impossible with them.
Could you guys help me? I’m stuck and can’t work…

The mobile menu is always loaded, this can be seen by checking the page source of a desktop page. So when the mobile theme is not used, the mobile version can be applied quickly when needed

Since our plugin was introduced this is the first time I see such issues. There have been no other reports from the many users that have installed and are using our AMP plugin as we speak.
So it would be safe to say that the problem is specific to your case. We will try to help you.
What exactly do you mean by “may be due to google update”? There was no issue before that point? What did you do before the errors started to happen?
Could you analyze more where you are getting these errors and provide more details about them?

Google would only expect AMP if this is specified like this, in the page source

The tag pages don’t have these required elements, so it would be impossible that Google detects tag pages with AMP available.

We encountered no errors with the new version of WP. Do not enable Gutenberg yet as the theme needs to be adapted for the changes. This will be done in future versions. If you want to test Gutenberg, you can do it on another install with a wp default theme.

That content would not be editable the tagDiv composer, it is not an element that belongs to it from what I can see.
If you create a new page with the tagDiv composer, does that content also display in the page?
I believe it is inserted there by a plugin you have currently installed. Deactivate all non-theme plugins as a quick test, that should solve the problem.
If a plugin does this, you could check the plugin settings and see if it has any settings to prevent it’s content from being inserted in the page content, or experiment with it’s settings.
Pages built with the tagDiv composer should contain elements added only with it, there could be problems if some elements are added by other means.

Hey there, I just purchased the newspaper theme and when I install the theme it uploads fully then redirects me to a page that says the page has expired please try again and then I’m left with no theme installed? I’m not quite sure what the issue is as it seems to upload perfectly fine and then once the upload is complete it just fails?

My TD Composer is not working at all, i get a blank page with no error messages.
I just ulpoaded my blog on SiteGround, after building a fast draft in local with xampp (TD Composer was perfeclty working in local). I trasfered the local draft with a Duplicator package.
In the Newspaper’s System Status everything looks ok.
Because the blog is under construction, I installed the “Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode” plugin by SeedProd, and there’s a coming soon page active at the moment. Having the suspect that this could create problems i tried to deactivate it for a while, but nothing to do, TD Composer was still not working .
I don’t know what to do, i still have to design the home page and now i’m quite in trouble.
If i create an administrator account for you, can you check the situation?

I use WordPress with Newspaper theme. I recently installed Jetpack and LikeBtn plugins and they are working without problems. Many articles began to be liked in my blog. I see “0 – Zero” in the “Likes” column on the Jetpack Statistics page. Why can not I see the likes on my blog on the Jetpack stats page?

I just installed it on a copy of my main site. All it seems to to is offer you a choice of editior for posts or pages. So to use the TagDiv editor you just choose clasic editor when you create a new page then you have access to it. I assume the full version 5 release will keep this functionality.
The update didnt break any pages or seem to effect the site in anyway.
There was some wierd text that i cant find again relating to WP Bakery visual composer. I dont know if you will be offering an update for that plug-in if its needed?
