Hi,
Indeed if you are using a cloud template for search there is no message for “No results”, we’ll try to fix this problem as soon as possible.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Hello !
It appears that your review is located in a single post template from the cloud library. You should be able to edit the review area using the tagDiv Composer in order to change the backgroud. Unforutnately the title cannot be moved.
Also i’m not sure what do you mean with the 5 point system. Please take a look at our documentation regarding the review options: https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
I hope this was helpfull !
Thank you !

Hello,
I’m working with cloud template, and on the mobile version, the content is outside of the viewport.
I can’t understand how as I specified a width 100% and some margins… It’s OK on every view desktop and tablet, but mobile is not working..
Important : I have a hidden sidebar on mobile that’s why I’m using inline-block.
Page concerned : https://www.tarifartisan.fr/test/
Thanks for your help,
OK thanks so much, Simion, for your advices!
I think I definetely need to give a try to Cloud Templates:-) !
The problem regarding header is solved.
But it still isn’t showing the message saying, “No results”, “Nothing found”, etc. I suggest you try it yourself. Import a custom search template from the cloud library and use it. Then, try to search a post or page that’s not present in the database and you’d notice that it doesn’t show any message to the user. Please find a solution for this.
Please could you enable in the next update the option to show modified date in the actual post, rather than using the cloud template.
Hi,
The same happens for me when I try the shortcode, it displays the same duration for all the posts, which is not right – http://prntscr.com/oahdvv
It works if I enter the shortcode inside the post content – http://prntscr.com/oahden
– http://prntscr.com/oahdow
I think it has to be actually in the post content in order to work correctly.
It also works when I insert the shortcode in an ad spot of the cloud template post content element, for example – http://prntscr.com/oaheyj – http://prntscr.com/oahf5w
Maybe this could be a solution as well.
Hi,
That is because you are editing a page ( the homepage ), you’ll need to click on the post, in order to change the color on post; from where you are you can change the color for the homepage elements color.
You can edit the homepage/page in two ways : one directly from website by clicking “Edit with TD Composer” -> https://www.screencast.com/t/BeXlrA0x or from back-end by hovering the page title -> https://www.screencast.com/t/eA6kUUQY or you can click on edit page and click the TAGDIV COMPOSER button -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NCKRDcLXWKwD after that you need to click on the block/module/element that you want to edit and check the tagDiv Composer tab -> https://www.screencast.com/t/TRxoSQcohM
Also you can edit all cloud templates from Cloud Templates -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Xqd0msQjd if you have set a single post template set on post, you’ll see this button -> https://www.screencast.com/t/OQhF4tCu
Thank you!
Hi guys … and girls :),
I’m trying to build a new block to reuse on cloud templates.
This new block imports information from 2 other modules, and looks something like this:

I went this way because I was unable to find tested/ recommended modules that handled the table of contents nor maps.
Could I count on your help?
Hi,
So you are using a cloud post template, in which you have placed a column text and the plugin shortcode. Shortcodes can be used in column text elements only.
Now from what I understand the problem is that the same time is displayed in all the posts that use that cloud template. Maybe you have to add extra parameters to the shortcode, does it work if you test with a default wordpress theme (if possible)? What plugin are you using exactly? I could make some tests with it. Let me know.
Thanks
Hello,
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all plugins and child theme ( if you are using ) and let only the tagDiv Composer , clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.
Please check this article about when tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/

Let me know the results!
Thanks.
That is not possible, the menu that is displayed inside the menu modal is the header main menu – http://prntscr.com/oaeely
I forgot to mention that there is currently an issue with the sub-menu arrows not appearing on responsive mobile, please enter this code as well to make theme visible
– http://prntscr.com/oaefia
The issue will be permanently solved in the next update. here is the code
.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right {
display: inline-block;
}
If you should consider using a cloud header template, then it would be possible to set any menu you want on mobile – http://prntscr.com/oaegxz regardless of the menus you use on desktop.
These are cloud header templates designed by us – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers which can be imported and customized. You can also create templates from blank

If you have more questions let us know.
Thanks
Hello !
The best way would be by creating a header template from the Cloud Library and there you can edit your header as you wish and you can add the ad using a custom ad box. You can find out more about it here: https://tagdiv.com/overlay-header-newspaper-theme/ And for the adbox please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/
I hope this was helpfull !
Thank you !
Hi,
@Miriam65 The quickest way for a more accurate answer is to try and provide a link to the website and as many details as possible.
So for example are you using a predefined header template? – http://prntscr.com/oae4m9
In this case the sticky mode can be disabled from the theme panel
– http://prntscr.com/oae6vd
If you are using a cloud header template, then begin by editing the template with the composer. You have to remove the elements that are set to appear when the header is sticky.
Edit the header and activate the sticky mode – http://prntscr.com/njdq41 then remove all the elements that are in sticky mode. The same for the mobile sticky mode.
You can edit the header in all it’s stages, default desktop + sticky desktop, and also default mobile + sticky mobile – http://prntscr.com/oae9en (note that the enable /disable option is only for showing the sticky version in the composer edit screen)
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
The only way to import the cloud template is to duplicate the website or copy the shortcodes from the test website to the live website.
Please check the suggestion from this similar topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cloud-templates-move-to-another-website/ also check the general settings from both website to see if those are the same or not.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
With standard or default it would be possible if you manually add that text in a text column, that is entered in a cloud post template. But you would have to create a cloud post template for each category of posts you want to do this for.
So for example start with by importing or creating a cloud post template
– https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single
Edit the template with the composer and add a column text element in the location you want
– http://prntscr.com/oadic6
Now name this template for example Template for Lifestyle – http://prntscr.com/oadix4
– http://prntscr.com/oadj38
If you want to use the same overall template for other posts belonging to other categories, you can duplicate it – http://prntscr.com/oadjih
Then edit the duplicated template and modify just the text in the column text for the other categories.
Or you could create/import other templates, instead of duplicating the same template. Here is some more information about the cloud library plugin – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Please let us know if you need help, or you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
Please note that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized. First of all, you will need to check the image size and try to optimize them if you want to bring good theme results. Also, note that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/

Hi,
The Food blog demo is using single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library ; in order to change the template layout you’ll need to edit it using tagDiv Composer , you’ll need to open a post -> https://www.screencast.com/t/l8sqStVK after that click on the element that you want to change -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0dD4CMTG after you’ve done with the changes, save the template and check the website posts.
Thank you!
Hi!
Could you please help me to find the cause of the problem.
I have the PHP notice “Notice: Undefined variable: post_id in /home/zhyqjbgc/executivesclub.com.ua/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_functions.php on line 131” on top of a single post here https://executivesclub.com.ua/4-roli-menedzhmentu-za-adizesom/
All the other posts look just fine. And when I open the specified file to look at the specified line – there is nothing about ‘post_id’ on that line…
I would really appreciate your help here.
Thank you in advance,
Svitlana
Thanks so much for your help but… well… you see… I would have have preferred to see the menu appearing in the hamburger menu of the mobile vue.
Do you think it’s possible?
Could you propose me something?
**And what about the sticky top bar in desktop mode I was looking for?
I must confess I’m not accustomed with your Cloud Templates (wich seemms great). And I’m affraid it could lead me to errors in such a “speedy” project.
For a following project I have to realize starting next week… I swear I will dive in it 🙂 !
Thanks again!
No cloud templates from test website are showing up on the live website. Not sure how to fix this. Doesn’t look like there’s an option to export and import cloud templates.

Hi.
I exported the Newspaper theme options and pages from our test site and added them to our live website. The page header doesn’t look the same in the live website. I edited the cloud template on the test website and copied all the information and added it as a new cloud template on the live website, but the header doesn’t look anything like the test website.
Also, our mobile header is different than the desktop one. Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/iffse2q1vfq0xr3/2019-07-03%20Newspaper%20theme%20header%20on%20mobile.png?dl=0
Also, theme colors in the footer are not being copied correctly.
Our test website is mrrwebdev01.wpmudev.host. Our live website is okobserverorg.wpmudev.host.
I’m not finding a solution to either of these issues in the documentation.
Can you please assist?
Thanks.
Bob
Hi Vlad,
I was able to find one close enough. Thank you.
Now I’m trying to fix a detail on this template: https://cloud.tagdiv.com/huawei-p20-review/
Is there a way I can reduce the font size of the review in this section? It takes up a large space in this instance: http://i68.tinypic.com/dr5wma.png
Also, instead of putting the username’s title above the review, can I put add it as a H3 or H4 heading above the “5” rating box?

Hi,
Before the recent theme updates it was possible to modify the single template files in a child theme, and make the modification there. But now the single template files are in the tagDiv composer plugin – http://prntscr.com/oa14e0
It is possible to modify them there, but the modifications will be lost after a theme update.
However you could use a cloud post template – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single
Import/create a cloud post template and apply it to the posts. These templates can be edited with the composer, and also have a modified date element available
– http://prntscr.com/oa15wo
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
