I customized this website with Newspaper 8 theme offline and uploaded with FTP.
last week I tried to do further customization and now getting this annoying error
The Current Content Page hasn’t been created by tag div composer!
I deactivated the Visual composer plugin, the issue still persisted.
I tried to build a new page with tag div composer but it wasn’t working but it didn’t give the error message.
Someone help!
This TD Composer is just a wreck! I’ve had to hire someone every single time I try and switch an element from VC to TD – NOTHING I need is in the new composer and it’s getting frustrating.
I have a simple green box with white text, rounded corners and shadows. It should take 5 seconds to recreate it – but it just isn’t there in TD Composer.
What exact code will replace this VC Code? I can’t even figure out how to make the text white in your “text with title” box.

did anyone even bother testing this new TD composer before pretending it was ready for prime time? It isn’t even close!
I need an image with text overlaying it that can act as hyperlinks and be copied and pasted if necessary. I’m using the Image Info Box to try and do this, but the text is embedded inside the image and can’t work the way I want. It looks like this
Can it not be an idea you make one for the tagdiv composer like you made many for the multipurpose shortcodes?
I thought maybe you know one which comes nearest for this.
It can’t be that difficult to make a border box, where we can enter text and icons in this style and it will help many users out there, it is a newspaper and can help your sales for universities. 🙂

Please re-install the theme by FTP

Deactivate and remove all theme plugins and reinstall them. Deactivate all other plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Check to see if everything works as intended.

Ask your hosting provider to increase the parameter values if needed.
After doing this check if the composer works properly. If there is still a problem (while having all other plugins deactivated) send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will investigate the issue. Also include a link to this topic in the email.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add your custom Icon to Icon Box in our Composer, sorry! If you want to do this, notice that you should do it yourself because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

Also – we have tested by de-activating all plugins except TagDiv ones and the multi-purpose options don’t appear in the TD Composer.
Hi guys – I’ve got TD Composer and Multi-Purpose plugins installed however in TD Composer there are no multi-purpose elements appearing. No errors are appearing – any ideas what the issue is?

There would be a way of displaying a vertical scroll in the composer, it will require a small modification in the plugin design, here

This might be available by default in future updates, but for then moment the composer does not have a scrollbar. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Make sure that your old version of Visual Composer has been removed and then you should follow these steps. Also, if the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare and check the results. These kind of issues happen when Visual composer is used on posts, in combination with the tagDiv composer being active. If you plan to use Visual composer as the page builder, please deactivate the tagDiv composer and everything should display properly.

How to install Visual Composer
Step 1: Access the WordPress plugins section
Step 2: Press the add new button and press the upload plugin button:
Step 3: Press the “choose File” button and select the js_Composer.zip file located in the main theme package under the plugins folder and then press the install now button:
I don’t know — I am using newsmag exclusively now, and a little different.
Only issue I had with the TD Composer was a conflict with a plugin, and not setting the resources to enough after moving to PHP 7, where PHP 5.6 we had it all sorted, but had to redo settings for PHP 7 as they are different on the server.
Anyway — check the status in theme settings; make sure enough resources; choose to use just *one* of the page builders, NOT both. TD Composer only works on pages, NOT on posts.
Then it should work.
Hi, I absolutely love the icon box in the tagdiv composer and although there’s an extensive collection of icons to use, I want to use custom icons that I made in place of those built in ones. Is there anyway to upload and use my own icons?

Can I get a reply from the Tag Div Team.
I can’t create new page as the contents that I adding is not reflecting when using TagDiv Composer.
And I can’t edit the previous one as well.
This is really annoying now. Please let me know how to fix it or provide me 8.5 Version of your theme.

This is exactly what was done before and it worked, but now, if I save in text mode it works, however if I use the composer for another change and save, it DELETE my shortcode.

If the multi-purpose plugin is active, then all the elements that is provides will be visible in the tagDiv composer

From there they can be dragged and set on pages. If they are not displayed, then something is not working properly.

Additionally try as a quick test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, check if this has any effect on the issue. Let us know the results.
