Well as you are most certainly aware, our theme was built on the default structure of WordPress so any major change such as default WP file changes will influence the theme. We cannot recreate this issue on our end so it could be caused by the modification you made. Please try to create a staging site with a default wp install for testing purposes an let us know if the issue is still present on the test platform on a default file structure.

Most likely, the theme has not been properly installed. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check our tutorial from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/

We recommend using the Revolution Slider because this is a tested plugin with the theme and should return better results if it will be correctly set up with the theme. That will require multiple theme licenses. According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
So the theme may be installed and activated on a single website based on those terms. Activating it on a testing domain or sub-domain is permitted, but different websites with different content will require more licenses.

Seems something is wrong in the HTML, the whole footer content is outside of the container that would limit it accordingly. That should be fixed by reinstalling the theme, try that if possible and the issue would be fixed.

And after everything is set up properly, you can use a plugin (like ‘duplicator’) to move the install to the live site.

If you want to import posts and pictures from an external site, you will need other tools to do it. The theme has no options to import content from external sources.

It is simply your cache. The plugin is being installed from the cache directly. You need to check with your host or cdn server as it seems you have a strong cache in place.

1. The amp template was created on the default WordPress structure. If you have altered folders in your install, this can be a consequence of that. Can you provide more examples or more detailed explanations on how you have the folders set up so we can get an idea? If you do not want to share this info publicly here, you can contact us via contact@tagdiv.com
Please note your home url will have to be == to the site URL. The tagdiv composer requires this for proper functionality.
2. Yes there are different thumbnails between amp and the regular page. This is not a bug. For the moment there are no settings to change the thumb used

3. The about us section comes from the footer options of the theme panel under Footer Info content

It seems you need to update your social counter plugin and then clear cache. Please disable the current social counter you use and then install it again from the new theme package (version 4.3)
Make sure you clear cache afterwards.
