I was reading many threads on this forum and many tagdiv clients asked for WPML compatibility.
It is just not acceptable that you dont even try to get certified by WMPL (https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/).
You could get even more copies sold if you offer this compatibility. WPML is for me more important than any other plugin and ignoring it is not the way your development team should go.
Before copy pasting standard reply that you dont support and so on, please take 1 minute to think again and review the possibility to move your theme to next level.
And yes, I could pay even more for your theme if this is supported…

I noticed that you are strongly recommending Yoast.
While it gets really bad (and worsening) reviews from users, current average being 4.0 out of 5.0, but the latest ones is probably more like 2.5 out of 5.0. So why still such love and strong push both in your description, recommendation as tested and even in your support tickets?? Why wouldn’t you look into alternatives as well, because I almost trusted and went with your suggestion but still decided to go over reviews.
here are some examples:
“Bloated and way to many notifications. Has been my goto plugin for years but looking hard for alternatives. ”
With every recent update it just pushes itself more to the center and gets irritating to a point where the irritation trumps the usefulness. Used to be that you could choose to set and forget most options, now impossible as new and mostly unwanted features insinuate themselves everywhere.
Very sadly looking for alternatives at this point.
This used to be the best SEO plugin, hands down.
Now, even with the SO Hide SEO Bloat plugin installed (which makes her look a bit more attractive) she’s just not what she used to be.
I’ve decided to use Genesis’ built-in SEO options from now on. Simply can’t stand how this plugin went from perfect to a dud.
This latest update makes the plugin very confusing for newbies. I can no longer recommend it for that reason. I wish Yoast would just leave the plugin be. It doesn’t need all this change, nor the extra features.
Help! I installed 3.3 and my wordpress installation has become WORDPRESS BY YOAST!

OK I’ve finally snapped and gone back to All In One SEO.
So many pointless updates, all the pop-ups and notification spam.
These guys at Yoast has lost themselves along the road in recent months. Adding new stuff on something that was already complete, with “EXTRA” tools that not everybody want ( might be cool to some). But don’t you read the negative feedback you keep receiving since November 2015?
Why don’t you make a new plugin instead as integration?
I used to love this plugin, now it is on my list of “get rid of it asap”

we are experiencing some problems with the archive pages on the Newspaper theme. We are using the World News design, and have imported our articles from our old website.
The archive page for any category displays overlapping pictures and sometimes no preview of the article (just the title in a white box in the centre of the picture). The theme is updated so we are not sure how to fix this. Could you suggest any solution?

we are using wprichsnippets to create reviews and ratings for videos.
Using wprichsnippets together with the built-in schema.org markup from the newspaper theme gives duplicate markup on posts.
How can we disable scham.org markup from the theme?
(some themes have a switch in general settings to do this.)

I installed polylang plugin and the website turned empty.
I read on your forum that you have not tested polylang, but this is clearly pity.
The plugin has 4.8 rating works fine with almost all themes and I bought your theme expecting it to work as well.
It is unfortunate that you distance yourself just by saying “we have untested it” instead of really checking, testing and making sure it works appropriately.
It is also a shame that you will not disclose it on your themeforest page so that thousands of international users are not duped into buying it hoping that it works with one of the most popular plugins out there.
I will leave 1 star review if this is not resolved.

1)Please notice that all of these sections are Blocks and if you want to control the posts which will appear in them you will have to check the Block Settings. For more information about this, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
2)Please provide more details about ‘Latest Review’ and ‘Movie Review’ so I can identify them. I suppose that are titles of the block and you can change them from Block settings.

We used the Article-schema.org because our theme has been designed to be used not only for News area and what the Article schema is more general, that’s why our developers have decided to use this. We will do some investigation and reviews in this regard and depending on results of these we will consider on the future updates to change the Article to News Article for schema.org but we cannot say for sure when will it be this because it is just our developer decision.

Since I am new to this theme, I have couple more questions
1- Can you please advise how to add new post under various different section on a page e.g “MAKE IT MODERN”, “Dont’ Miss”, “Latest Review” or “Must Read” etc. How a post can be shown in a particular/multiple sections.
2- Is it possible to changes the caption for example instead of “Latest Review” to “Movie Review”?

Upon further investigation, as you can see on your demo preview for Block 13, this is the default theme behaviour for this type of block/module. As I could see on your website, you are using the Block 13 without sidebar, using the full-width of the theme, right? So, this block uses the module 14 to display the feature image. In this case, the thumb is created as properly, with this sizes -> 696*385 px -> http://screencast.com/t/Q4aitWfJpL8o If you do not use the sidebar, the feature image was cropped to the thumb dimension and then with a bit of CSS it will be stretched to fit full width of the theme which is 1068px and that’s why your image is not clear because it loses quality. As a hint, as you can do in this regard, would be to change the thumb dimension from the module 14, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/7vYhy9B5qpf9 -> http://screencast.com/t/XciGoQrE and then you will have to regenerate your Thumbnails using the Regenerate Thumbnails or Fore Regenerate. Please notice that additional customization may be required and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

I’ve been reviewing the demos which come with the theme, and I can’t figure out how some of the blocks of info look the way they do. Here are some examples:

Behind the big grid 6 it has a grey background, but I can’t figure out how to do the same on mine.

The block titles have a red background. Where is this set?

The big grid 4 doesn’t have any gap between the grid images and the underside of the header menu.
How is this removed?
There seems to be a whole lot built into these demos, but I cannot see any way to customise them in the way that these demos exhibit.

Our theme has been fully tested with Chrome browser and the sidebar is working as expected. You can try our demo and check the results. Please ensure that you have correctly set your caching plugin because we recommend this method using the WP Super Cache, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ You problem might come from your untested plugins if you are using on your website. Please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. As long as the Sidebar is working fine on our demo preview, means that the problems is on your side and not from our theme. I’ve checked your site and the theme works fine on mobile. The blue background covers all page when menu icon or search button it’s clicked: http://screencast.com/t/JhlfrzvLLFG However when the menu it’s closed the background disappear and the page content it’s displayed.
Make sure that you’re using one of the browsers indicated here: http://screencast.com/t/vZR0udhd to access the site. The theme is tested only with these browsers and if you’re using a different one we can’t guarantee that it will work fine.

Thank you for detailed instruction. I succeeded to set up sidebar at page using VC but unfortunately there is no result at categories. I set up everything properly (sidebar mode, custom sidbars etc.) at Newspaper theme panel. Please take a look at enclosed screens:
I also noticed problem with building widgets. Sometimes it can’t be saved and after adding elements and save they are “clear” without content.
I turn off plugins one by one (most important apart from some small extensions like icons pack) and deleted caches. Also with no result for displaying sidebar.
List o my plugins (additional): Cookie Notice, CodeStyling Localization, Collapse-O-Matic, Disqus Comment System, Mango Buttons, Login No Captcha reCAPTCHA, Pretty Link Lite, Reviewer, Scroll to Anchor, TablePress with extensions, Use Any Font, WP SVG Icons, Yoast SEO
I would be gratefull for other suggestions 🙂

I was reviewing the mozilla firefox and tried browsing my own site https://www.techlegends.in
The mobile menu seems unresponsive, instead when the close windows icon is clicked. The advertisement behind the menu window gets clicked.
It’s not just for my site. I’ve tested several sites from the showcase lists. All happen to encounter the same problem when viewed from Mozilla Firefox mobile browser (Android). Even if it accidently somehow closes, the mobile menu experience is too bad when viewed from firefox for Android.

Please notice that this is the built-in feature and it cannot be called with Visual Composer.
