When I edit the post and take a preview, then everything looks fine but when I log out of my account and take a look on any browser, then no changing is applied anymore. Please help me.
How can I changed the snippets view of posts in blog section?
Hello,
Sorry but our theme review system does not allow people to vote. it is not a user submitted review but rather a review of a product submitted by the author, not submitting something to be reviews by the audience. You will probably find plugins for user submitted reviews but unfortunately we have not tested any so we cannot offer a recommendation.
Thanks.
Hi,
Now that is unusual. So by splitting the row in a chosen layout, instead of producing columns it creates multiple rows.
As a first step you could deactivate all your plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this solves the problem. Also review the theme requirements

Hi,
Is there a way to make people vote for the reviews?
And after that to generate an automatic ranking?
Thanks
When I insert shortcode example [wpaft_logo_slider category=”sponsor”] in column Raw html.
It show the code when preview, instead the logos
Hi,
Please try the suggestions mentioned in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/td-composer-stuck-on-loading/
The most common cause for that to happen would be insufficient resources, review the theme requirements. WP memory can be set higher than recommended if possible.
Let us know what you find, if you solved the problem let us know what worked.
Thanks
hi. I am trying to design a homepage.
I am using Big Grid 1. It has 48px of padding on top. I want to make it 10px.
Using tagdivcomposer, I enter this in the Live CSS Editor:
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 10px;
}
I can see the change happen successfully in the preview, I save and close it, but the change never appears on the site. When I go back in to the CSS editor, the CSS I had put in there is gone. What am I doing wrong?
Hello,
Is there a way to show rich snippets not only as a “Review” but also as a “recipe” with stars and photo, like in my example :https://snag.gy/DMBlVR.jpg
Would be good to have that option included so that we don`t have to use a third party plugin, if so can you add this feature in updates, and can you recommend one in the meantime?
Thank you
I usually go and work through the previews (I do it on my iPad, actually), and kind of pick some font combos I like; then I got try those in the theme to see how they look “everywhere….” quick way to at least determine which ones *not* to preview 🙂
I’ve moved to only using the web safe font stack, as all modern browsers have builtin fonts so that you don’t have to load any fonts at all from site or CDN, and look good everywhere, and no load time at all.
Thanks for the answer. Even tough the sites you shared are useful, my wish was to see a preview of my website with that fonts quickly. Those sites doesn’t solve that problem but, still useful websites. Thank you for sharing!
There are some great tools online to preview fonts, easily enough:
Google has an entire site where you can preview fonts, and font combinations very easily.
Same with “web safe” groups, aka “font stacks.”

Welcome to web dev!
(I don’t work here, just annoying webdinosaur ! )
Hi! I know that’s an odd question but its too hard and time consuming to try the fonts.
Go to theme panel > theme fonts > select the font name from the list > save settings > go to your website > refresh > see if it looks good.
This process is realy too long. Is there any way to fasten this process, like seeing the font preview instantly? Or is there any place where we can do it quicker? Or see some featured fonts to use in Newspaper?
When trying to share an article or post to Facebook, it includes information that I do not want displayed. I’ve attached a screenshot to show what I’m talking about. The second line repeats the show title, and also shows the date, and for some odd reason shows the names of the other social sharing icons I have active on the site in the order as they appear…Facebook, Twitter, Google+,etc.
All I want is either an excerpt from the article under the title and image, or even better nothing all expect the image, the show title and maybe the date it was published. But honestly, if I can’t have anything except the title and image I would be good with that. Showing Facebook, Twitter, Google+ before any article text makes the site look amateurish, which is not what I want from the Newspaper theme. Please, could you help with this issue? I really don’t want to have to deal with using 3rd party plugins to solve this. Isn’t there some setting or custom css I can slap in and remove all that stuff in one fell swoop? Here’s a link to the main website so you can see it action for yourself:

And attached is what it looks like in a preview of what will be shared to Facebook:

I’ve run into an issue while using the TD Composer and adding a Single Image element. The issue I am having is that when I try to add an image using the “Insert by URL” the image fails to load.
So what happens, is that I add the element just fine. When I go to add the actual image is where I run into a problem. If I add the image from the Media Library it’s fine. But, if I try to add the image by Inserting by URL the image loads in the sidebar preview box fine but when you click off to look at the update of the page the element says image failed to load. When you click back on the element again the preview of the image isn’t there and it was just as if I had never put anything there.
Are you not allowed to use the Insert by URL? Does it only work with images from the Media Library?
I had my site administrator look at it and he didn’t find any errors in the logs or anything. So, it’s got us stumped.
Hi,
Those are a lot of errors, I see the some of them point to the child theme so make sure you disable that. I believe you made modifications to loop single files, in the child theme, those may not work with the latest theme version. Disable it and update again by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Update all theme plugins if needed (tagDiv composer and social counter should update automatically but sometimes it fails)
After you update don’t make any modifications to theme files, check if the problem is solved.
Also please review the updated theme requirements guide

Let us know what you find.
Thanks
Hello squallhajime,
Please understand that’s the only available way for creating posts with TD Composer. You should create some single templates with your desired design for your posts and then, choose it for your posts. You will do not have double content as you said above. To preview your custom template, the content is just a dummy data and if it will be loaded to your post, this layout will be fit to your own content and also, the Seo will not be affected in any way.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
We did not make any modifications to the post editing section, so it would be the same as before. Maybe the theme has not been updated properly, please try it again by FTP if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also review the theme requirements and system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If needed increase the parameters mentioned in the guide. After you install the theme again update the theme plugins. Do not make any modifications to it’s files, if you have a child theme deactivate it temporarily, check custom code if used as well. Also deactivate as a quick test all your plugins, leave only theme plugins active.
Let us know what you find out after trying these suggestions.
Thanks
Hi,
i wasn’t able to find anyone asking this feature: i deeply love how our product review looks like but in my opinion is missing one feature that is very helpfull to who reads the articles.
Togheter with the evaluation it wouldn’t be bad if we had the chance to enable a “pro & cons” tab/area that simply describe shortly what are the best features of the product and what are the bad ones.
i’m pretty sure you knows what i am talking about, and i wonder if there could be a possibility to put it in a future upgrade.
thanks.
Paolo
Hi,
A 404 errors would mean that the requested resources are not found on the server. The first one refers to a child theme and a font file it seems, try deactivating the child theme temporarily.
The second error is provided because a file is not found it seems. But the unusual thing is that there is no such file in the main theme folder. Maybe you made some modifications to the theme files, or file additions. Or maybe a plugin is doing it. You could investigate these first and check if there are still errors.
Deactivate the child theme, deactivate all non-theme plugins, remove theme modifications or code added in the theme files. Check if the errors are still present. Ultimately re-install the theme by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
If the errors are gone and there is still a problem review the theme requirements

Hi, I’m seeing the following shortcode in the Website Preview when I share my site’s link on Facebook.
Home
[vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1444876145823{padding-top: 0px
Any clues as to why this might be happening?
Hello,
Please read this article: https://titan.as/exclude-wp-admin-preview-google-analytics/
Thank you!
Having similar issues with the AMP.
User is redirected to an AMP page only if he is coming directly from Google.
If he is coming from Facebook (for example) or directly from the website, but from a different page, he will be served the non-amp page.
This is a horrible user experience – one blog post to be served AMP while the next one to be not…
Is there any solution for this?
I’d love a “force AMP redirect” option (or a snippet to implement it myself)
Another (test) example is here: https://esportsmedia.ro/hardware/scaun/review-gamdias-achilles-p1-l/
At the bottom of the page there are a few “related articles”. Clicking one of them takes the user to non-amp post.
